Wow guys, our guild seems to be in an extremely good shape, so many great mocs in recent days, no other guild can compete with us when it comes to free building. Looks like we could score big during the next book! fall break's over, I'm healthy, so not that much time for procastinating building anymore. Gotta go back to work tomorrow. But I'll see what I can do!

What a masterpiece! I had been wondering why we hadn't seen anything from you lately, but I guess building this took a good while. Besides the tower of course, I really like the rockbase quite a lot. Seems like we're on the same groove when it comes to snot rocks!

I hope you don't mind that I'm bumping this, I haven't had the chance to thank the commenters as I was gone and without internet the last ten days. @cbb: with all my bricks in the Thorshaven layout, I'm down to building smaller mocs. Glad you still like it! @yooha: a hoe is definetely something Lego hasn't given us yet and I know that the tomahawk doesn't fulfull the pupose quite as well. @RM: I have to admit that the wall isn't my design but merely my first attempt at doing a DC kind of wall @mrcp: the bright green works well for spring but also for birch trees, I actually use them rather frequently as birches are definetly very Mitgardian

doing snow is difficult, that's why I try to avoid it, which is kinda dumb for a Mitgardian I guess. You did an excellent job though, great looking moc!. Please do not forget to add a link to the mcb thread though!

My second installment in the AoM farm catagory. Link to Phase 1. Spring has finally come to Mitgardia and for most Northerners that is good news. But for the famers this means the beginning of the hardest time of the year. Weeds need to be pulled, rocks collected and the new crops needs a lot of attention, as the soil in the North is not really that rich. Even kids have their duty on the fields, anybody can collect those rocks. And easy with the manure, Paul! So who needs those town folks and their romantic attitude towards spring? Go away rich boy!

I really like how this is evolving from one stage to the next. Interesting concept! Maybe the one or the other grey round one by one would add a nicer touch to the ground

i hope not, but you guys have become rather quiet as of late, stop discussing, start building!

maybe just focus on one tower, make it brickbuild and square but give it some sort of interious like sk does so often, so like beds, kitchen etc.

Thanks guys, i really wanted to have my own town and totally loved how eccs did his in modules. That's how this started. So far i'm trying to add the two missing modules and dm wants to do one more water module. But my wife and Kids like this so much, that I'll just keep on adding, not sure where this may lead to. Inspiration for this is the whole idea of Mitgardia being the hanseatic League of Historica. So it's got scandinavian and North German influences, especially the brick gothic. Me being a former annoholic of course shows in it too.

it's going to be displayed at Brickmania in Antwerpen, second weekend in November. And I will have to keep it intact, or else my kinds will kill me. so who knows what will be added and where else i might display it

great stuff happening here! cool archery practise nice rocks etc. Some things you could improve. Try to add some more structure to the ground, real ground never looks completely grey, add patches of green, so tree leaves to have a ground coverage. I'd lower the house by about one bricks. Currently height and width do not seem to have a good ratio! Keep up the good work, but try to change some things before you move on!
