  1. Simple but very effective vignette gcanik! This one is just perfect for the Karate Master, I really like the placeholders for the weapons especially for the samurai swords. Nicely done!
  2. Wow, another impressive creation Derfel! The overall design is top-quality as always, I love the tiled outside pavement and of course your signature wall design and classy-looking base. Awesome work and keep this wonderful MOCs coming!
  3. Nicely done fred, those 'enhanced' wands are extremely accurate with the real wizard's wands used in HP, good work. While the pointy finish of this custom wand is more accurate, it's quite understandable TLG's choice of using the standard bar considering the priority they put on kids' safety.
  4. Very nice 74-Z MOC Gen. Magma, you have some interesting building techniques you've incorporated there, like the illegal clip connections, the shortened front bars, and the cut (?) lego piece for the maneuver controls - all of these make your speeder more accurate to the real one compared to the official lego version. Well done!
  5. Losing someone in a family, even if it's in an online community, is always an unfortunate and sad event. Even if I have not interacted with Dieter that much here in the forums, I am still deeply saddened with this tragic news. Eurobricks will certainly miss his contributions, but most of all, the friendship he has created throughout the community. My sincerest condolences to Dieter's family. May you rest in peace Lord Admiral Zorro.
  6. Very well done entry Stardusty, I like it a lot! I think that's the perfect miniaturized version of GG's Starfighter. Great job!
  7. Very nice WWII airplane VLMN8R, thank you for sharing your LDD Model! I took the liberty to include the LXF in the Index.
  8. Thank you for dropping by EB to share your final product drakmin! I must say that really is a great technic SW MOC considering this is your first build in 15 long years. I really think this is a great model, understandably working on a Technic platform will of course compromise some accuracies but I see that you did the best you could with your available parts and the final product is simply beautiful. Impressive work and hope to see more creations from you in the future!
  9. Very well done entry Erynlasgalen! I love the super-busy scene of this alley, lots of interesting details to look at. You certainly did a great job for your first contest entry here in EB. The only thing I would suggest is if you could take an 'overview shot' of the whole build, which you can use as your opening photo. Good luck!
  10. Yeah now I get it. The portion of the turf he's holding is actually the cover of the 'working hole/space' that he's standing through.
  11. Double-Wow! That's one mightily impressive build with all those highly-accurate details. Kudos to Mr. Paul who made this! And thanks for sharing Big Cam! BTW, just a minor obesrvation, but I can't seem to understand the photo, is he standing in the middle, sitting in the middle, or standing through the middle?
  12. Yep, and adding to brickartist's comments, this one is highly likely considering the 'cast' is almost complete in lego form - Palpatine, Mace, Kit, Saesee, and Agen Kolar (similar to the upcoming Eeth Koth fig). Of course the figs will have to be the non-CW version, so it would be interesting to see how TLG will address this considering they just made the new CW Seasee.
  13. Yeah I saw that Hasbro set before. It's a nice suggestion, though highly unlikely to become a lego set considering that giant Felucia slug isn't as popular and iconic as other SW creatures like the Rancor or the Bantha.
  14. Nice opening round, you were able to 'level' the playing ground Admiral. Here goes my 2nd DS!
  15. Yes and before you upload make sure you resize the photos to EB's limit of 800x600 pixels max.
  16. It won't be a freebie I assure you Johann. Let's get it on! DS sent!
  17. Ms. Fabray is back from her beauty vacation, and would like to aid a fellow Slytherin to become a Death Eater. But you've been forewarned Johann, it will not be easy getting past through me.
  18. Hello Dark Knight and welcome! I must say that is a pretty decent first attempt in minifig customization, it really looks like an accurate lego representation of a surgeon. The green sleeves are very well painted, thought I understand the wobbly hand-printed torso design. Still, nice work on your first custom! BTW, it is advisable if you deeplink the photo in your post instead of attaching it. This topic might help you.
  19. Very effective sepia atmosphere, really captures a classic Wild Western scene very well.
  20. Hi Brick Chick, welcome to the forums. Of course, everyone is welcome to join contests here and I must say you did a pretty good job with your first contest entry here in EB. One minor suggestion I would make is to put some snow/white pieces in your entry so that it'll fit the 'Winter Break' description. Regarding resizing photos, there are plenty of programs you could use like MS Office Picture Manager, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, etc. Alternatively, you could choose to upload it in flickr (you'll need to make an account) which gives you the choice of various image sizes. Remember that EB's image size limit is 800x600 pixels max.Good luck in the contest!
  21. @Fuzzylegobricks: Your contributions have been indexed. Thanks for sharing.
  22. Very well done Hogwarts Library Oky! I love those accurate windows, and some pretty neat details like the 4 Houses logo (custom sticker right?) and the book shelves. Great work as always!
  23. Wow you're one lucky guy then to have inherited all those Lego stuff! It's a good thing you rebuilt those two Batman vehicles since IMO Artifex's versions of the Tumbler and Batmobile are one of the best, if not the best, Batman vehicle MOCs around. So keep 'em!
  24. Very nice photograph WFTH, you really captured the 'Tatooine feel' of the reference picture very well. I just feel the added neckpiece is a bit distracting, but maybe it's just me. Overall great job on this one!
