    Nerwen takes the magnifying glass and the letter, confirming as she does so, that the 120gold owed was accounted for. She then examines the barrel and chest. Finally, she uses the end of her staff to poke the other members of the party. The idea of something strong enough to tear of limbs is worrisome enough. But the fact the limbs have been taken is more disturbing.

    Nerwen steps into the room, examining the body, the cupboard and letter on top, then the bookcase. She recalls a spell the masters knew. The would take a small rodent and wave it across a room. When it changed, they would know it they were pointing at something important. She wished she recalled the incantation. Greely said he had not seen this tenant in a week.

    If the bushes are pushed in tight it binds, but there's plenty of axle to back them off. If it makes a rattling sound when you shake it, you're good to go!

    A power functions loco based on the British Rail Class 08. I've had this built for a while now, but thought it was time to show it off to you lovely people. I have been inspired by various people who've shown their versions of this loco here and on brickshelf, but I think I've done enough things differently that others might be inspired by my work in turn. Of course, I can see half a dozen places where I could do things differently or add reinforcement, but for now, enjoy! Pictures are links, click through to see bigger and others. Thanks for looking!

    Nerwen smiles at the sight of Cronk gingerly handling discarded lingerie. Sash had a shiny plate. But we should keep looking. Let us move on to the next room. Nerwen knocks on door 305.

    Nerwen angles the diamond so the diffracted light shines across the gems on the wall, from the red ruby to the blue sapphire next to it. She then uses the shiny reflective breastplate to bounce the green light from the middle of the spectrum across to the green emerald.

    We will see you gentlemen later. Nerwen leaves the room and looks for the stairs to the third floor.

    If the meal is here and you have not eaten it, may we perhaps have it? And is there some way we might give you some peace and make you ready for leaving this mortal plane? Is it your unfinished work that keeps you here?

    Nerwen shook the ghost's extended hand. Noting that this must be room 205, Nerwen said, Greetings. My name is Nerwen, the Orc paladin is Cronk, Xander is the hunter, and the aerobic assassin is Dyric. Did you enjoy your surf and turf from the kitchen? We were able to help the chef prepare it. Whilst we are here, we are also looking for an alchemical battery and a Wolpertinger, and possibly and escaped firedrake. Have you seen any of those? And if its not rude, may I ask why you are here? Guests or working?

    There's one more outstanding rent to collect on this floor, room 203. He owes four hundred gold. Mister Greely said that he ducks out the window, so we may need to barge in to prevent him fleeing. We could also knock on the other doors on this floor to say hello and ask about Wolpertingers and alchemical batteries. What do you think Dyric?

    I have visited many libraries Though I have not been as far as Xu or Terra Chima, I have been to kingdoms high and low and to lands of mist and dark. Is the answer Nôrnia?

    I must confess, I am a little stumped too. My teachers taught that wherever you go, there you are, but I do not think the answer is as simple as that. Perhaps I could entice you to give me a hint?

    In universe: there was some event that happened that killed pretty much all the heroes of heroica and drove off the rest. It's away of heroica existing before Atramor walked in the doors for the first time.

    Well now. The Ice Queen is a cold one to let inside one's heart. That makes sense of his sour face then. Do you hear strange noises from within? Is he simply a Winter Priest or is he a darker follower? Turning to her party, Nerwen said, If he is a Nercomancer, we had best be prepared for battle, with fire and light at the ready.
