  1. Skrall watches the unfolding discourse and proceeds with the Party into the factory. "Now before I forget, here's 26 gold for each of ya that I should have split earlier." Skrall quickly picks up a Military Grade Lightning Bomb and places it into his satchel. He then inspects the room ensuring no one can hear them, he whispers to the Party, "Perhaps we could rig a few of these bombs up to blow the factory sky high, or did ya have somethin' else in mind Felton?"
  2. "Cronk somewhat confused but Cronk glad Bad Rebel pushing up violets. Come on Party, let Cronk and Party go inspect factory. Cronk thank Friend Gaurd for good news and will recommend Friend Gaurd for promotion if Cronk have chance."
  3. "Caught Bad Rebel, Friend Gaurd say? Friend Guts is well versed in means of getting people to tell much information. Perhaps Friend Felton, Cronk's party should meet this rebel and see what Bad Rebel can tell. Friend Guts has not much had much fun lately. Where is Bad Rebel being held Friend Gaurd?" OoC: I think there is some confusion amongst the ranks, we have already decided to visit the current factory.
  4. OoC: I'm somewhat confused, Jess and Hoke were left at the rebel's camp, but the post says that Haldor and Hoke are missing, now we're back to Jess and Hoke. I believe Jess and Hoke are the appropriate MIA but I wanted to make sure. "Very well, let's move out then, the sooner we take down these factories and the town watch the sooner we get the two of them back. Felton, lead the way." <Sir Poletad, see if you might learn from some of the local amphibian population as to Hoke, the knight's, and Jess, the elf maiden's, current location while we accompany Felton to the factory, take care though we may need your services at a later time.>
  5. "From the initial inspection of Fredrick's camp, there ain't goin' to be nothin' we can follow. Our best shot is probably one of the factories today."
  6. Skrall shrugs Dyric off angrily, "Sod! Don't ya see Rone, now not only are we down a cleric, but also our diplomat. Hans! Felton! I'm assumin' the town watch probably got a hold of Haldor and Hoke, if that be the case then I think we should head to one of the factories, preferably one closest to where the Watch could be holdin' 'em."
  7. "Just thought the same thing mate. Let's see what we get shall we?" Skrall attempts to turn the little wheels to spell the word "HERO" for the combination.
  8. Skrall doffed his cap and scratched his head, "Han's have a look around and make sure we don't get any unwelcome visitor if you could. Quite the tale, now let's see about solvin' it. The first letter is definately H but it's due to Hoke, as he is the one who ordered the drink though it never mentions Tensi drinkin' hers. As to the others, yer correct Rone on the E and the O, but I am at a loss concernin' the third letter. Perhaps the third riddle is in reference to the H in Haldor's name?" Skrall examines the lock, perhaps a skilled rogue could pick it.
  9. "Yer on the right track rogue, but I have some disagreements give me a few minutes to work the rest of it out."
  10. OoC: Sorry, but Tensi's should do double damage due to her sword being darkness embued thus ending the battle.
  11. The Jail Keep was seriously starting to annoy Skrall with his acrobatics, jamming another bolt into his crossbow Skrall attempts to skewer the Jail Keep to the prison wall from the back row." Battle Order: Dyric Tensi Hans Skrall Haldor
  12. Feeling bold from Tensi's war cry, Skrall targetted the Jail Keep from the back row. Battle Order: Dyric Tensi Skrall Hans Haldor OoC: Sorry to keep bringing this up, but did Dyric get his second roll?
  13. "She couldn't have teleported us into a closet or somethin' without gaurds couldn't she." Skrall retorted as he doubled over like he had taken a battering ram to the gut. "Let's deal with this chap quick like and find Gregor." Skrall hastily opens one of his potions and uses it on Dyric from the back row. "Don't worry Haldor, I've got the rogue." Battle order: Dyric Skrall Tensi Hans Haldor Sir Poletad OoC: If I intend to have Sir Poletad fight, I'll put him in the battle order.
  14. Merry Chirstmas all, K-nut thanks for the laughs!
  15. "Didn't think I was listenin' to ya earlier did ya? Now let us be on our way, Hans lead the way." OoC: I don't mind the break, family is going out for Christmas so I won't seriously be on till Monday morning, but I'll check in briefly.
