Prince of Persia Theme Month Game: Night 2
Spyder replied to Shadows's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Sure seems that Svelte hasn't been talking much, wonder what he might be up to. Maybe he ran away with all the Nizam to hide. Yay! Citizens win! -
Prince of Persia Theme Month Game: Day 2
Spyder replied to Shadows's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
I killed Burman, I'm the killer, not you. I'm sorry Burman, but I could've sworn you were a Nizam. -
Sheesh, you just keep pumping these new decals out every day. Slow down, otherwise you'll have made every single person in Harry Potter within a week!
-
After resizing them, you need to upload them to Brickshelf And use that to upload pics. Here are a couple of tutorials on how to upload to Brickshelf, and then how to post your pics from Brickshelf. Hope that helps.

Listen, even if he doesn't reply, let this be a warning to all others- Do NOT glue you Lego, it's what sets it apart from other model kits!!! However Flatfoot, if you really want to, what's stopping you? Do it... ...and destroy your Lego.

I'm really loving that Voldemort, keep up the good work.

Welcome to the best place on Earth to feed your Lego addiction. (Besides actually buying Lego ) There's always a few (or more) sets that we missed out on and want. I'm glad that you've decided to register here, as I myself have really enjoyed it. If I might recommend some other sites you might want to bookmark: The Brother's Brick- a place to see all of the greatest creations. Brickshelf- a photo sharing website exclusively for Lego, here's two tutorials on how to post pictures using it. You'll also have to resize them. Personally, I use IrfanView. Bricklink- The Lego Ebay Brickset- a site that lists all sets along with reviews and instructions. And when in doubt, here's the Tutorials Index. Have fun, and be creative!

1. Prince of Persia. I was sucked into this theme because of the themed month. It's a good thing we had it too, otherwise, I wouldn't know how great PoP is! 2. Harry Potter I read all of the books in about a month, found out there were Lego sets for it, and you can guess what happened then... 3. Batman I grew up with superheroes, and Batman was always my favorite. So when they made a Lego theme of it, you can guess again what happened. This was probably the thing that really brought me back to Lego.

Prince of Persia Theme Month Game: Night 1

You say (yawn) that killing JimButcher would (yawn) be useless. Why? Are you protecting a Nizam, or is he already counted as dead. Please oh great (yawn) Vizier, answer my question, just wait till morning. I'm soooo going back to bed... -
Most likely I won't be getting this set, but you still manage to put it in a good light for me in this review. Maybe this set isn't as bad as I once thought it was. So thank you for yet another great review of the next wave of Toy Story sets.

How long do you wait until you open your lego?
Spyder replied to Ratshot's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I usually wait till I get home, as even now it's still exciting to get any Lego. Occasionally though I will open the box in the car to make sure everything's there. -
Prince of Persia Theme Month Game: Day 1
Spyder replied to Shadows's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Whoops, sorry JimButcher, it's just that you sure have made alot of posts to try and throw suspicion off of you. So willing to die, perhaps a bluff? (I just watched the Sherlock Holmes movie, it sure has given me some great tips to find all you Nizam. So be afraid Nizam, very afraid.) -
I had a problem with the dynamite piece shaving some plastic off as you stick it into a minifigure's hand, but that's it. I've never had any problems with the pieces mentioned in your post.

Prince of Persia Theme Month Game: Day 1
Spyder replied to Shadows's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Sorry Bigcam JimButcher, but he has a point there. Why would you sign up for the game and then be so against it? For all we know, you could have been a Nizam sleeper agent for years now. -

We'll foil their plans by not wearing underwear! -
This is perfect! I love all the decals, such vibrant colors. Now you can just update this thread instead of having twenty different topics out there.

Prince of Persia Theme Month Game: Rules and Players
Spyder replied to Shadows's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
I'm ready to go! I changed my avatar, not even sure if that's legal, but here's my character: Name: Spyderentio Occupation: Snake Charmer Ethnicity: Arabian Backstory: An Arabian immigrant to Persia, not too much is known except that he has a wife and two daughters. He moved to Persia nine years ago, and has had a nearly clean record ever since. (It is reported that his carpet is stolen, but this has yet to be confirmed.) He's one of the most famous snake charmers to date, and loves his job. He apparently has some friends in the palace, as he has performed there several times, and a rumor is going around that he might move there to perform daily for royalty. -
Good job, looks accurate. I don't see why you can't just make one topic titled (example) Severus' Decals, and have all your decals in there. Every time you make a new decal, you can make a new post in the topic with that decal in the post, then edit your first post of the topic that contains all your decals, and add the new one.

Elegant indeed. I love those engines, the tires on the front are nice. I sure would hate to have to fight the JU-509.
-
Wow, it's so smooth and aerodynamic, it's hard to believe it's even Lego. You've got some nice SNOT there.
-
I'm pretty sure that main engine rocket thingy is "Svelte-was-wrong" color. And just for that I'm buying this set.

Prince of Persia Theme Month Game: SIGNUP!
Spyder replied to Shadows's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
I've never done any of these "Mafia" games, so I'd love to try a simplified one to get me started. As I buy more PoP sets, I realize why we are having this great month with all these activities: the PoP theme is one of the greatest ever made!
