These are some nice pictures, Black Rabbit. The picture with the slugs is the funniest. I wouldn't recommend taking another picture like that of the fisherman; losing a minifigure is just too hard to cope with if it happens.

Wow, that second floor (or first floor ) is really nice. I didn't think that there would be drawers and a cupboard (or is that a microwave?) for the kitchen. The ping-pong table is just OK, but it can be easily modified (if I can get the parts to do it). I was hoping for some new paddle molds, but having those two sign thingies as paddles is fine. I can't wait to see how "fully-stocked" the refrigerator is; I hope that it won't be disappointing. The bookcase looks more like a broken grandfather clock to me, since there are no books. Overall, I will probably buy this set (even though I don't have the other two/three), unless there is another good set that is coming out that I want more.

No, that wouldn't count. The coupons on the LEGO Store calendars say something like "gift card purchases do not count", but I think that spending the money in a gift card counts. If it was like that, people would just buy like a $1000 gift card and get stuff like loyalty stamps for free, and have a gift card to use over the next few years.

After reading some comments and looking at Green Grocer, this set does look a bit underdetailed on the outside. Hopefully the interior makes up for it! By the way, when it comes out, can someone who posts a review of this set also show some comparison pictures of the other modular buildings (if they have them)?

I might have to get this (or maybe Green Grocer/the Christmas house set, but probably this, as it will be new) instead of the Venator (if I can even get one, since there's so many things that I want)...

Did they spell "Dwarves" wrong on the container art (not box art ) for the Dwarves Battle Pack? It looks like the word "Dwarfs" to me.

Thanks for finding that. And you're right; the Monsters 4 game has so many cool minifig heads (I count 20)! That Pirate Code game also has so many jewels of different colors!

I was just reading legoman's topic about Star Wars Minifigs a few minutes ago, and it got me wondering: how did (or do) you get most of your LEGO pieces (bricks, plates, etc.)? I get most of my pieces from sets, but I keep the sets built, so that means that I have almost nothing to MOC with. But maybe that's just because I've been buying/colecting LEGO for only two years or so. Feel free to add suggestions for the poll (I can't think of many sources right now ).

He's talking about the Cloud Car set on the right of the picture. This is pretty good MOC, so I won't complain, as I might not be able to do much better.

The Mall of America one is just six 2 x 4 bricks that you are supposed to put on a large flag. However, it looks like there was a special thing about some bags. The picture of the bag says, "If you find a gold brick, you will win a free set of you choice, a green brick - 20% off any set, a grey brick - 10% off."