  16. OoC:Just so you know our weapons are encased in dark energy preventing us from using them.
  17. "I believe yer offer, was just that, an offer and Hans here knows the way to the jail, so we're goin' to respectfully decline yer offer." OoC: Just to move things along, if we really must make a decision, we will not be sacrificing Sir Poletad. So Haldor, Dyric, and myself is equal to 19+15+12=46 + 4 ether from Haldor = 50 total.
  18. No problem Zepher, I'm working all over Christmas break so I only can post late at night anyways, it almost makes me miss the college schedule
  19. "We shall take our chances without your offer Miss. Now if ya'ld do us a favor and let us go, I'm sure we'll be seein' more of eachother soon enough."
  20. Skrall had been taken aback by the boldness of the woman, but she had obviously shown how adept she was in the magical arts. It struck him that somewhere he had seen this mystical woman before ,many years before in fact, but he couldn't remember all of the details at the time. Skrall attempted to inform Sir Poletad of the situation. <Well the witch want's us ta sacrifice ya in return for transportin' us ahead to our destination, it's either that or we sacrifice our own health for the task. I leave the choice up to ya, I promise what ya say will stand, and if it's all the same ta ya I'd rather we made out on our own without her help, who knows what she could be hidin' up her sleeve. So...> By this time Haldor and Tensi's argument had grown loud enough to make Skrall lose his concentration on the amphibean tongue and thus he let's out a bellow, "Enough of this! I have heard enough sob stories to drown a dragon. We've all experienced pain an' sufferin' of some sorts and we all think we've had it the hardest, believe ya me I've seen my fair share as well. But I'm done with it all, now grow up, put the past behind ya and focus on the task ahead. Haldor, Ms. Hightribe is right Sir Poletad would be the most logical choice, but I will leave it up to him. Now you, Ms. Wren, since ya seem to be all knowin', what exactly are ya sparin' us from by transportin' us straight to the jail?"
  21. "Alright then, Hoke and Jess you stay here, Hans will lead the rest of us to rescue this Gregor chap. Daylight's a burnin' so let's get a movin'."
  22. "Well met Master Reich. My name is Skrall and this be my party. We're thankful fer yer assistance in putting down this evil regime, but I am curious as to why the other rebels don't take to kindly to ya and what's this about some caravan masecre?" Skrall wasn't sure how much the leader knew about their other dealings with the chiefs but he wanted to be careful. "Also, we'll be glad to leave two of us behind, but should ya need help, is there any way of callin' for assistance? How far off is yer right hand man bein' held and who's holdin' him, the town watch or some other faction?" Speaking off to his companions Skrall adds his opinion, "Right now I think Hoke should be left with Jess as they can both take care of themselves, the rest of ya would accompany me, while we try to break this fella's man out of confinement. Any other thoughts?"
  23. Skrall awakes to the smells of breakfast from the campfire. Trudging up he greets Hoke and the dragon. "I am in agreement with ya, I think we should visit another of the chiefs today. If everyone else is of the same mind we'll be off after ya all get some vittles." <Sir Poletad, why don't ya accompany us today, we may be in need of someone of yer stature.>
  24. <My companions and I will do our best to return ya to yer homeland, Vipera Callidus the Young, but at the moment we are ourselves engaged in a fight with our own evil. If there is anyway you can aid us, we shall be grateful, while you may be young, I have heard that your kind is still stronger than we younger races can fathom. The knight is an honorable man and I am sure that he shall see you on your way, but we are in need of secrecy at the moment for our enemies are numerous and if we are to keep this evil from spreadin' to lands such as yer's then we must end it here.> Turning to his companions Skrall addresses them, "Fire lizard is called Vipera Callidus the Young. He grateful for help and will speak much with party later. If Cronk's friends wish to buy anything else, then do so, otherwise Cronk think it wise to be on party's way."
  25. <I will do so, by the way, do you have a name that we may call you by?> "Cronk ask fire lizard, fire lizard's name, but in meantime fire lizard grateful to Friend."
