  1. Thanks kai for the imput. Sorry for the late reply but iv only just cleared up the few thousand bricks off my carpet. Camp le fox is no more after suffering a major earthquake. Theres not much left other than fond memories. Lesson learnt.
  2. Cheers gideon ill have a look on the second hand sites for a camera and lens. Im looking at converting the upstairs dumping room, into a lego room sometime early next year. Ill then hope to have an indoor shoot area with proper white lighting. At least then taking photos wont be weather dependent. For the time being though ill just crack on with what iv got and make some mocs. Thanks for the help.
  3. No you explained that pretty well. Its not the lose stuff im worrying about, its more the buildings which are a little bit weak in certain areas. Im starting to think its best if I "flood" the thing and start again. Next time ill build in modules that can be connected. Im gonna keep trying to move if for a while but I might have to give up. Ta anyway dan.
  4. Hi folks need some help here. Iv been a bit of a dunce and the large moc im working on is to wide to get out of my living room now to photograph. I cant take it apart easily as its all to interconnected. Iv got a feeling that if I try to tilt it to get through, then im looking at a lot of bricks hitting the floor. Any ideas??
  5. Lovely build there. The 1x1 round roof with those colours look brilliant. Nice bed to.
  6. Love the first photo with it focusing just on her. The babbling brook is also good, as well is the foliage. No idea of the song though.
  7. Lovely builds bregir. That map room is awesome, the wall maps are great. Good story as well.
  8. If you can manage it red then ill be there. https://www.flickr.com/photos/127126784@N08/14959160356/ Let me know if you need me to tell you what part comes from where. Sounds good hammerbro. Hopefully we can come up with something we can both get involved with.
  9. Nice build there red, really like the bed and the mosaic. If you have more pieces perhaps a rug or something next time just to add a little more colour (very very small thing). Really nice moc there, you gonna tell us what your big thing is?
  10. Great build there. Some nice details like the wings near the roof and the thatched roofs well done as well. The tower does look a little plain but its roof is excellent. That tree is awsome, love the way it twists and bends like real trees do. One other little thing u could of done is make ur own shutters. Only a litte thing though, .
  11. No probs hammerbro, I still dont mind moving. Shall we leave it up to rogue to decide who gets what? I wouldnt mind having some story line interconnecting with you. Basically my sig has landed on the coast and is heading inland following the grey round road to the eagle cave. It supposed to be full of gold and treasure (dont know exactly what yet). Iv just come across some drow, so im currently making a fortifed settlement. Any input you want to put in is fine by me. Im assuming your all elves, mine are a bit of a mix of men elves and dwarves.
  12. Nice build. The crops are very well done especially the pumpkins.
  13. Jeez thats big. You can instantly tell its minas tirith. It might not be accurate to minifig scale, but i dont think its possible to build much bigger than you have here. Love the fact its gotta an interior as well. Amazing.
  14. Fair enough, I hate not having enough pieces. Ill look out for your next build, as the bits u focused on are pretty good. We all wish we had more bricks I suppose.
  15. Thought so, ill pop it on order and the other bits I need . Hopefully they'll arrive as im getting on with the moc. Cheers
  16. The use of colour here is brilliant. Its not often you get those colours used on these forums. Its a nice build, but could be improved with some more texture on the landscape. The circular bit in the middle is nicely done.
  17. Hi redviper, Think iv worked out the torso. It looks like ghazab http://brickset.com/minifigs/pop005/Ghazab-Hatchet-Hassansin, is that right?
  18. Lovely vig, cracking tree and you can really tell its a pine. It would be better if we could see the snow, it does get lost in the background. Nice work.
  19. Sorry redviper if I wasnt to clear. I was trying to find out the torso, hair and head pieces, ie wot fig or figs there from. Im gonna bricklink them later on this week with a parts order.
  20. Id say 2 a. Good idea this, its a bit like the books I read as a kid, where you picked an outcome then went to whatever page it said.
  21. Thanks for the comments everyone. Hi gideon, I took the pic, outdoors, mid afternoon and out of direct sunlight. I might not even be able to do that soon, as im in the north of england and the weathers getting worse (pretty much gonna rain now for the next 6 months).I think its down to the fact im using an old smartphone camera for pics and a tablet for editing and posting. Whats more Imoortant, a better camera or a proper comp so i can edit better?
  22. Nice little vig there, the snow looks great. The figs great as well. Im assuming thats 2 capes your using?
  23. Lovely builds there. I especially like the floor on the first, it looks brilliant.
  24. Sorry must have missed it last night, i had been to a public house for a soft drink or two. Could you let me know what parts he is made up of? Cheers
  25. 6Hi hammerbro, welcome back. I had asked for this region: But im more than happy (if your ok with it rogue) to let u have the extension, ill have a little more land at rogues discretion. Obviously some help with some pesky drow, would be appreciated.
