  1. Great job throughout the entire movie but I especially liked the sound the minifigs made when they where walking. The entire scene in the 1920's was perfect. Did anyone else notice the names of the probes?
  2. This is amazing. The scale this is built at and the amount of bricks I hope that someday I see this in person and that some day I have the time/skill/money to attempt a project at this scale.
  3. great job revisiting an old MOC. I liked the first one but the second version is even better. I too enjoy the roof and the action on top of it.
  4. I am a 100% Purist. I don't modify bricks or use clone brands because I believe it takes away from the quality of the creation. I am also slightly opposed to snot even though it's Lego. I only use it on rare occasions and I prefer using tiles or leaving it as studs.
  5. I hope that this piece is used in more than just the games. It looks useful and I would love for it to become as common, but not replace, the regular one.
  6. Those would go quite well with the new christmas set this year. I wonder if there will be any more.
  7. This is wonderfully done, nice find. Everything is just like the movie down to the last unpainted rose.
  8. Great work on this one, plenty of action and the ending has left me hanging. Keep up the good work.
  9. Yes, yes we should. I all ready have ideas forming. I grew up with 4 sisters and the first Lego I got came from them. They were never really into Lego but did enjoy playing with it as well as building. I believe that part of the reason many girls don't like Lego as much is that they are way under represented in the Minifigures. I can remember growing up when I had 2 female figures and my sisters did not appreciate that very much at all. Not being able to see themselves as a minifig may be one of the reasons.
  10. I used to love that game, probably the best TLC game in recent memory. I looked and couldn't find anything though, it's probably lost in the sands of time...
  11. This is great and it looks like an actual set. Good job on the doors of the car too and congratulations on winning.
  12. Looks good, I especially like the use of the helmets. Great job with a limited piece count too.
  13. I was also wondering if the train had to be motorized and if a train or part of a train could be included in a track-side structure.
  14. This is a great idea and it is well executed. Very good job on the voices too.
  15. Licensed sets prices tend to rise more dramatically than other themes but Batman has especially risen quickly, If a store had any in a back room or something they could make a couple thousand dollars with these prices.
  16. I am seriously regretting not buying any Viking sets. I think it was the technic looking monsters... I think this set looks empty without a sail though a well designed sail could have made this a good $15 set instead of a mediocre $10 set.
  17. that wouldn't be too bad and it would give the elves an enemy. It would also give us non printed long legs.
  18. Looks like a decent set with lots of playability. My favorite models are the chariot and jail.
  19. I would like to see it stay if it evolved into elves, black knights, or some other kind of fraction but if it doesn't then it's probably gone. I voted 50-50.
  20. Ahh.. that explains it. Great job the whole scene is fantastic.
  21. This is great. I like the use of stickers on the awnings out front and the PAB wall. You got the over all hectic feel of my local lego store too with all the people trying to get the newest sets.
  22. The new battle pack will certainly be the first one I but a big from me.
  23. I completely disagree, there's not much in there that could be cut out and still have the same appeal for the overall movie.
  24. I haven't vacuumed my Lego room in about 6 months.
  25. I agree, IJ is no were near dead. I think the two themes will compliment each-other, not hurt each-other.
