Ohh, very nice! Your TARDIS, which is already good-looking as it is, looks a hundred times better with the lifelites effect. Great job on this Dr. Sinister!

OMG! What a fantastic MOC meat1980! I love the overall smooth finish of the ship, very streamlined SNOT build. The light bley with dark red highlights color scheme looks very regal and high-class, though it might not suit the supposed-to-be-rugged reputation of a bounty hunter. The interiors are also impressive, with the slave dance poles at the top level and the red lasered cell beneath. Yours and ACPin's are probably the best entries I've seen so far. May the Force be with you in the contest, best of luck! PS: LOL'd at slave Ahsoka! But how come Aayla became a slave too? This bounty hunter has got to be that badass to capture two jedi bounties.

I think they will (hopefully). It just doesn't look right if the Bomb Squad troopers has different-colored arms when clearly the real BS troopers have two orange arms (as previously pointed out in this ref. pic). I would be surprised if they wouldn't fix that glaring inaccuracy. I partly agree, the helmet should've been orange with white diamond prints. But the torso should be majorly white with orange prints. Then the arms and legs should all be orange.

Whoa! The set looks impressive just by the mere sight of the huge box and the bagged contents. I can't wait for the full review. This wasn't in my buy-list, but I might have to pick one up soon.

That's actually a great build Skinny boy, it may not be what you intended it to be, but the final product looks very impressive. The lobby is visually stunning, mostly due to the smooth SNOT finish of the walls, floor, ceiling, everything! Maybe you could convert it into something else, a hotel or a high-class boutique store probably. Anyway, great job overall!

That's a great start to your playground MOC The Red Brick. A couple of additional play elements, like the colorful tube-thingys in the photo posted by MacK will significantly add more life to the playground. And where are the kids?!? They are the most important part of any playground so you should put at least a dozen of them there.

Nicely done The Red Brick, the use of white plates does make the roof look snow-covered, but I agree that the platform should have some splashes of snow (white plates and tiles).

Whoa! I knew someone, somewhere out there, one 'crazy' person will ammass a huge collection of these Spartans and show his extravagant army. I'm green with envy with your Spartan army Bonaparte. Great job on collecting these.

Nice custom villain Zepher! Good use of the SW royal guard helmet. I love the final description at the bottom. Hope to see more of your custom heroes and villains soon.

Star Wars figures slightly modified
XimenaPaulina replied to Mr Spielbrick's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Nice subtle mods on these existing SW MFs - they look much better than the official ones. I like the new hair for slave Leia. But what mod(s) to did you do to Boba? I can't seem to find it. -
Great job on this Morgan19! I like how you used the wizard's hat for the tail tip - very clever.

[MOC] UCS Plo Koon's Jedi Starfighter
XimenaPaulina replied to ThatGuyWithTheBricks's topic in LEGO Star Wars
I attended a family gathering, so I wasn't able to visit the forum that much. Anyway, it's great to see this UCS Plo Koon JSF even before the official UCS JSF set is released (the same way when my minifig-scaled Plo Koon JSF had a headstart before the official Plo JSF was released). Any plans of doing the whole JSF collection like mine? (but in UCS versions - that would probably hurt your wallet, Ouch!) -
[MOC] My mysterious bounty hunter and his ship
XimenaPaulina replied to Lars's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Oohh, very nice. I agree, the ship does resemble real-world WWII fighters a lot, even the bounty hunter Toshiro resemble the Embo from CW. But I love how you customized the bounty hunter, and the SNOT build of the ship really looks good. -
Great custom minifigs Rook. The glowing lightsaber effect is very effective - even the dot eyes seem to glow! Great job!

[MOC] UCS Plo Koon's Jedi Starfighter
XimenaPaulina replied to ThatGuyWithTheBricks's topic in LEGO Star Wars
So now I know why you asked me about the"Great Blue One" TGWTB. Great job on this UCS JSF! As a fan of these jedi starfighters, I see that you got the necessary elements right for this ship - the right dark blue color, correct cockpit piece, the wedge-shaped side cockpit panels and front hull, and even the tailfins and very well-built. I agree with legostein, the brickbuilt starburst pattern is much better than printed decals, and even the yellow detail in front is brickbuilt- very nice. Aside from a couple of minor issues (gaps in the front hull, peeling stickers), everything is very good. Impressive job my friend! -
Nicely done Doc, you got the overall look of the BD right. Though I see a lot of unstable illegal connections, particularly the clip-to-clip connections. It looks like the model is more for display purposes only and not intended for playing. I like the construction of the head and the backpack, but the clip for the mechanical arms looks kinda small IMO.

Yes that would be true. This size of this new blaster is between the small hand blaster and the medium blaster w/ scope.
-
Great improvement from the first one, it's a good thing you listened to your peers' suggestions. The cruiser looks much better now with the smoother surfaces and some highlights of green. A bit of cleaning of the body surfaces would make it even better.

Just to get back on topic, I agree that the the BP will most probably just contain plain Mandos, but what fans would like is a little variety in the form of a Mando commander/general, just like the Clone Commander in the previous Clone BP. And the Mando general you're referring to is Pre Visla, which is pretty much easily customizable using the plain Mando - just put additional markings on the helemt, add a cape and darksaber - that's it! But I hope in some sort of miracle TLG will put him in the BP, considering specific characters have made it in the last two BPs.

Thanks for sharing this review Holodoc! This just goes to show how our beloved lego can be even more fun that it is. What a great way to play marble run using lego. This Polegon / Jan guy is just pure genius for inventing this lego marble run.

Haha, nice one Diidy! The build is simply beautiful and really captures one of the basic scenes in the Super Mario game. The upper level, the coins, sun, clouds, sky blue backround, green base, the money and score counters are just perfect! And how could I forget Mario himself - really good, though an "M" decal on the hat would have made him even better. And is that little dome supposed to be the mushroom guy? (sorry I forgot the name) Great job overall Diidy!
