Thanks everyone I wanted it to be a younger Brickbeard, I was thinking of them as newlyweds.

102b Brickbeard returns from pirating to surprise his wife with some flowers. I've been kind of into playability recently so the house lifts off the foundation and the back is open. I wanted to have his wife staring out onto the sea thinking of Brickbeard while he is downstairs, about to go up and surprise her. I just sat down and started building on this one without any plan, (originally it was going to be an island, then a fort, and then a house) and went wherever I felt like. This is probably my favorite MOC to date and as always Comments and Criticism are welcome. More pics on Flickr

I was planning to do a red one but i haven't got around to ordering the eyes yet. The pieces don't line up to well though and this is the best one I could get. I think the top middle section is slightly larger than the bottom middle, witch throws off the entire thing.

I was looking for a cartoon character to make using these eyes and this is what I came up with. Comments and Criticism welcome

Heres mine, a scene from A Christmas Carol, where scrooge meets an old friend.

Thanks for the suggestion, I originally planned to make the rocks bigger but they made the ship seem to small. I also think the smaller rocks make it feel like the ship is out farther in the ocean but still close enough to land. Thanks, i had originally planned on adding a dock and a small building but there wasn't enough space (the ship by itself is practically to big for the Medium category) I didn't want to make it over crowded and I don't have enough bricks or skill for a Large entry so I settled on just the boat.

this is great with so few pieces. I like the back the best and the use of the printed parts is a great solution to windows in such a small scale.

I wanted to build this with some playability so the deck lifts off to reveal the cabin, and I wanted it to be realistic looking. I didn't base it of any ships in particular but just used my imagination for this one. I"m not sure if ships this small actually existed but i wanted to make sure it was less than 16 x 16 and I didn't have to many bricks. Comments and Criticism are welcome. That is a great Blackbeard figure you have there, looks just like the real guy. (or at least what the modern perception of him is)

These are fantastic, I'm defiantly making some of these myself. Mickey is my favorite but all these are very good.

Thanks I may try this then I assume as long as the trains not to heavy the motor will have no trouble.

I killed Sirius Black, I killed Sirius Black

Great Job depicting the scene but I personally hated this scene in the movie. -
UFO sighted hovering over Brickington!
Tom Bricks replied to General Armendariz's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
Pretty good. One thing I would suggest would be to edit in a starry background though, this one doesn't give it a real UFO feel. -
I'm bad at naming ships but here's a list of some names that could work for you. http://www.ellipsis.cx/~liana/names/other/ships.html (I assume you need help naming the ship) Hope this helps!

Petition: We want the Pirates Advent Calender in the United States
Tom Bricks replied to Bonaparte's topic in LEGO Pirates
I don't think its coming... The best solution will probably be bricklink, come on TLC think of the money you are loosing. -
I would only like the return of the Indians if it was done differently from before. More earth colors would make sets more realistic than before. I don't think it will happen though, because it's such a sensitive topic.

Do these inclines work on the 9v tracks where they have to be connected for it to work though? I would doubt it but it could be worth a try.

What is the longest you have kept a model built?
Tom Bricks replied to Paul B Technic's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I have some old modified ones but the oldest one I have whole is Market street, bought the week it came out. I even have a few MOCs older than that. -
What do you do when you build?
Tom Bricks replied to Darth Legolas's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I listen to music on my laptop on shuffle and usually sing along If I'm building something to do with a movie like Indiana Jones or Harry Potter I'll listen to the soundtrack on repeat. Because I'm always listen to music, certain songs bring back memories of building certain things. I used to build on the floor when I was younger, then on my bed, but now that I have the table space I build at a table. -
Dr. Inferno's Cargo Train of DOOM!
Tom Bricks replied to Oky's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
This is perfect, I never imagined anything like this for and Agent MOC but you made it work. I love all the play features you included and how doesn't like laser cannons? -
I also like the newest one the most. The ange of the arms and the scarf are just perfect.

This is what I used in my yet to be posted PTVII entry so yes I do like them as pirate ship hulls.

I got to disney every year and i thought they looked similar but I thought it was a coincidence. Cafe Corner would fit right in there.

No the back part is a button that needs to be pushed in for the light to work. I was thinking of the same thing but I'm not sure how long these last.

I really hope that this means there's a new one coming. I for one want a realistic passenger station in white or light grey This one doesn't even look like a good source of bricks, it looks like mostly columns in the pic.
