Are we allowed to pick our own MOCs? (Not that I would, my creations suck compared to alot of you guys. )
-
Some of my B1 battle droids have loose joints, but I don't think I've had any of them break. Plus they are mostly from 1999, and have gone through lots of play. I haven't had any problems with any SBDs, but maybe that's because I only have one, I built him, put him on display with the set, and now I can't find him.

How come only 4 people know whats going on? Can someone please let us know what's happening, 'cause were all kinda confused here.
-
Nice to have you back, and don't worry, I kept the Tuskens in line. (BTW: Did you get my PM?)

I'm pretty sure that the orange pieces I used are just from 3827 and 8630. You can probably find all of the orange pieces from 3827 in the new Bikini Bottom set. Mraz 'Skintas posted one right above.

Can we finally change the font colors on the front page?
Spyder replied to madoka's topic in Forum Information and Help
I would love to have a themed month every now and then, it would keep things interesting, especially if we had a contest for every theme month. As for the colors on the front page, I think they are fine, it's not hard to read on my computer. -
It's a truly spectacular movie, but it's already been posted in the Brickflicks forum.

Agreed, sorta. I will just buy old minifigs, and creator sets. But seriously, stickering the minifigs in Space Skulls and Star Justice is as far as I want it to go with minifigs. Besides, they only did that with those sets because they were limited edition Factory sets, and in my opinion, just parts sets. So I don't think we have to worry about stickers on minifigs.

I just got back from the Lego store in Downtown Disney, and they had the Republic Fighter Tank there, so I guess 7679 has made a come back everywhere.
-
Probably, but I'll have to play KOTOR again to find out if you can see the canopy while racing.
-
Well, it's only available in Lego stores, but I don't know if it's limited edition. I just got back from Disney World Saturday, and when I was at the lego store Monday, they seemed to have a bunch of those little guys. I doubt kids are really interested in them, they would rather have the sets, so I would assume that they will still be in stock in November, because they're just not a popular buy. I personally think that they'll be there 'till Christmas, and then Lego will discontinue them. So really, I don't think anybody except people working for Lego will even have a true idea of when they will be gone.

Thanks, pics will be up tomorrow. You are right about the extension of the cockpit. Another thing I find funny is how in all the pictures I can find, it has a little wind shield in front, instead of a full canopy covering the driver. However, in every moc of this swoop I can find, everyone uses a canopy, so that's what I did. Well thanks, that's mighty kind of you. At least one thing I want to do is cover those technic pin holes in the sides of the cockpit with something. I also want to raise up the part behind the cockpit a bit, 'cause it's supposed to be even with the cockpit.

That's really nice. There's not really a word to describe it, it's like nothing I've ever seen. It's just plain cool, and I love how you made those clubs on the sides with checkers in them. I don't know what it is, I just really like it.

I just got back from the Lego Imagination Center in Downtown Disney in Florida. Unfortunately, they didn't have alot of greenery, which was what I wanted. Oh well, I still packed a large and a small cup. First what was in the small. This one I didn't pack, I just tossed stuff in, and then organized it for the photo. I'm not really sure what these pieces are, but I grabbed the only two there: Here's what was I packed in the large: Here it is without all the grass and white pillars: So thanks for showing me a couple techniques for packing PAB cups, it really helped.

As I said in the Sith Interceptor topic, I have another KOTOR moc. I actually enjoyed building this more than the Sith Interceptor. The colors were fun to work with, because I have a limited amount of orange. And yes, again I was inspired by Scorp's swoop cockpit. Swoop Racer Manufactuer: Lhosan Industries Armament: none Era: Old Republic Era I eventually plan on modifying it into an AeroChaser Speeder Bike. Here it is, in all it's glory: And straight-on: Here's a shot showing the engines: Plus an underside shot: This is all you can see of the swoop while racing it. The only other time you can see it is on your ship. I'm thinking of changing it a little, before I make it into an AeroChaser because I can see that a couple things are wrong. What do you think of it? Please give me some critisism, I need it.

It's pretty freakin' awesome, that's what it is. Siegfried, how come you never finished that? I love those missle pods, and the overall shape is great. You really need to use that in a MOC.
-
Nice idea, but I think an Imperial Attack Crawler would be much more fitting.
-
All Lego creations are gonna be fragile, but this one surprisingly holds up pretty well. I'm hoping to add some nice greebling on it before I use it in a larger MOC, comic, or whatever I'll use it for. Thanks, I'm flattered. Scorp does have some great mocs. Thanks.

I would love to join if I may.

Sorry to bump up a thread, but I have this tablescrap that I meant to upload, but never did. Besides, it's a cool thread idea, and I'm sure everyone has at least one tablescrap to post here. A Skull Tie Fighter:

Wow! That guy worked for 1500 hours on that video! Well, I for one think that all that effort relly payed off in the end. That video was just incredible. He definitely had some Lego talent.

That thing is huge! The figurehead is great, as are the sails. For some reason, I really like the rigging. That ship would demolish anything I could throw at it. :pir-skull: Nice work. Very nice work.

I think I made the cockpit a little bit too long. I just have to buy some decal paper, and then I can use both yours and Clone Killer's great decals. I was originally going to make this for Sith Supremacy, but all of a sudden, the game kind of died. Plus, I'm leaving tomorrow for Florida. Maybe we can have a Sith Supremacy 2 with a new schedule in a month or two, 'cause I have school to get back to.

Well, 3 or 4 years ago, I finally bought the game Republic Commando after a classmate had been urging me to buy it. I finally gave in and bought it. And guess what? It's one of my favorite games ever. Any ways, your squad all has cool names like Fixer, and Scorch. So I thought I needed a cool nickname like them. At the time, I was fascinated by spiders and their abilities. Except I thought Spyder looked cooler than spider, so I made Spyder my username. On some games though, I'll have my username as Spyder38, because your commando's code in the game is THX-1138, and your squad will every now and then call you Three-Eight. There, a long answer, that's why I was holding off on posting my reply. I just had nothing better to do and I saw that this topic was in the active topics list.

Then I do owe you an apology, and I am sorry. There is a big hatred of Mega Bloks on this forum, but I can't change it. That's just the way this forum is. It's a cheaper quality product of the thing we love here, so people do tend to hate it here. As long as people do not start to post MOCs made out of mega bloks here, then I'm fine.
