I feel as if someone must have posted this topic and when I googled the latest one was from 2010, which was six years ago. I think it's high time to restart a new topic on the subject especially since people may have discovered new techniques since the original topic. When I was younger I wanted to make my clone army more personalized and custom, as i'm sure many of us have done. Well now I regret that and hope to find some way of cleaning the figures safely without taking the factory printing off. I tried rubbing alcohol on a snow trooper and that unfortunately took off most of the original printing. I'm not sure if thats because I sharpied the entire torso and that's what did it because it's perfect on non printed surfaces in my limited experience. With my clones I only put small patches of yellow in various spots. My dilemma is the patches on the torsos. I might keep the small yellow square on the fins. Any help is appreciated.

Some figures I feel have reached the pinnacle of their design and really dont need to ever be changed just diversity in uniforms like the imperial officers and technicians especially with the addition of the batman jack boot legs.Classic Stormtroopers are almost there but one day arm printing is going to be common in sets just like leg printing has become recently and then they too will be complete. Thats just me as im okay with using old figures so my need to update only comes about every ten years :D

No thats cool welcome to Eurobricks! I remember I used to have a lot of trouble with posting pictures and links at first. The easiest way to do it for futures reference is to create a Flickr ane upload the pictures there. Then under the share button for the individual picture you can get a BBcode that you can change the size of copy the text and paste it here in the forum. As for the review the writing part was great! : )

Hey so i'm not sure if it's on my end but are there supposed to be pictures or not?

I only ever bought two of them (Death Star and Tatooine) and regret never buying more. They are very useful as planets outside of windows. I wish they had kept making them as they made the micro fighters more interesting but I guess if they took away from the piece count it was for the best.

Well Yularen wasn't as obscure if you consider he was in the Clone Wars. I think TLG is hoping he'll show up in Rebels maybe. Thrawn figure all the way.

Well that is true, the Revan figure was sortie crazy. More EU or unusual characters like Revan would be cool, like a clone commando.

I'm hoping for a force ghost personally. Yularen was not a disappointment at all. With his uniform we could finally make a Thrawn Minifigure!

So I have a question. I have a lot of old Episode 3 clone troopers, the original ones, and i'm thinking of selling them on eBay as a lot based on legion. I probably have 11 or 15 Starcorps, 10 shock troopers, 3 recon, 2 swam troopers, and a couple plain. I'm pretty much over my prequel phase and want to upgrade my Imperial and Rebel alliance armies. This includes upgrading to the new officers, technicians, new stormtroopers that's expensive so i'm going to have to sell some older stuff. Out with the old, in with the new sort of deal. I'm just conflicted because I never use them and they just sit in a container but I do like them a lot. Should I sell them? Are they worth selling? If so how should I do it, a single lot with all of them or by color group?

There are two things I waited my entire childhood for the Modal Nodes and the Rancor. While I don't own a rancor unfortunately (I desperately want one) I have the modal nodes so with no further ado. 1. Bith Jizz Band (According to Wookipedia they play Jizz perhaps the most unfortunately named music genre in the history of fictional universes ) 2. Rancor 3. Ithorian Jedi 4. Old School Greedo and basically every radian figure. 5. Classic Stormtrooper with leg printing (2015) 6. Imperial Officer redesign

Here is my updated scout trooper using the Mad Scientist's arms from the recent wave of collectible minifigures and the legs from a space commando from an older wave. I personally would prefer not to have to buy the new scout designs until they appear in a cheaper set so their market price goes down, so this is my solution
