Its nice and very good for a first effort. No doubt your future MOCs will just get better and better. Maybe the legs need to bulk up a little more? I like the last photo with the Battle Droids' hands in the air. Maybe if you swap the position of the last two photos then we will have a before and after shot of what happened to the Battle Droids. Well done and keep it up.

CAT Rex on a Freeco bike will be cool althought a set with just that won't be much good with building an army of CAT.

Excellent review valentin. Our wallets are well and truly trapped this year. We need someone to get that shield down around Lego's pricing policy dept. This set is finally out in NZ and I'm going to get it. Your review just helped me to realise how good a set it is. Before your review I really only wanted it for the minifigures. Thanks.

Thanks CommanderFox for bringing these auctions to our attention. Not sure how you do it but you sure keep a close eye on trademe. It will be interesting to see where these auctions end up. Wonder if there's many others interested in the Naboo Fighter. Only seen the Pirate Tank at the Red Shed so far AoNZ. Its $75.99.

You might have to wait a while for that to happen. Some of those sellers are professionals and seem to have an unlimited supply. Usually if I want to sell some of my surplus stuff I find that I'm better off selling it for slightly less and just get it done with rather than wait for the other sellers to finish because there will always be someone selling ... especially for a common minifigure like the Rebel Scout Trooper. It'll be a different story if you have some rare piece.

I think Mandalorians are not made up of just one species. I believe Mandalorian is more a way of life/culture so that if you're a believer of that way of life then you can be Mandalorian. At least that is the impression I got from the latest Star Wars novel that I'm reading ("Sacrifice").

Ravi I think there's others selling new Rebels Scout Troopers for $6 each so I guess that might be your ceiling unless you have something different to offer from the other sellers. People will take the postage included price so bear that in mind.

That's what I'm starting to think. I just hope the Gunship won't get sold out anytime soon. Only thing is I can't remember Warehouse having that many Lego sale. 25% off will be sweet if the Red Shed will do it. I don't suppose anyone spotted the Pirate Tank or Home One at other stores? They are probably Warehouse exclusives.

First of all thanks for the tutorial. Like some of the others I always wanted to know how it all work but didn't want to do what you did to my LUL Vader (its the only LUL minifigure I got). I'm not a Dutch speaker but it is not hard to google the meaning of LUL in Dutch. I'm not going to state the meaning here because there might be young children reading these forum but I laughed for a while after finding out the meaning simonwillems

Looks like its an easy choice for you huck to flat but its not easy for me because I really like the Gunship and want it. My current thinking is to get Home One now while its available and at that price and hope the Gunship will still be available come Xmas time. Seeing how the Chrome Stormtrooper has disappeared for now then I probably can wait a bit on getting the Gunship from Shop@Home.

Great news guys!! Just spotted Home One at Warehouse for $189.99!! That is a great price and matched what was found on their website a while back! I was worried that the website price was a mistake but its not! Its real. Just home they won't change it before I get it. The bad news for me personally is that I now have a choice of Home One or the Republic Attack Gunship!!! Why do I get the hard choice?!?!

Thanks for a great review. I decided to get this from Shop@Home because you no longer can buy this at the shops in NZ. I'm just waiting for the Chrone Stormtrooper to become available to NZ on Shop@Home so that I can make the post of the postage I'll be paying. Your review just reinforced my decision to get it. Like some of the others I think it will be nice to have a couple more minigiures with this.

This is a cool MOC and idea. Reminds me of an Anime that I really like "Mospeda". I think you can really improve it by adding some colour to it and maybe look at redesigning the feet a little. At the moment the rear part of the fee don't really look like they can hold the weight of the unit up. Nice hat on the sheriff.

Thanks for a good review. I agree that this set feels like its rushed. Its hard to describe exactly but the ship lacked polish/finishing touches. Its one of my favourite ship from the CW series but I don't think Lego did it justice with this set. Let's hope we get a remake in the future and make it a larger set so that they have more bricks to play with. I ended up buying this set for Mace, built it once and sold the set (less Mace) off.

evil_elmo Two things crossed my mind straight-away when I looked at your collection: 1. Either you don't have young kids at your place or that room is locked up tight; and 2. Wow! That is an amazing collection. Just imagine the fun you had collecting them and building them.

This is very nice. I been seeing a lot of great Star Wars walkers lately but this is something different. The skeleton feet are a nice touch and I like the brown colour scheme.

That's a very nice avator Roncanator. This new one looks fresh and lighter than your old one which seem a bit gloomy to me. Just my thoughts so I hope you're not offended by it. Haven't heard from H2F recently but he did send me the minifigures we traded. Took a little longer than expected but all good in the end. I went to Toyworld today. Nothing new to report. Also went to Kmart and found that they increased the price of the Clone Walker and Assassin Droid BP to $24.

I think anything from OT, PT and CW will make me happy but what I'll really like to see will be a little more EU. In particular I'll love to have a Grand Admiral Thrawn and Mara Jade minifigure.

This is a great MOC. Much better Lego's garbage truck. Maybe you can break the monotone up with some decals? But its no biggie. The monotone doesn't really take much away from a great MOC.
