  1. Another quality review The Brickster! Thanks for sharing. IMO, this is one of the better sets in the line, a decent-sized set with a dashing minifig and two antagonists, plus a pretty good old-school airplane. The more I see the sets the more I'm drawn to this theme, really lots of thing to like about PQ.
  2. Here you go, I deeplinked it for you. (Next time, just right-click on the image on BS, then 'Copy Image Location' and insert the link in the Insert Image button. Looks pretty good, though the forest ground could use a few more details (rocks, plants, grass). Still, nice work!
  3. Nice CubeDude Dobby! Looks pretty accurate, good job -GZ-!
  4. Very nice work on this LDD model crabboy329! Kudos on the reverse-engineering, I know how challenging that could be. You have to upload the LXF file to a file-hosting site. I personally use Brickshelf. Once you upload the file in BS, right-click on the file and click 'Copy Link Location' and then insert it as a link to your post. And Voila! It can be downloaded by everyone. Thanks for sharing the LXF, I'm sure it'll be helpful to those who want to recreate this unreleased Yavin base.
  5. Hi Dr. D, I think 14,000 pieces is a lot for LDD to handle. My computer is slowing down at 4000 pieces! I don't think LDD is advisable for designing models with too much pieces. - KDM
  6. Welcome to Eurobricks Master Lloyd! Enjoy the site.
  7. Hola happylego! Bienvenido! Have fun here in Eurobricks!
  8. Excellent review of the Brickarms weapons you won ThePenguin! I really love the presentation that you did, truly a great job on that! Thanks for sharing this and giving back to the EB community.
  9. Looks like the CW trend of LSW is getting a thorough beatdown from other fans eh? What I don't really understand is how other fans are having a hard time accepting the fact that TLG is merely adapting its sets based on the current market. I seriously would like to see 20 years into the future (when the CW series is ancient history, and the OT/PT are prehistoric) to see if these fans continue to complain about the lack of OT/PT sets (and by that time CW sets). I know I may be in the minority who happen to like CW as much as the OT/PT movies, but at least I'm not being a perceived elitist and resistant to change.
  10. Amazing customs as always ThePenguin! Nice decals too commndr_neyo! My favorite among these are the Elves, particularly Gelu - that's the most clever and radical use of Ginny's hairpiece I've seen so far. Impressive work and keep it up!
  11. Thanks for sharing this pretty neat review Quy! I agree this looks like a good way to get the light brick inexpensively (aside from BL). I might give this set a chance, as the model itself is pretty good and can be a good source of useful parts.
  12. That's exactly my point. Assuming we're gonna see a new SW TV show in the near future, will the strictly-OT/-PT/-CW/-EU fans get stuck in their favorite genre? I can only speak for myself, and I refuse to get stuck on a particular saga of SW. I believe we should go with the flow, and just appreciate that our beloved Star Wars is still very well alive and not some 'dead meat rotting in the corner'.
  13. It does seem that they colored the BARC in the Clone BP green to match with the green Clone Commander. But it is not based on any CW episode, as the Horn Company wasn't shown riding BARCs in the lone episode where they appeared.
  14. Just my 2 cents for this old topic. I guess the best way to describe everyone's sentiments is: To each his own. As a general SW fan, I will never be sick of it. I understand if other fans are strictly-OT, strictly-PT, strictly-CW, or even strictly-EU. Those are their choices and I couldn't do anything about that. You could complain all you want on the direction the SW line is going, but always remember the fact that Lego and Star Wars are businesses. One does not need to be a rocket scientist to know that the main reason Lego are releasing CW sets is simply because CW is in the in-thing nowadays and they would make the most money in that line. Why would TLG release OT/PT sets more than CW if the consequence is profit loss/decreased sales?. Face the reality guys, CW is the current in-thing. Deal with it or hide under some rock.
  15. And here I am, as always, at your service. The BARC that Luminara used in the CW series has the standard color scheme with the Republic dark red strips (below). For the record, if my memory serves me right, there has only been two BARC color schemes that were shown in the series, the standard dark red and a blue variant used by Rex in the episode The Deserter. So the green-striped BARC in the Clone BP is something we have not seen before. 16. Hey Cinderbike, welcome to Eurobricks! I'm sure you'll enjoy it in here.
  17. Haha, nice one dr_spock! Kids really do the darnest cutest things... Flower of the Force.
  18. I know, it was not my decision, but the girlfriend's.
  19. Upon a second closer look, I must say Hermione's red dress is amazingly detailed, especially with all those ruffle prints. One small nitpick though, her front legs are printed, but the lack of back leg prints make it look like her 'rear' is exposed.
  20. Another excellent batch of custom HP minifigs tin7, and as always great jon on these. I like Hermione in the wedding dress, she looks stunning in red..
  21. Like what I said in the SW forum, this is truly an impressive custom Savage Oppress! I like it instantly the moment I saw it. Great work on this Gen. Magma, keep 'em coming!
  22. Great vignette Guards! I really like how extra-terrestrial-looking those trees are, very Sci-Fi-ish. Clever use of the lime green tails for the tree trunks, and the main tree is very alien-like. Excellent work, keept it up!
  23. Hi my Princess, just dropped by to say Hi. Mahal Kita!

  24. Happy Birthday Jammie! Have a wonderful lego-filled day my friend! Here's Vader with his cake for you.. Happy birthday also to the other celebrants as well.
  25. Wow, I'm very impressed with the custom Savage Oppress, excellent work on this Gen. Magma. EDIT: You should post this in the MCW forum. You already did.
