Ragnarök Now 3: Day Five
Chromeknight replied to MagPiesRUs's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Would you like to suggest a possible mechanism for it being wrong? If it's pudding or the investigator that's scum and flat out lying, Is there some possibility that, 3 down, the scum could be close to winning that they'd risk this? Since if you flip town, they'd be next on the chopping block? -

Maybe. But there are counter examples in the great sagas. Recall the bedtime story your mother told you long ago. One of the characters there could best be described as Chaotic Evil. Lambi didn't have much chance to be idiotic. Jarl got weird, sure. But there was a sudden swing to lynch him. Which would've freaked him and driven the gamble to find the traitor. Mist was ... Well, Mencoty. so if they are organised, where do you see that organisation? -
Monk. You stand watch with Alf first. Then Namyrra, you and Symra. Arx and Thormanil can have the third watch then myself and Zaniah can end the nights watch.
-
Ok then, we'll take the last.

Nerwen has been Cleric > Shaman > Paladin > Minstrel. The minstrel required significant retooling weapon wise and a big drop in hitting power. But that's not what minstrel is for, so it was ok. She'll go to high cleric next, (assuming this quest succeeds!)
-
You should not have to stand watch alone. I will join you. Nerwen looks up at the night sky and the stars.

The two lights are joined together most of the way down the wire. Unless you're modifying your wire, you won't be able to have them at opposite ends. Having two of motors will generally mean a polarity switch is needed too, unless both motors are facing the same way (with no buffer on one) or on different outputs (not recommended). The actual brick shape of the locomotive is very nice. And the color scheme sweet. Good to see that dark blue wi do get some love.

Is it wrong of me to wait until he proclaims he's scum and appeals for the traitor to come forward? Or have they worked out there isn't one? Ah. Carry on then. Vote:Lodmund (Lord Duvors) -

I had feared Munud was scum. His loyalty means he may have been onto something with his contribution. I shall trim my stylish goatee and consider what was said. I may need to take a nap too, so forgive me if I'm quiet for a little while, it is not that I will have forgotten or evaded the task. -
Seeing no one else speaking, Nerwen continued. Out of touch with current politics? No matter. The foe is ancient. A Mindflayer.

Nerwen looked up at the bell. I would suggest that we try sealing the bell if at all possible. I can through song. Namyrra and Monk have scrolls. And Syrma you have ether too. You heard what the dragon said. It was after us. I have no doubt our enemy could contrive to strike that bell and direct the colossus against us unless we take precautions. And if you reflect some more on the dragon's speech and our answers, you would gave an answer of your own. Who do you know who is powerful enough to bind one of the elder dragons, Nerwen's eyes flick to the shade of the dragon hovering over Namyrra, Even if you do not know their name, you have felt their power and we've been sent to stop them.

Ragnarök Now 3: Day Three

He swapped his vote when Pudding said he had something to reveal and can't be bothered swapping it back. It doesn't make a difference to the lynch result either way, it just makes him look dodgy. But why do you care if someone else looks dodgy? Is he? Are you? Is Mist not? Is this the last gasp of a hapless game? -
If we were fighting I could help, but otherwise my music is just music.

Given Mist is in that group of 4-5 hrs before confession, it's very likely the scum planned to bus him. Odds are at least one or two other scum is in that bunch, expecting Jarls confession to have happened sooner. Thanks for pulling the info out, it confirms suspicions that were raised over the last couple of days. -

Caution. Do not read while drinking. May cause drink out nose. Ow. Can someone (other than Hink) explain the "You caused us to waste our kill" comment? -

Perhaps you'd need to look at who logged on between confession and end of day. I know I did. I just didn't post to thread since all had been said. Also. Assume the scum didn't prompt Jarl to confess, but were surprised by his action and had to then vote for him that means the scum are probably in the first list. -
Though she was puzzled by talk of love being vowed forever, Nerwen shushed Pretzel anyway. Surely you've known companions you cared for, Munk. Besides. This task of finding a body is much smaller than guiding us through this land, we don't lose any time doing it.

Well, it all seems too easy. I can think of several ways kills could go missing and Mist still be town. But it seems Mist couldn't. So this lynch is testing a theory. It's the simplest explination, we'll see how it pans out. [bVote: Mist(Mencot)[/] Vote: Mist(Mencot) -
Disappointed that she was knocked out just as the battle ended and missed the experience of defeating the flamboas, Nerwen shrugs. Sure. Let's help.

I'm glad people have begun looking past the confusion of words to the voting of confirmed scum. Anyway, Mist. You were blocked. The action was successful. You were blocked because you'd been pinged as scummy days one and two. On the night you were blocked we saw less kills than expected. Is it a watertight case that you're scum? Not at all! Speak up, figure alternatives. If you reckon Pudding is scum, follow the logic. How would it clear you if he was? Lay out a reasonable case for how things went. You've now claimed vanilla, so there's no pressing reason to keep you to test a roleclaim. To move the lynch you'll need a more plausible scenario than the one where you're scum and were blocked. There's plenty o information out there, hopefully we'll see more of it come to light today. -

We saw two kills night 1. If there is a serial killer, we might expect up to three, if the roleblocker and angel miss.
