  1. Thats not the reason why there shouldn't be Technic helicopters. Same goes for the Technic ships.
  2. It will be moved soon probably.
  3. Selling a large number of the same product helps the manufacturer reduce costs so they can offer it to the reseller at a much lower rate.
  4. Innovative, as always! This would be the tough competitor.
  5. Unimog is the best, for me. It is the most complete and functional set, big and best looking. Since you did not specify what are you especting from a set, I recommend to take detailed look at the reviews of these three sets.
  6. Good performance with such a big tires! I dont mind back motor, it looks good for me.
  7. Connection between cylinder and outrigger-beam is not very rigid, right? I mean cylinder is free to swing in and out, since there is no lower connection point. Nice and compact!
  8. Perfect! I like that there are not visible gapes. Shape is great.
  9. Mod on first picture wont work. Angle at the bottom UJoint is more than 45 degrees-it will have trouble rotating. As I said in earlier post, try to keep both UJoints at max 45 degrees angle. That way you can use just two of them. On the third picture you dont need the second lower UJoint. The one of the top s enough.
  10. IMO the best minifig scale LEGO Porsche!
  11. Not if he moves top U-Joint toward the side of the truck, just by placing longer axle in between top-most UJoints, so they can form 45 degrees angle with lower UJoints.
  12. He can use just two U-Joints per side if he move the top ones more to the sides of the truck, until they can connect to the lower ones by corect angle. The middle U-Joints are not needed then.
  13. 20 Euro 25 Euro And the Technic parts: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/829/sdc13490s.jpg/ 25 Euro
  14. Great work, Eff! Keep up.
  15. I very much like the color sheme of this crawler/truck. Also, I like how they nicely made a colors change from front to back of the body. Stickers made a great effect there, but it looks very good to me. On the other hand, axles should not have so many colors. Only LBG would suit the truck's axles perfect. As we see now, there are only drive and steer functions on this truck, so it is pretty simple, and as others said, pretty weaker than AFOLs are making. But this crawler will have its audience and its simpliness would be its advantage. Main point of interest for many of us, esspecially mocers, are of course, new motors. Servo or not, I am really looking forward to see them. About the changable body of the truck, I would like to see 4404 body on it, maybe with a Unimog tires or PP tires.
  16. In that case he can just use the whole plastic body kit from RC cars, instead of weeks of designing LEGO body.
  17. Here, no. On Brickshelf, yes, until they ask you to remove them.
  18. Welcome! I tried spray painting parts once, when I got back to Lego few years ago. If you want to keep your parts nice and shiny, don't paint them. It might be good, but would never be as good as original. It will almost always have different thickness of the paint on it, and the texture could be visible. Not worth it, imo. Better save and buy four new black ones.
  19. Posting confidential pictures are not allowed here, but on Brickshelf there are few pics of the Crawler. I wont post link, but you can find user 'sama', there are few of them.
  20. It looks like your autovalve has the same effect as this: Or this: Both are returning to center/neutral. Main problem is still present: you have to keep the motor stalled when pneumatics is working.
  21. Somebody tried this before. I think the person did use XL, overall: -Gearbox would not stay in the gear, it slips to neutral -Drivetrain appointed for back wheels had terible friction -Front wheels turned ok, free of too much friction
