I love this car! :)) A steering function would have been nice but I don't care. It is expensive but the price is normal for a licensed set with ~2000 pieces. And the minifigures are great!

The rebels version would upset many fans but I think the normal version wouln't upset many Rebels fans. I wouldn't buy those Rebels battlepacks!

Like most OT fans I can't have enough Stormtroopers but at the moment I'm not buying them because there is a new version available but they are still expensive. In a few weeks we should know if we get them in the new BPs which is probably the best way to buy them.

Every fan should get this set as long as it is still available. @Alcarin: This happens all the time. My R2-D2 and Death Star II contain some strange colours as well. I think this should make the building process easier and more interesting.

Maybe we won't get another LotR wave but an existing mold increases the chances to get a D2C set.

Many people speculate that the second wave was split. If this is true how likely is it that some new molds were already produced?

I think a remake is very likely. It's one of the most iconic sets and on the wishlist of every OT fan. And TLG is concentrating on OT sets at the moment. I wouldn't be surprised if it will be the successor of the Ewok Village.

I think it is more important to get a new character than getting a new version of a character.

This is very sad but i'm not surprised anymore. Unfortunately I have to say that TLG can't really be proud of what they made out of this theme when I think about the huge potential of Lego LotR.
