  1. so are we done with this?
  2. no conflict in Mitgardia whatsoever, unity is the Mitgardian raison d'etat!!
  3. The scene itself already promises a lot. However, a shot of the whole thing would be better so one could actually see what you are trying to achieve. One thing I'd change already though, is to put the brown plates (field) above the green plates (grass) as ploughed fields usually rise above their souroundings. Maybe you should also give the field some more structure, in order to create the effect of furrows (Ackerfurchen) You should also mix in some light/dark grey round one*one plates to resemble rocks that could usually be found on a field and also some rocks at the edge of the field piled on top of each other
  4. is there any proof for that?
  5. It does look though as if Simon was wearing the upper piece of a dirndl! (female bavarian dress)
  6. I haven't really build that many snowy mocs either and my best mocs so far were located in Varlyria. I just like Mitgardia the best and southwestern Mitgardia provides for plenty of almost Avalonia style building opportunities as well! Our country is not as homogeneous as some might think!
  7. @buurli: kinda sad to see you go as you were one of our best builders! Steen's short bio: Steen was born in Helgestorp a small village near the city of Stoneroda, where, at the age of 7, he became a carpenter aprentince. Due to his military skills he soon rose within the ranks of the Stoneroda militia and his protector Lord Eric Grimmson became awere of him. Steen was eventually choosen to represent the Stoneroda carpenter guild in the Valholl Thing, the Mitgardian parliament. There he showed that he was able to do more than just fight and cut timbers and thus earned the titles: Royal Architect, Vice-Admiral of the Mitgardia Fleet, Homeprovider for the Poor, Defender of Valholl as well as Doctus of Mitgardia. With the descrution of Helgestorp and Stoneroda, Steen relocated to Thorshaven, where his brother Lars Larsson currently serves as the mayor of the prospering young town.
  8. Once again, this is not Lars. As a hard working politician he didn't have time to participate, altough he would have liked to teach the other two kids a lesson about snowballs!
  9. Seems like its not given anymore ...
  10. Whereas Lars does enjoy your sense of humor he keeps wondering who the poor fellow is that took the avalanche in his stead?
  11. Yea, but Magic in Mitgardia is limited the few magicians apointed by the jarl!
  12. What a close race, but participation could be higher. Mitgardians, make your voice heard in far away Valholl! You have the right to do so!
  13. And that is exactly why Lars Larsson ought to become the next pm!
  14. So Mr. Manaor, you live in your fancy castle somewhere upon a hill. But do you really know what life outside looks like? How is commerce to thrive on roads that lead to nowhere? How can our troops actively fight the enemy, if their kids are starving? Why are the people in the high north, all the clansmen and trappers more important than the Mitgardians in cities? Mr. Manaor, come down from your castle hill and have a look at what live for the ordinary Mitgardians looks like! Mr. Manaor, step down from you candadacy and help to prevent Maxersine and his Kaliphlin friends taking over this precious country! Mitgardians, if you really give a damn about this country vote for: Lars Larsson! (the righteous one)
  15. This is really great wedge. Awesome water effect, espicially the waterfall is absolutely stunning! Wegde, you have really outdone yourself with this build!
  16. some things I'd change: first of all, make your own sails, the official sails don't neccesarily fit a cog. And second, I think you should place the shields in the aft section a little higher!
  17. really great design! so who is the one who puts this into real bricks? And I was just going to bitch about the size relations in your last pic until I found this:
  18. just got this set and suppose it will be the last one of this series unless lego releases some more civilian sets!
  19. wow ld, this is so beautiful. It's been a while since we last saw something from you, but it was worth waiting for it!
  20. Mitgardians, since when have our sunsets looked red and blue? Mr. Maxersine, many Kaliphlins have paid you their homage, why? Mr. Maxersine, where does the money for the "stoves" come from, Kaliphlin? Mr. Maxersine, only Kaliphlins want to melt away the Mitgardian snow! Mr. Maxersine, what do you promise those Kaliphlins? Mr. Maxersine I am not convinced!
  21. ++++Breaking News++++ Intensive research of the Larsson team has found that Maxesine is not Mitgardian! Why else woud he be posting Kaliphlin banners across entire Mitgardian landscapes? Mitgardians be warned, do not vote for the tyranny of Kaliphlin, vote for freedom, vote for Lars Larsson, the rigtheous one!
  22. Mitch's campaign is a blow into the face for all of those who recently survived the attack of a fire elemental. You shouldn't support politicians who are not in control of their utterings anymore!
  23. so where do we do the hacking at each other, here or on garmandon's thread? Personally I think we should continue to campaign here for at least a few days until the voting can begin.
  24. hey kai, this is a eally great snot aqueduct and a nice temple and overall really cool to look at. The only thing I'd change is the water with studs. That just doesn't look good. Tiles would be better1
