  1. Look what i started with my (extremely suspect) math! guess I should have taken the time to actually run the numbers before I posted. This raffle has me checking in steadily, just to see who wins! I end up looking at everyone's builds several times, really some cool designs this year!
  2. But remember your overall odds of winning still quite high! I think someone said early on that everyone has a 80% chance of winning at the start of the raffle so your chances are now still around 73% or so, great odds!
  3. Fair point, I was looking at it from the angle of those still interested in the raffle, so they would fall under the condition of those who haven't won. Still, as a math teacher, I should have covered the statement completely
  4. So here's a interesting fact for you: as the days pass your overall odds of winning go down since there are fewer days remaining. But your odds of winning on any given day go up since there are fewer contestants remaining in the raffle Give that a thought...
  5. Ok, I have never made my own list but I thought I'd give it a run: Fencer: creative reuse of the musketeer sword, I'll get one. King: just great! The beard, the crown, a must get! Hot dog vendor: really a fun design, maybe not practical, but fun! Worth getting one. Goblin: not my cup of tea, but well designed. I'll pass. Carpenter: a classic in my book, I love the board, I'll get one. Unicorn: good enough, I enjoy the costumed characters so I'll get one. Samari girl: I may get one, but not priority. There's not much that makes her stand out. Cyclops: worst....figure...ever! Space trooper: not what I'm in to, I'll pass. Western thief: great pair with the sheriff, it takes me back to my childhood! Get one. Evil wizard: seems a little soon after the good wizard, I may get around to getting him though. Disco diva: not my favorite, but I do love the torso! Possibility. Snake charmer: my number one in this series. Creative, unique, and great piece selection, a must! Pantiolegist: funny face, but I'll likely pass. Seems to similar to former figures. Egyptian warrior: another wildly awesome figure, and a great army builder, I'm all over this one! Alien: fun design, but not my thing. I do like the head though. Overall, I'm extremely enthusiastic after seeing these early images. It shows that TLG still has great ideas and great execution. Sure, there will always be duds (insert: cyclops) but overall, this series is stronger than any recent series in my book!
  6. Dang, I am so excited with these images! My must haves: king, snake charmer, fencer, hotdog, construction guy, unicorn, Egyptian, thief Likely gets: disco diva, samurai, wizard The cyclops is awful, but everything else is pretty great!
  7. The perfect Christmas gift... "Oh, Santa how did you know?!"
  8. Consider it done, good luck!
  9. Tragicbanjo was right on with the hot dog suit prediction, and honestly, I prefer the suit over the vendor. I can't wait to see the finished product!
  10. I have noticed the hand differences, but the clutch power still seems strong so I've not thought much of it.
  11. Sure we do, but this does a few things. First, it proves the list was accurate. Second (and most importantly) it gives us something to talk about If you think we'd avoid speculating on a picture you've not followed this topic at all All that being said, this is similar to the timeframe when we received accurate pictures on past series.
  12. Ah, I knew I wasn't alone! Well, technically I'm from Lawrenceburg, but I claim Cincy to save time.
  13. Sorry, I'm not up on my protocol on the posting topic. If I'm asked, I'll certainly remove it. So I was able to zoom in, notice the Sheriff has a wanted poster with the bandit on it?! Also, the king is incredible! I'm trying to see if the wizard is one of the smaller images but I'm unsure.
  14. If tragic banjo does indeed have some inside info, and I have no reason not to believe him, then the hot dog vendor will be a guy in a hot dog consume, which I think would be awesome!
  15. Ohio huh?! What part? I'm near Cincy.
  16. So looking at tragic banjos new avatar, I guess we are to assume that the hot dog guy is actually a costume of a hot dog...intriguing!
  17. The Bengals are in one crazy cat fight for the division. I don't think they've ever been in a race like this, and that tie is gonna make things weird...
  18. Oh I definitely will do that...right after I pick up a few to confirm the price is accurate, I'd hate to report faulty information
  19. Look, if that is indeed the unicorn, and I feel nearly certain it is, it's gonna be one of the most popular CMF figures in the last several series. I'd say it's very possibly inspired by the popularity of the unikitty, which continues to draw attention of collectors.
  20. This image would seem to confirm that the unicorn is indeed female, as is the disco diva, and cyclops. How many females are in a series normally?
  21. Hmmm...intriguing! The pictures seem to lend validity to the list, but I am waiting to see a perfect translation still. There certainly so seem to be a lot of remade figures from past series on this list.
  22. My job is done, now I must just nod, smile, and buy her stuff

I particularly like the details on your car
  24. The guy at my lego store told me that he and the staff feel bags often before they put them out on the showroom floor. He has every figure except mr gold. Seems like feeling bags is an accepted practice most everywhere so I would feel too bad about doing it.
