  1. Glad to see our investigator is still around and verifying people. You raise some good points Seamus, and I'd like to see Rip respond to them. I really doubt this is true. Pranking people doesn't seem like it has anything to do with actual roles. First rule of mafia, there are no clues in the pictures.
  2. Wow there are a lot of unvotes and crap. Maybe Minga can get in here and throw us together an awesome vote analysis again? Noticeably nearly everyone who ended up voting Clementine on Day One is dead. I'm not really suggesting anything specific, but that's seriously weird. The only ones still living are Minga and Zipzop. Minga looks to townie. Zipzop I didn't see much of, but he seemed reasonably on the ball for a new player and apparently somebody claimed tracker to him? I was going for "Minga looks townie to me." but I missed a word. And misplaced one. I'm tired.
  3. I'm looking over the votes now. I didn't think that Major Dave contributed all that much, but he initially voted for and spent a lot of time arguing with 4 of 2 before switching his vote to Claw.
  4. I believed I kicked the voting off on Claw and got us focused on the lynch rather than yammering on about you, if that's what you mean by 'bandwagon driver'?
  5. I suppose. But regardless of however scummy or fluffy the targets were, they were all town and now we're down by seven on Day Three. It looks that way. I assume the vig just stayed home Night One rather than one of the kills being prevented. But I'm curious as to why do you assume the scum killed Major Dave?
  6. Well I'm glad to see Clementine's whining about needing protection for herself paid off.
  7. To be fair Marga and Clan Aj-Kahr were going to do basically the exact same thing to the Kingdoms, but the Baltarok heroes managed to stop them. The Kingdoms heroes were kinda dealing with a viking invasion when Prince Speros rode off. I forgot how much I enjoyed those quests. I recently updated the Baltarok post on the wiki with information concerning the current going-ons in Baltarok....did I ever mention how utterly different the clan leader makeup could've been depending on player choice? I love doing that in quests.
  8. It's been an hour. And one minute. That is the definition of about. Where is it.
  9. Orcs + Kingdoms = Conflict
  10. Miderun digs around in the pockets of her new vest for the key. "Maybe this is part of why orcs don't keep captives. Jails are complex and stupid," she snapped in frustration, attempting to push over one of the four rocks.
  11. Galactic Armor solved that problem almost immediately after it cropped up. Having effects last one round is pretty great. It keeps you or another party member from wasting an entire turn using a Remedy and moderately annoying but not outright disabling effects (Weakening, Fragile, Poison, Cursed) are pretty much useless.
  12. Avina casually flung the Cloud of Celerity against the ground, shattering the gaseous potion and the vapors seeping out to hasten the party, then following the heroes up the vine. It wasn't a long climb, and Annienal easily popped open the clasp on the window and pulled herself inside as the rest of the party also made their way inside. The darkness was the primary defining factor of the hallway, futuristic but dim lights hanging overhead, most doors marked with some variety of safety warning. One of them (marked with an auditory hazard sign) was cracked open, an ethereal yellow glow emanating from within. Avina climbed in through the window and fell silent, moving past the rest of the heroes to push open the door. A lab table and its contents had been thrown down just in front of the entrance - a pathetic attempt to block the door - , but the eye was drawn mostly towards the odd magical barrier standing between the party and a feverishly-working Chalvo. "Erith, there's nowhere left to run. I would advise an immediate surrender and cooperation during your questioning- other- otherwise- turn around, you old bastard!" But Chalvo did no such thing, and did not even give any indication he'd even heard the party enter room.
  13. "Yes....a fine job indeed..." Avina failed to completely hide the disapproval in her voice as the magical weed tore its way through the ground. "I have this Cloud of Celerity prepared if you think it's prudent to use that."
  14. Annienal spends five ether to coax a large plant stalk out of the ground through the cobblestones and up to the window.
  15. Avina examines one of Mortimer's explosives. "We'd need a few of them. Five should do the trick. "I'm not certain that's wise. He's got himself in a corner, if we flush him out that just gives him a good chance to escape. We have him where we want him, it's just a matter of moving in to finish the job." Avina pauses, and hastily amends herself. "...metaphorically speaking. Of course." "Another possibility. Whichever you route you choose is of no consequence to me, but we must be swift, he could be int here preparing for us right now."
  16. "Don't look like it, and we can always come back." Atramor leads the way down the rail line.
  17. Annienal spends one ether to whisk away all the smoke on a gust of wind. "Seems risky and it'd probably take a while, too..." "Could work, but how would those of you covered in armor get in? Pulling you in isn't an option." Calamity examines the wall and determines that it'd take at least ten ether to gather up enough force to blast it open, not to mention darkness magic wasn't exactly suitable for the task.
  18. Miderun opens the door to the dungeons, her hand ever on the haft of her weapon.
  19. You vote solely on your gut feelings, regardless of whether or not they will be any of use whatsoever in securing a lynch and by extension information we can use tomorrow?
  20. But your one vote doesn't mean a thing this late. We've got 7 hours left to get a lynch.
  21. Come on guys, we can't not have a lynch, that won't get us anywhere.
  22. The door is locked tight and reinforced. Apparently Tritech really doesn't want its secrets getting stolen. Again. "We can't just chop it down. It would take a lot of force to get this open. Now is the time to get creative, heroes. You're supposed to be good at that," remarked Avina with a hint of disdain. "He probably knows we're coming, so don't worry about being subtle."
  23. "I see plenty of windows, but they're pretty high up. Seems like Chalvo here was locking up for the night. Reg wasn't kidding when he said this guy was paranoid. What is he expecting, a hit squad?"
  24. "Certainly resembles an Ether Core, yes. Interesting. And incriminating." There doesn't appear to be anyone else in the immediate vicinity. There are still a few windows Kellim can see through even from down below, and there don't appear to be any figures in them. The party advances towards the man just as he's pulling the door shut. He looks incredibly nervous at their approach, tucking the Ether Core deep into his cloak. "E-Erm, yes? I mean, no. Sorry, but, ah, the Tritech Laboratories are-...closed..." His eyes flick between all the heroes, and he reflexively takes a step back. "...y-you should go. Now." "Not happening. We have a few ques-" Hardly a moment passed after Avina had begun talking before the man whipped something out from the opposite side of his cloak, hitting Avina square in the face. An explosion of smoke filled the immediate area, and the unmistakable sound of a door being slammed shut echoed from inside the fog. The alchemist coughed and swept her cloak to try and clear the smoke. "Damn!...well, that was far more dramatic than I expected. If I had to guess, I'd say that's our man. It looks like he's locked himself into a corner, any ideas on breaking inside? We can't let him find a way out."
