    I think this polybag is a fake. It's difficult to explain but when I see the picture and some details I don't believe it is real.

    I don't understand why some people compain about the price. It is a licensed theme and a lot of new molds were necessary. I think 4 $/€ is a normal price for a minifigure

    I think Smithers and Principal Skinner should have been a minifigure as well (instead of Itchy and Sratchy)!

    Great review! I don't like every detail of the Simpsons minifigures but I will get all of them. ;)

    A 3000-4000 piece MF could be a very nice model and it probably wouldn't be a flop. But there is a previous version and it is a legend and as long as the price per piece ratio is somewhere between the 0,10-0,125 the new MF will be as big as the old version. I think there a more people willing to spend 600 $ for such a model than 400-500 $ for a smaller version. Why? Because they are hardcore fans.

    I would love to have a Lothlorien set but I'm afraid we would never get one even if there is a third wave. It would be like Council of Elrond and this set obviously hasn't been very successful.

    Because the set would be very expensive and still not big enough for fans. New models must not be a step backwards because we always expect more.

    Absolutely, a new Falcon with e.g. 3000 pieces would be the worst set that TLG could release.

    Is it certain that TC-4 will be the May 4th promo minifigure? I hope it is not because it would be boring to get a figure that is already available. And I expect more for the 15th anniversary. ;)

    It depends on how TLG analyses the poor sales of the second wave. Are they a result of the wrong sets or because of a lack of interest in the theme.

    I really like this set but it's a bit small fot 299 €/USD even if you get 3200 parts. AND they should have included aunt Beru! But I'm sure it will be part of my collection sooner or later ;)

    A certain price increase is normal and even 1000 € would still be okay for the 10179 but the prices for a sealed one are ridiculous at the moment.
