  1. Hi Michael and welcome to Eurobricks! Have fun browsing the forums.
  2. Nice photos Hrodebert! It's always nice to see Hoth-based scenes, the Snowies grouped together look good.
  3. Well it could just probably be a dreaded sticker.
  4. Welcome to Eurobricks alois! Enjoy the site.
  5. Slytherin Practitioner Johann Peterschmut versus Ravenclaw Student Walter Kovacs Round 3 Johann Peterschmut l 4 ______________________Walter Kovacs l 3 Low - 1_______________________________________Mid - 0 Expelliarmus! - 0 _______________________________Mid - 0 Crucio! - 0_____________________________________Protego! - 0 Mid - 1________________________________________High - 0 Protego! - 0 ___________________________________Low - 0 Health: 4_____________________________________Health: 1 Picking up the action from the second round, Ravenclaw student Walter Kovacs recovers his lost wand and casts a body shot that manages to hit Johann. The Slytherin gets back on his feet and quickly disarms Walter with an Expelliarmus. Johann aggressively follows-up with a Cruciatus curse that was blocked by Johann's Protego. The Slytherin continues to be on the offensive, hitting the student on the torso. Walter casts one last desperate attempt that was blocked by a shield charm, and the Ravenclaw falls unconscious on the ground. Winner: Johann Peterschmut! Congratulations Admiral Ron! Just extremely tough luck Walter, better luck next time. You may now update your character profiles accordingly.
  6. Excellent entry 'kost u grlu'! It looks like an official Winter Village set! Very well-designed and built, plus professional-quality photos, just fantastic job on this one. Good luck in the contest!
  7. Interesting truck design Fistach, that's quite a unique approach using wedge plates for the long nose. What I actually like about this is the closed interior, something I don't normally see in lego trucks with the usual open windows. Well done!
  8. Wow, this is truly a lovely creation.. I'm pretty sure the recipient will be happy to have this wonderfully-designed gift. I really like the nice scene it depicts, the forced perspective sky backdrop is very nice to look at, and the Spidey kid is very cleverly built. Great overall job on this missouri_bb63!
  9. This is just great! I'm likin' how this Auto-robots series is turning out. This is a really nice follow-up to your Auto-Butler. Very good job and please, keep 'em coming!
  10. Cool! Simply an awesome creation Atin! I love the idea of a nature setting for the battle place of futuristic mechas. The build of the mountainside with waterfalls is just great. The mechas are very well-designed, I like the black one better. Impressive overall job!
  11. Wow, excellent photo-editing effect! Can't wait to see what all of this is about.
  12. Apologies for the inconsistent grammar.
  13. Hi Erik and welcome to Eurobricks! Enjoy the site! Maybe that's a personal number or something.
  14. Nicely done Omicron! Yeah I remember Squall from FF VIII. I like the simple but very effective customization you did there. Nice scar detail on the face. Very good work as always!
  15. I'm pretty sure we'll have our first non-staff 'normal' member to become an Arch Duke before the year ends. Mr. prateek is just 200+ posts away from it.
  16. Yeah, that's what's have been happening here the past week or so. I myself have shied away a bit from this thread since it's really difficult to follow this topic now. Anyway, here's what commanderneyo had to say about the minifig line-up of some of the sets:
  17. Slytherin Practitioner Johann Peterschmut versus Ravenclaw Student Walter Kovacs Round 2 Johann Peterschmut l 4 ______________________Walter Kovacs l 4 Protego! - 0___________________________________Low - 0 Mid - 1 _______________________________________High - 0 Low - 0_______________________________________Low - 0 Crucio! - 0_____________________________________Protego! - 0 Expellirmus! - 0 _________________________________Mid - 0 Health: 4_____________________________________Health: 3 The Battle of the Slytherin Practitioner and Ravenclaw Student continues in the second round with Walter aiming a spell towards Johann's feet which was adeptly blocked with a shield charm. The Slytherin then casts a lightning-quick head spell that catches Walter off-guard and dizzies him. Johann tries to seize the opportunity, targeting Walter in the legs but the student regains his bearing and deflects the attack with the same low spell. The practitioner continues to be the aggressor, unleashing his powerful Crucio curse that Walter manages to deflect with a timely Protego. Johann then finds an opening and disarms Walter with an Expelliarmus, sending his wand flying across the other side of the room as the round ends. Johann manages to gain a slight lead over Walter in the second round, but it is still anybody's game in the decisive round. Send in your Round 3 DS when ready.
