IMHO i do think the building instruction are so much simpler/easier these days. Let's for instance take the 8857 Trike (409 pieces from 1993)and the 8051 motorbike(467 pieces from 2010). The BI on the trike has only 17 buildingsteps whereas the 8051 does take 70 steps to complete. In comparison: check out how great difference in progress is after step 12 in both models: (Okay it is comparing apples with oranges because Technic has advanced so much in the last 30+ years...)

@ Tomik: Hope you get these building instructions soon. You've made a great alternative model and i guess lot of people would love to built your model themselves. I hardly can't wait!

It does look cool and you did (considering the flaws/missing parts in LDD) a great job!

@ZBLJ: Nice work on the 2011 model! But untill the buildinginstruction on this model are available it will be considered as illegal for this thread...
