  1. That's really an interesting MOC, who would've thought that the simple swapping of colored parts can result in a different-looking structure even if they are built in exactly the same way. It's nice to see the Black Dragons finally having their own castle fortress, even if they hired the same architect as the Lions Kingdom. Great job MCNWakeboard!
  2. Very nice shot Plissken, the military outpost is well-built and the subtle photoediting really gives the whole scene a dark atmosphere. Well done!
  3. Very nicely done Chibi I.S. Artizan! So disproportionately cute! Good job.
  4. AMAZING. What a stunningly beautiful fantasy farm display, those are simply wonderful builds, each with its own very unique design and interesting details. Extremely impressive job Alywin!
  5. Very nice vig Jalkow! Great technique on the orange 'flooring' and the brickbuilt smoke. Han looks very comfy inside the chamber eh? Good job!
  6. I would have to agree, as confusing/weird as the episode might have been, it was quite intriguing as well. I, for one, liked it in the sense that it's sort of a break from all the battles and senate stuff that has been going throughout the series. It was really interesting to have the 'Chosen One' prophecy explained in a way that we didn't expect it to be. There visuals are noteworthy (changing seasons, Avatar-like planet, Qui-Gon apparition, adult Ahsoka), as well as the musical scoring (when Qui-Gon and Obi-wan were talking).
  7. Oh I see, I didn't realize your parts limitation, now I understand the lack of essential features of your hyperspace ring. I do hope when you have the right parts you'll be able to improve this one.
  8. Wow these are extremely well done LDD models! Creating geometric shapes with the right combination of angles is simply a genius work.
  9. Excellent custom shmails! I really like how you effectively combined standard lego parts with custom pieces. I love the pacman shirt and the tattoo, as well as his old-school weapons (butcher knife, axe, and bow). Though I feel he looks 'too cool' and 'laid-back' for a Zombie Killer, I imagine zombie busters to be those with bad boy image in black post-apoc costumes. Well, I guess additional points for unconventionalism on this one!
  10. I really like the idea of this smaller version of the tank truck intended to reach the small town streets. You did well shortening the truck but still maintaining a realistic delivery capacity for the tank. It's also nice to see the consistent Octan color scheme. Great model once again Sleepie!
  11. Pretty neat ride for Lionel Lion, love those curves on that ride baby! Great stuff!
  12. What a lovely creation Ronan, great modern architectural design with the effective combination of white and trans-clear pieces, and the overall smooth build of the whole building. Excellent job!
  13. Excellent MOC IcedCOffee! I love the overall greebling details you've put in there, really makes the whole mech one mean fighting machine. I also like the chain piece that you used for the guns. Great piece of work!
  14. Congratulations Mr. Grand Duke!

  15. Oh very nice classic Batboad TheBrickster! You're SNOT building looks better and better by the build, as evidenced by the streamlined look of this MOC, from the front part to the bat-tail fin and even the base! Overall this is very accurate with the one in the reference image. Great job once again!
  16. This is a fantastic entry maydayartist! The external design is great, but the interiors are even better. The details inside are just wonderful, and it's quite amazing how you made this build within the 1000-part limit (since it looks like more than that). Very well done and good luck in the contest!
  17. That is a nice idea Doc, I understand where you're coming from with the comparisons with the classic blogs from the other themes. But I guess this will all depend on the success of the new EB SW forum blog (which is doing great so far). Knowing the current blog is still on its infancy stages, I think we should let it take its growth and development first, before venturing into this proposed classic Star Wars blog. Besides, KimT is single-handedly manning the blog right now, Stash and I are still figuring out how we could need to lend a helping hand with the blog. But personally, I am not really for having a separate blog for classic SW vs. modern SW, nor OT-PT vs CW. We should follow EB's motto of 'Uniting Fans around the World', so anything that creates division, even if unintentional or not, among SW fans is not really healthy IMHO.
  18. It's really nice to see the evolution of your BARC speeder brickartist, as an observer I think I'm already satisfied with your model and will just leave the criticisms to the ones above. The only suggestion I could make is if you could provide pics or links to your previous versions for easiness of comparison.
  19. I agree with Praiter, that's a pretty huge Chibi model alright, but you really did well Chibi-fying the AT-AT. The ironic part is your Chibi version can fit three figs while TLG's official set can only accomodate one. Good job once again!
  20. Another great SW steampunk creation Mood, I agree the chain detail on legs are fantastic!
  21. Very nice Chibi N1 Stegoceras! What's good about this entry is that not only were you able to fit young Ani in this miniaturized starfighter but also Artoo. Good job and good luck!
  22. Pretty decent attempt on the hyperspace ring eltsyr, but I really can't help but provide several significant criticisms: - the circular shape is nice, but the use of those white wedge plates doesn't give a straight edge on one side of the ring - the booster engines could've used a little more effort in modification instead of directly using the RGS engines - the docking clips are blatantly missing, and I think you could still make those even without modifying the JSF - "Honey, I shrunk Obi-Wan!", putting a minifig on this UCS JSF looks really weird. I hope you take all of these, as well as the other's criticisms above, constructively. Hope to see a better version of this hyperspace ring in the future.
  23. Intentional or not, I actually think the dust gives a realistic 'dirty' surface effect. I would assume Carbonite Solo isn't that squeaky clean in the RoTJ right? Both shots have epic lighting BTW.
  24. Nicely done vignette Dreamweb! Simple but very true to the movie scene and effectively conveys the message across. Good job!
  25. Oh wow, it's very nice to see a classic M-Tron MOC in this modern age of Sci-Fi builds. This is really a well-done Space Outpost - the design and colors are very true to the M-Tron subtheme, especially the effective use of those trans-light green windshield pieces. Great job overall timura, thank you for sharing this and taking us back down memory lane with this classic space build.