  18. Hey pedro! It's good to see you back in EB! Congratulations on the baby and hope everything is alright there. Nice name for the baby too, any reason behind it? (In our language, Isla means Island). Anyway, it's really nice to hear from you again my friend. BTW, nice to know she's a fellow-Octoberian. I have a good feeling she'll do great when she grows up.
  19. Even if I'm still skeptical about the Republic Frigate minifig line-up, the possibility of having Admiral Yularen is music to my ears. For some strange reason, he's one of those less-prominent supporting-role characters that really I like in the CW series. His minifig design will probably be simple, but I hope they'll do a new hair mold for him.
  20. Hello Enpaz and welcome to Eurobricks! Are you referring to the "Everyday Life in the Galaxy Contest" of the Start Wars forum? It's already closed and is in the voting stage already. But don't worry, EB has always been the host of the most fantastic contests around so you'll have your chance to praticipate in the near future. Meanwhile, feel free to share your creations and join in the discussion in the various topics here. Enjoy the site!
  21. Hey pedro you're back! So how are you and the baby doing? I hope everything is fine. It was really nice to hear from you again. Regarding the duels, yeah the climb to the top of the wizard duelists is still on-going. Don't worry there will be Death Eaters and Aurors soon (I'm 3 wins away!). With the new level-up system, fourteen wins are really diffficult to achieve and will take time compared to the easier path in JD.
  22. What the?! Why are you here..? I'm a bit embarrassed now.. . Nah.. Well, I guess welcome to my most favorite site, my Princess. Just try to enjoy the site whenever you decide to visit here. If you need any help finding your way here, just tell me okies. (I still can't believe you snuck up on me when I was busy doing my lego stuff a while ago. ) You are absolutely right Walter. I guess it wasn't that hard to guess.
  23. Slytherin Practitioner Johann Peterschmut versus Ravenclaw Student Walter Kovacs Round 1 Johann Peterschmut l 5 ______________________Walter Kovacs l 5 Expelliarmus! - 0_______________________________Mid - 0 Crucio! - 1 ___________________________________Mid - 0 Protego! - 0__________________________________Low - 0 Low - 0______________________________________High - 1 Protego! - 0 __________________________________Low - 0 Health: 4_____________________________________Health: 4 Slytherin Practitioner Johann Peterschmut looks to climb up the duel standings by taking on Ravenclaw student Walter Kovacs, who himself is seeking his ever-elusive second win. The Slytherin begins by quickly disarming his opponent with an Expelliarmus. Without his wand, Walter is left vulnerable and Johann seizes the opportunity and unleashes a Cruciatus curse that stuns the Ravenclaw. Even after getting hurt, the student manages to attempt a low spell that was immediately blocked by Johann. Still determined after the previous failed attempt, Walter casts a high-arching spell that finds its way through Johann's defense and hits him in the head. The student follows-up by aiming to sweep his rival off his feet, but the Practitioner manages to put up a shield charm just in time. The first round ends with both duelists tied at four health points apiece. Who shall gain the advantage in the next round? Send in your Round 2 DS when ready.
  24. I did some spray painting on these MOCs: (on selected parts which are not available in standard Lego colors). ARC Gunship & Razor Squadron ARC-170 Starfighter Jedi Shuttle Bus (this one is a bit badly-done since I wasn't able to find the perfect color match to Leg's tan.) I'm actually thinking of putting up a tutorial regarding this topic (with more detailed explanation and sample photos) but only when I find the time. But if you have more questions, feel free to ask.
