Not bad, but I agree with computerbug there seems to be a lot of huge <insert that tiresome argument> pieces. And the cannon does not look the usual barrell-shaped cannon, it looks too blocky IMO. But you could always make it better.

Thanks for clarifying. So if The Spinsoar doesn't have the SW-look it would be better if this were in the Sci-Fi forum? It's really a very good build but I just don't see any SW-element/reference in it. The use of an existing SW bounty hunter would have been acceptable.

Pretty good customs Count Forresto. I for one, liked how you chipped off the fin in the Clone Commando, I think I would try the same in the Clone pilot helmet (the way it should be). Regarding the black stealth trooper, the black print does look obviously 'sharpied'. I think a better way would have been the use of black spray paint as more even finish will be achieved. Still, good overall job!

Great MOC AoNZ! I love the whole Stegosaurus-shaped concept of the ship, and you were able to execute and achieve the overall look of the dinosaur. Props also to the custom weapons of Ruth. But forgive my ignorance, what is this FBTB contest all about? Because I don't see this MOC as Star Wars-ish and looks more like a Sci-Fi one.

This is just ingenuity at its best - a very impressive 9-piece creation indeed. With that small piece count you were able to get the basic shape of AT-ST. Great work as usual Legostein!

I think it's better to reserve judgement when we have the final pics, because it' really hard to see if the 'fatness' of the BARC speeder maybe just due to the pixelation of the blurry photo. But I really hope they do the BARC right this time, as this is one speeder that is essential to any army builder. Sorry if this is a bit off-topic, but Slave I for the nth time? Really? The Geonosis-themed set might be more probable, and we can't have enough of our jedi. Honestly it's quite an insult to Ki-Adi-Mundi that other lesser jedi MF was made before him (Nahdar, Vos, Barriss just to name a few). Now, let's get back on topic.

Hmmmm, I've been also wanting to do this but never found the time to do it. Maybe I should try, as I've always though there will always be a way to make something possible in lego, but I guess it would have to entail major overhauling/redesigning of the 7675 AT-TE. I've also experienced this with the 7676 RGS stickers. I think the problem lies when you apply the stickers the first time with little pressure, it has the tendency to peel off. Once peeled-off, dirt goes to the peeled-off part underneath the sticker and the adhesive is totally lost and cannot be applied anymore. I think the best way is to apply these stickers with much pressure, especially on the edges, during the first time to avoid peeling off. -

You mean the Obi-wan head used for Qui-Gon in the 7665 Republic Cruiser? I tried to backread the reviews done in this set, and checked the set inventory of this set in BL, and it seems the 'recycled' Ep.3 Obi-wan head really is the official head of Qui-Gon for this set. I wouldn't say it's a mistake on TLG's part, but most probably a deliberate decision on their part to just reuse an existing head instead of making an upgraded fleshie Qui-Gon head. Correct me if I'm wrong but AFAIK there is no flesh version of the yellow Qui-Gon head (?) -
Very nice! Simple yet effective small vignette, perfect setting for the Mexican Series 2 MF. I love how you built the cactus and the bonfire.

Not bad at all L-space, I like the adequate amount of variation in color and texture in the walls. I also love that wooden scaffolding. Can't wait to see the final product.
-
I love how you adapted to the 'kid' situation and made the castle sturdier without losing the aesthetics of the design of the castle. It still looks good to me, very nicely done karl1!

That's a pretty good build for your first MOC noname. Yeah, the design is rather plain and simple, but that's quite understandable considering this is your first MOC and you had to work with limited parts. This is something that you could always build on, improve until you hone your expertise in these types of MOCs. Keep it up and hope to see more of your creations here.

When I first read the title and before I saw the photo, the first thing that popped out of my mind was Christopher Nolan's Inception, and I was right! Wow, that's truly a wonderful and very unique creation Infomaniac! I simply love it. -
Nicely done as usual AncienEngine. Just curious, where did you get the mohawk hairpiece?

As much as we would like to have different-colored Mandos, it's highly unlikely since this BP is mainly based on the Death Watch Mandos of the CW series. Maybe the best thing we could expect is some sort of Pre Visla helmet marking, but even that I doubt we'll get in the BP.

Hello Mac and welcome to Eurobricks! enjoy your stay here, see you around.

Welcome to Eurobricks LegoMama Wendy! Yeah I've tried the avatar link you shared before it's quite interesting. Your kids are lucky to have a mom like you who pampers them with lego. Continue enjoying the site.

Sorry if this a bit out of the rumor topic, but I think the Eta-2s are due for a remake and will probably appear in future sets if they appear in the CW series. That would be the main factor I guess, since most of the vehicles that appeared in the series were released as sets (CTT, AT-TE, RGS, ARC-170, Delta 7Bs, etc.)

It looks like a highly-modified, fully-loaded X-Wing to me based on the overall shape of the ship. Nice details, good job brickfoot. Best of luck in the contest.
-
Sugi will most probably be included in the Bounty Hunter Ship. It would be just plain wrong if she wasn't included in her own ship. Regarding the BPs, from what I can make out of the blurry photos, it seems only one Mando has a jetpack. And I think the BARC speeder will be a new design based on some new elements I see in the photo.

AFAIK, the 7675 AT-TE is close to minifig scale but not quite. It is still smaller than what it should be (maybe four bricks taller would've done it), based on the scenes in the CW series and the movies. The CTT AT-RT is definitely small, the approximate size of the AT-RT should be something like this: EDIT: I got curious and did a bit of research: The official AT-TE is 5m tall (and 13m long) compared to the standard height of 1.83m for the clone troopers. On the other hand, the 7675 AT-TE measures 20cm tall (by 39cm long) relative to the minifig height of ~4cm. So it seems that the 7675 AT-TE is minifig-scale dimensions/proportions-wise, so I take back my statement above. -
Not bad at all for less-than-15-minute builds. I actually like the simplistic design of the vehicles, though the 6-stud width of the yellow one is uncommon for a car, while the purple mini-truck is quite ok. Nice job mookage!

The wizard's hat used as water is definitely the highlight of this MOC, but the built of the sun is also great. Totally impressive anna!

Very good designs SilentMode! Just like prateek, I like the Dance Revo one too.

If 'uniqueness' is the main criterion in in the contest, this will definitely be the runaway winner. I have never seen any spaceship designed this way, and I kinda like this rather unorthodox and unique design. This is one of those cases were blockiness is a actually a great thing. Great job Skinny boy!
