Harry Potter: Wizard's Duel - Duelling Club
XimenaPaulina replied to ADHO15's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
No problem, let's just duel after I'm done with Okay. Ready now Oky? -
I started this year with my first-ever MOC contribution in EB, my Delta 7-B Jedi Starfighter Collection, and I thought it would be a fitting bookend for my year in MOCing with an updated version of my JSF collection. After several months, I’ve finally found the time and inspiration to further improve the design of my JSFs and to add a couple more Delta 7-Bs in the collection. The minor improvements done were the pointed tips, detailed interiors, and proper astromech bodies. So enough of this blah-blah and more of the see-sees, here’s my Delta 7-B Jedi Starfighter Collection Version 2.0. Anakin Skywalker’s Delta 7-B Starfighter: (Modified TLG’s version; Color scheme: Light grey with yellow; Astromech: R2-D2) Obi-Wan Kenobi’s Delta 7-B Starfighter: (Own design, no TLG version; Color scheme: Red with white; Astromech: R4-P17) Ahsoka Tano’s Delta 7-B Starfighter: (Modified TLG’s version; Color scheme: Dark Red with white; Astromech: R7-A7) Yeah, that's Ahsoka in her new CW outfit. See more of her in my Custom Star Wars Minifigs in the MCW Forum. Plo Koon’s Delta 7-B Starfighter (Blade of Dorin): (Own design; Color scheme: Dark Blue with white; Astromech: R7-D4) Kit Fisto’s Delta 7-B Starfighter: (Own design; Color scheme: Dark Red with white and light green; Astromech: R6-H5) Here are the new additions: Mace Windu’s Delta 7-B Starfighter: (Own design; Color scheme: White with green, purple, dark red; Astromech: R8-B7) Luminara Unduli’s Delta 7-B Starfighter: (Own design based on a pic from the Star Wars PocketModel TCG (Trading Card Game).; Color scheme: Light grey with green and dark red; No Luminara minifig – still awaiting 2011 version, temporarily piloted by her padawan Barriss Offee) Keelyvine Reus’ Delta 7-B Starfighter: (Own design based on the CW Web-comic; Color scheme: Dark grey with green; Custom Keelyvine Reus fig with unnamed astromech) You could also see my custom Keelyvine Reus fig in the in my Custom Star Wars Minifigs in the MCW Forum. Comparison photos with TLG's versions and reference photos of these Delta 7-Bs: Well that's it! I hoped you liked it. Just for a bit of fun, vote for your favorite Delta 7B Starfighter in the polls. C&C's are certainly most welcome. UP NEXT: Christmas is the Season of Giving..

KielDaMan's Custom Star Wars Minifigures
XimenaPaulina replied to XimenaPaulina's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Here's a couple of additions to my custom SW minifigs: new-look Ahsoka and Keelyvine Reus from my JSF Collection V2.0 MOC at the SW forum. Ahsoka in new CW outfit: Made with a combination of spray paint and sharpie. Keelyvine Reus: This is my first attempt at designing decals. Arm prints were spray painted and detailed with sharpie. Updated the first post. -
Well, the name of the site sure seem a bit misleading especially to newcomers, but once you browse the forums you'll see that the members come from every corner of the world. This is a worldwide online community which doesn't limit any nationality from joining. I maybe even correct to assume that Americans comprise majority of the members here in EB. So welcome Isaac! Enjoy the forums here.

Very nice customs Peppermint! Final Fantasy is indeed the perfect theme to use those oversized (but cool nonetheless) BrickTW swords. Good job!

Harry Potter: Wizard's Duel - Duelling Club
XimenaPaulina replied to ADHO15's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
"Well, I was hoping to pick on new Magus Frankfurt, but he hasn't replied yet. Maybe you'd like to duel Ms. Fabray again? I need to avenge my previous loss to you." -
Are those trans-pieces Lego parts? (I assume not). But I agree this is really a nice idea, just perfect for the holiday season.
-
Very nice design for this red sports car bricked one! The use of the antenna piece for the windshield is a pretty unique idea, though I'm not so sure I like it. But that's just me, still good job on this one!
-
Quite a nice entry Captain Flint! I like the various amusement park elements you've put in there. Just a suggestion though, you might want to have better lighting on your photos, that would greatly enhance the quality of your presentation.
-
Another nice VV MOC MB, very clever curved stacked plate details at the rear. Only suggestion I could make is that since you already made majority of the body SNOT build, if you could find a way to SNOT the remaining wedge plates.
-
Real snow! Nice one crabboy! Hoth shots always look good in realistic snow settings, so good job on this one.

Yeah, I think that's the part that most MOCers always neglect (like me). I see no point doing to much effort on the underside which will never be shown in the MOC.

MOC: Space Police II Stealth Interceptor
XimenaPaulina replied to Skulls_Eye_Schooner_Sailor's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
This is quite an interesting design for a single-manned interceptor, and I really like it. The small size and cramped space inside are just perfect for stealth missions. Very good work and looking forward seeing some of your unique creations soon. -
[MOC] Congratulations MR. SOLO it's a nice ?
XimenaPaulina replied to R5-N2's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Haha, very nice one R5-N2! A really hilarious build! Very clever use of that head piece for Chewie & Leia's bastard child. Great work on the overall mechanical details of the whole MOC. -
Thanks for the hi-res pics nrg! Looks like I was right about the ARF, four stripes and hence he should be Razor. Anyway, let's just not make it a big deal if they just named it a generic ARF trooper. Oh, and very nice air-breather details on the helmet - quite accurate!

MOC: Tamina and Dastan in the marketplace
XimenaPaulina replied to Captain Flint's topic in LEGO Licensed
Great MOC Captain Flint, very reminiscent of the PoP marketplace scene. Nice job! -
Great job on this Snowspeeder Doc! The SNOT wings really stands out, and the gun barrell greebles (technic pins) look pretty accurate. The rear details are well done too.
-
Very cool shot AoNZ, I really like the 'minty-bluish' atmosphere of the photo.

I really like the 'In the 'hood' vibe of this build, the rapper with this dog is really perfect for this scene. Though I think the yellow-blue color scheme of the apartment looks quite 'unconventional'. Still, nice work on this one exon!
-
But if you take a closer look I think it's not a purist lego-built hat, but simply a hat decorated with bricks on top.

Like what I said in your Intro topic, this is a really nice Classic Town MOC, I just love its simplicity and the vibrant red color of the pizza stand. This could've been a classic lego set. Very well done Stephan!

This is a pretty unique and interesting idea for the Winter Village Contest jansued! It's nice to see a scene-based entry amidst all the building and house entries. Nice work on the ice sheet, it really looks very realistic. The red truck also looks lovely. Best of luck in the contest!

Custom jedi and santa hat
XimenaPaulina replied to Darth Yogi's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
I'm really impressed on how you made Agen Kolar darth yogi, the hair is just spot-on and the painted Zabrak horns are pretty accurate. Great job! -
This is a truly a great LDD design, impressive job obey! I really like the dual-colored levels (red ground floor and grey second floor), and the highlights of lime green are really nice details. I'm also looking forward for this modular building to be realized in brickform.

Nice work on this modular flower shop Antonio, but your pics are waaay too oversized and exceeds the photo image size limit here in EB by a mile. Pls. resize it to 800x600 max. before a mod notices this one. but still, good job on this one.
