  1. There's a Progg the size of a housecat doing more damage than pretty much the entire Quest 48 party combined.
  2. "I can't tell you all too much, few of the Ji Pei house have even seen Xu. I, regretfully, am among them. The Ji Pei are ambassadors from there, primarily to bring the technological wonders of the east here and to merge sophistication with this society. The aoi are the natives of Xu, a brilliant race that unfortunately is dwindling in this day and age, but their deep, vast knowledge on such fantastic devices is unmatched. The only members of their kind here in Eubric are the great Lady Shanxian and her son, Jun. I can tell you that the realm is foreign in ways beyond any and all of our reckonings."
  3. "I'll wait for your fellow heroes to arrive before giving you the picture in its unconcealed entirety, but I suppose it could not do much harm as to enlighten you a little further, Mister Dwinlas. What we're dealing with here is the likely theft of valuable, volatile, and quite possibly vicious Ji Pei machinery. The circumstances are too odd, and we were very careful in ensuring it wasn't lost in a simple shipping mishap...our primary suspect is the Bonapartes. The only things separating our shipment and its destination is the sea and the Eubric docks. Not unreasonable to think the...xenophobic mariners are behind it." He rolls his eyes slightly, and glances out the mouth of the alleyway. Whether he's looking for a glimpse of the other heroes or checking for eavesdroppers, Thalion and De'kra can't tell.

When you have a chance, you need to make a post in the Statistics Topic with everything in this format. They weave in an out of buildings and shops, most of which are just beginning to open up. As they near the docks, the Town Guard and the Bonaparte patrols wandering around seem to get more frequent, and the architecture appears rather aged. Soon enough, they reach the alleyway they've been directed to. The man who'd posted the quest in the hall stands in a dark corner, and beckons the heroes forth. "Ah, good, good. My name is Chalvo Erith - I am the assistant overseer of transportation and shipping operations within the Ji Pei. I assume you're the heroes I requisitioned from the hall...?" You've got around 24 hours to confirm and everything before we really set off, but feel free to talk with Chalvo or eachother. Make any last minute purchases before posting here, please. Also, I promise this is just the second worst picture in the Quest, it gets better.
  5. Don't forget the dragon.
  6. Yay! Awesome game TPRU. This was definitely one of my favorite mafia games so far. The story and presentation in particular were really cool. Great job to the scum, too. I can't believe how often you kept getting killed off at night, but you guys kept right on going until the end.
  7. It's times like these that make me want to form a Witch's Union. No respect at all.
  8. A wizened, yet haughty-looking man walks importantly through the hall, making a beeline for the Quest board. He looks over the names listed, makes a few brief notes on a sheet of paper he's carrying, then scrawls an elegant message beneath Quest 51- Chosen Heroes for Quest 51: Arthur Justus Regulus VII, level 17.5 Sorcerer (Flipz) Barur Thormek, level 9 Cleric (Aveal the black sheep) De'kra, level 19 Assassin (Tanma) Thalion Dwinlas, level 5 Mage (-obelix-) -followed by directions to an insignificant alleyway near the docks of Eubric, to be followed at approximately, quote, 'the moment the sun's periphery touches the uppermost gable of Hinckwell Villa'. The man nods at the message, satisfied, and bumps into Amma just as he's leaving, tilting his head. "Deepest apologies, my good sir." And with that honest, yet insulting mistake, he exits the hall. Quest will be up in about 14 hours from this post, make any last minute arrangements you might need before then, please.
  9. Three days of staring at a bucket of Loki's piss isn't as fulfilling as more paranoia and slaughter, you know.
  10. I don't care about your silly supervenom. Now if a special Witch's Talisman comes along that changes Poisoned Hits to Superpoisoned Hits....that I would be interested in.
  11. You wouldn't be able to use the Demonic Scissors, but I doubt you'd have a hard time selling them for a good profit, not to mention you've already got a triple-enchanted crossbow. I think, with a shield, Tricorne, and Counterstrike Gloves, he'd make a better Warden now.
  12. Current Sign-Ups for Quest #51: Siercon, Level 5 Mage (Siercon and Coral) Arthur Justus Regulus VII, Level 17.5 Sorcerer (Flipz) Drake Flamerobe, level 5 Knight (xxlrocka) Tarn Valco, level 17 Berserker (Rumble Strike) Barur Tormek, level 9 Cleric (Aveal the black sheep) Jon McCency, level 7 Rogue (Skyrimguy) Hybros, level 21.66 Assassin (JimButcher) De'kra, level 19 Assassin (Tanma) Alexander Vandangant, level 3 Ranger (Wedge09) I'll leave the sign-ups open for another 11 hours or so.
  13. Thanks, Big Cam. I wish his collar was less pixelated, and didn't look like ceramic tiling rather than fur or armor.
  14. Nice review, good to have clear shots of the figs and the build. Is there any chance you have a picture of Bifur without his beard?
  15. Atramor yawns, realizing just how long the battle and Boomingham's 'conversion' had taken. McCafferey flaps to his shoulder at once upon Roman's arrival, looking distracted as she usually had the past few days. "Right, that's all well and good....I s'pose we'll head there next, then go to the slave market as we'd intended yesterday, aye?"
  16. I would assume Prophet.
  17. I think so, but you can't have great reputation with two rival houses at the same time. You could have great and good, though, so there's a chance.
  18. That ending was just amazing. I think whenever you gain a level of reputation for a House, your reputation with its rival goes down a level - but neutral is the lowest you can go. So you'd have neutral reputation with the Hinckwells and good with the Shadeaux.
  19. Current Sign-Ups for Quest #51: Siercon, Level 5 Mage (Siercon and Coral) Arthur Justus Regulus VII, Level 17.5 Sorcerer (Flipz) Drake Flamerobe, level 5 Knight (xxlrocka) Tarn Valco, level 17 Berserker (Rumble Strike) Barur Tormek, level 9 Cleric (Aveal the black sheep)
  20. That's reassuring...
  21. I think that sort of Quest would be awesome, though the battles should give double experience.
  22. "I ain't followin' your god."
  23. Evil talking staff, I want it.
  24. It takes a turn from both the giver and receiver to trade items, though.
  25. I'm delaying my Quest until Quest 44 gets back, and I suspect Quests 50 and 52 are doing the same, there's simply not enough heroes in the hall right now. I'm pretty sure it'll be done by then, but it depends on when the sign-ups end for that Quest.
