  1. Please take care of size of your pictures. They are four times larger than max allowed on EB (1024 max)
  2. Not really relevant for this topic, but relevant to your experience there. As someone who worked for quite some time in security business, i can say that "bodyguard" most likely has no legal rights to ask to see your pictures on your phone, or any info from your phone at all (especially if hired for this event). You could have easily say "no" and ask them to call the police. Only police can take your phone, ask you for your ID etc...Just to make clear, i fully agree that we should comply with the Lego's wish to not take photos of their models, so much easier to just show them you did not take any "bad" pictures.
  3. Jurss, i am sure you know the rules about how and when reviving old topics is okay, especially for 10+ years topics like this one. Will lock this.
  4. Great, much better. Also, be aware of the max size allowed (max 1024). You can check out our Guidelines, link in my signature.
  5. Hi Gaboo, welcome to EB. When you post a picture in your topic, always use some external image hosting iste, like Flickr or Bricksafe. Then just copy the link here. Eurobricks is not meant to host member's pictures.
  6. Hi, please don't make posts in 5 year old topics, unless you have some important to add. Check out the Guidelines for more info. Thanks.
  7. So basically, we have two options here: 1. Convince Eric that he needs to keep his sets/mocs. 2. Help him sell it. Since he is Blakbird, i think (sadly) that the choice is already made. That leaves us with second option to help him sell it. Maybe we all can do something small, that could help him. First thing that comes to my mind is to help spread the word. For a start, we can share the news on our (lego related) social sites, with a link to his site/page/mail etc. Eric would have to make us some nice photo we can use... Again, i would be very happy if he reconsider, but as already stated before, he has his reasons.
  8. Here are the building instructions from Siegried Meyer: https://1drv.ms/a/s!AvQF6OQMADYalG17T5PlPeZPkEi3 Thanks to him for providing them. I will keep this closed.
  9. I have boosted your post count to 10+, you should be able to send PM to Blakbird now.
  10. Nice news about new switch. Should fit very nicely with brick built models.
  11. Closing this topic. @Siegfried Meyer offered to share the instructions. Siegfried, if you still have them, PM me and i will unlock this so you can post them here.
  12. Really sad to hear this... Your RC trucks are taking over?
  13. Guys, let's not do the same thing over and over. No asking for pictures in the topic.
  14. Try to download the picture you post in the topic. That way you can see what is loaded into the post. Your pictures, before resizing, were 2200x1700. They still are of this size in your discussion topic. Ok, we won't chase each and every picture, but we need to make sure all the pics are the right size on the Contest topic.
  15. @Lionintown will probably be disqualified, as he did not create and link discussion topic in his entry post. Noted him twice already. Time is running out. Also the matter of pictures size. @Aventador2004 please resize your picture size in your entry topic. There is already lots of pictures in there, every bigger picture will slow it down unnecessary.
  16. No, most people don't change it at all. It is up to you.
  17. On Sunday 28 January at precisely 13:58, it was 60 years since the LEGO Group received the patent for the LEGO® brick. All clocks on his profile are sporting 13:58
  18. Is there enough room for brick-built UJoint?
  19. You can edit your topics as much as you want (you should only do this when needed, obviously). No need to be sorry. We were all once new on this site. You can always ask if something is not fully clear. If you want to edit your topic, or to change its name, you can just use edit button, or click on the topic name, once you are "in" said topic. You can find more useful info in EB's Guidelines.
  20. No. We can't have a new topic every time when there is a new update to the WIP moc. As already said, you can change the topic's name and inform the viewers what is new in your build. Also, much easier to keep track of the progress. Have fun!
  21. Just love your videos and your presentation! Somehow, your facial expression/body language are, in this case, far better than usual narration or text. Oh and, yeah, nice model!
  22. You can resize them before posting in most image viewing programs, even in MS paint. Or, you can use online hosting sites that provide resizing options, like Flickr or Bricksafe.
  23. @Mechbuilds Take care about posting so big pictures, please. I have converted them to the links, in the future resize them to max allowed size on EB (1024).
  24. Pullback contestants! Hope you have enough time to finish your entries, few days still left! @Lionintown, once again:
