Thanks for the help guys. I'm thinking I'll see how well the light in The Winter Toy Shop works and then maybe buy a bunch of those. If that doesn't work I'll probably have to go with a non lego solution.

I have been wondering how to add lighting to a city display for a while now and finally got around to asking it. What would I need to put a light inside some of my houses? I want to use all Lego instead of some other product so what would be the cheapest solution? There have been some low quality figs in recent battle packs, heres the Classic Castle Article.

I know what your talking about actually. In the ultimate Lego book there is a pic of a fig with this hair, and it says the date and "first minifigs" or something. I would love to have some of these but I have never seen them in real life.

Good job, I especially like how you did the outside, that's something usually missing from MOCs like this.

I love this one! the colors and mix of old and new characters remind me of a classic scene with a new twist. I wouldn't change the piñata, I know the exact one you were going for and you nailed it. The only thing that needs work would be, as others mentioned is the floor. I think a black and white checkered tile or maybe a design would work well. Great job though, this is my favorite so far.

Just a question, even though I can't buy one, are the figs regular or are they the lower quality ones?

I never knew that the tiles said Cafe in them, I always thought they where random. Great review and keep up the good work.

I knew I had seen it before but It couldn't find it anywhere on Bricklink. Now I know why.

This is a little of topic but it probably doesn't deserve it's own topic so... What is that green bottle pice in the pictures on the dock? I've been looking on Bricklink for a half hour now and I can't find it.

I like it allot but there is one major area for improvement, the top. With all the open space I would love to see a pirate relaxing up there laughing at the imperials. If you wanted to you could also put a canary in the mine, either this,this, or a brick-built one. Good luck in the contest and good job on the rest of the entry.

I also voted blue and white, they are the most realistic in my opinion.

I've also been wondering why you chose to MOC parts of africa. You do a very good job with the limited number of heads.

They look good but a little bigger than I expected. I assume there are no pics with a minifig for comparison?

I love this one. The only thing I can think to add would be more palm trees, I think it would make the island more secretive, as you wouldn't want imperials discovering it.
