I tend to use Picasa for my NPC's. Take a photo on a white background. Brighten up the lighting. Use a square crop and add a border. I'm probably at about 5 minutes each photo.

They wouldn't have to be if they were considered more common drops, similar to bombs.

I wouldn't be opposed to it, but I'd be interested in hearing peoples thoughts on consumable summons, whether or not they are too underpowered or not currently.

Yep I fixed it, I just didn't go back and fix every single round.

The lamps were designed to be a one shot summon, basically a pairing of an elemental bomb and a skeleton decoy. Unfortunately, just like bombs, they are indeed very prone to be outclassed by power creep.

Alright, finally had an opportunity to go through everything and here's my thoughts: The current version is much better than the 1st one as there was just way much going on. My only concern is what happens in the extreme idealistic cases for both town or scum, even though they are not probable, you need to consider what would happen should the scum and SK both get motivators and the inventors created guns the night before and they all the kills townies, including the town's vig. That's 7 town kills in one night! Now of course this is all extremely highly unlikely due to the existence of so many blockers and protectors as well, but still the chance exists. It's all due to the number of variables that exist, the more you add the more easily a game can turn in a single night. Now not to say that this that type of game has a bad setup, I just do not prefer it myself. As far as fixes, I'd perhaps suggest losing the pill cart, it's an additional mechanic that makes the game more complex without really adding anything unique. As an open game, do we get to know the SK objective?

I can't recall, which quest was he referred to as an archdemon? Also it should be noted that while they (the pantheon) may not have a physical presence on Olgeia, doesn't mean necessarily that they don't affect the world physically.
