Bad news. Very bad news. Look the video at 2'37''. It seems that there is one knob for each wing. Indeed, when the designer turns the knob, only the left wing rise (since the right wing is already up). They really could have make something like 7191 with one knob for 2 wings (on the 7191 it is even one knob for 4 wings !!). edit : "Wings fold up and down by turning 2 keys on rear of model!"

There is a display card !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It looks good. :) Just one thing I must say : on the forum indexs, we have to use the scrollbars far too much !! Please, do something to reduce them !

Yes, he took inspiration on Dmac's Shuttle. So what ? When I do a MOC, I also look at what other people did. So, I may find good ideas to make my own MOC. I think that Cavegod's shuttle is still a MOC because Dmac did no building instruction. And anyway, did Cavegod deny that he took inspiration on Dmac's shuttle ? Don't know. May be Cavegod should write it in explicitly in the first post. It would calm down everyone. edit : it is written in the first post, so, I don't see any problem.

Those who stole the photos...

I'm also OK for others users to use my photos, videos, and even to give complete building instructions for free (MOC UCS). But the minimum I demand is to put the credits. -
Thanks for the great pics ! :) The shuttle is awesome. The designers did a good job, sure. But it seems there is no foot to make it stand well, nor display card. So it is not UCS. When I see the model in the upper right hand corner of the photo, I wonder if I'm right or not. Time will tell. edit : why is it a Clone War box ?

Well. That something I can understand. But for the 18 other models (and even 26 if I take Blakbird's photo into consideration) ? O_o In this case, this guys is definitely using the pics he finds on the Internet because he is too lazy to take is own photos. So, in the description it would have been nice to credit the Technicopedia and SeTechnic. -

Hi, Some days ago i saw that : http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?m=povratnik I sent 2 emails to the Brickshelf webmaster for him to delete MY photo in the folder of this disrespectful guy named povratnik But the photos are still in the folder. Moreover, it is not the first time that this stupid guy make such a thing. Has anybody ever have this problem with his photos ?

Best Technic Set
Anio replied to Pauger's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
That's because today people love models which dazzle. That's all. This year, the 8043 dazzles AND has great and complex functions. :) IMO, this model is in my top 5. With 8868, 8480, 8421, 8466 and 8258. Oops, it is a top 6. -
My vote : MOC/UCS/Technic.

TECHNIC Sets from 2010
Anio replied to LordGalewind's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Yes, I made it. Yes, the new part is very similar to the one you show. Here is the inventory : page 1 : http://img709.imageshack.us/img709/7360/dscn2452i.jpg page 2 : http://img14.imageshack.us/img14/7990/dscn2454j.jpg On the second page, the 2 big Light Bluish Gray parts have the quantity 2 and 1. And there is no 11L axis. Nevertheless, the inventory is... prodigious ! edit : @ CP5670 : you can't put a clutch ; it is too big. -

Thank you, Eric.² :) You are right. And I must say that it is quite suprising that nobody ask it already. In fact, I get the model thanks to my partner Peek et Poke : http://www.peeketpoke.eu/ This shop succeeded to get some copies of the model. So, it proposed them to SeTechnic members. Unfortunately, it is not available anymore. We bought all the models in 3 days. I hope they will have other copies in few days. -

Yes... This will be my eternal regret... But translating everything (all the reviews) into English is definitely too tough. Really too tough... -

Yep. In French, a 16t clutch is a "roue folle" (="insane wheel"). And in France, AFOLs use the word "clutch" for the white 24t clutch gear. -

Not yet. But it will be a port crane anyway.
