While the shop is definitely quieter than earlier in the day, the dwarf still responds with a shout. "IS HE NOW? WELL HOW DO YOU DO, SIR? SOMETHING SPECIFIC YOU WERE INTERESTED IN? I COULD GO ON FOR AN AGE ABOUT THE HISTORY OF THE STUFF, BUT THEN YOU"D STILL BE SITTING HERE TOMORROW." The hooded figures shrugs and then shakes his head no. After a little while longer, Dumora enters the tavern, a few extra sword hilts sticking from her pack. "Well it looks like you all made it here. Everything go alright with the rest of ya?"

    "Well I've heard enough." Skrall unholsters his crossbow and levels it at the man, prepared for battle. "I'd suggest ya leave, but I've got a feelin' that ain't goin' to happen." The ogre glanced down at Lind, "Ya'd best be gettin' up now, less jabberin' next time."

The Naga turned her attention back to Nur, "Ah Cogsss and Company isss indeed a wonder. I'm here to learn all about their cogworksss and sssee about their application back in my home country." "Fine, but make sure he stays out of the way and in the corner."

Dark Dwarves are always causing trouble, twas them that brought about the whole business with the golems a while back. Had intentions of invading the entire under-mountain, they did." The cyclops's eye narrowed as Nur approaches, Alfred in the background. "Aye, is that what I think it is? That thing belong to you?" The Naga smiled at Nur. "Sssalutationsss, ssstranger. Here on busssinesss or pleasssure?"

    Skrall scratched his head sheepishly in response to the literature request, "Thanks, but no." The ogre wrinkled his brow at the description of the previous party. "Sounds more like the dragon might have other accomplices. What do you know of the people who have submitted to the wyrm's rule? Or is he even leaving survivors?"

    Skrall put down 30 Gold for a Nostrum. "Has there been any attempt to evacuate the island? Understandable that folks livelihoods are here, but if they're sticking around I can't imagine they won't have much left. What about a resistance, has anyone tried mounting some sort of defense?"

    If you're looking for brick-built, Nuju Metru on Flickr has some of the favorite brick-built dragons and he even includes instructions on how to build them in his photo-stream. It's a straight forward design, but one that can easily be customizable.

As Ellaria makes her way over to the bar the group is joined by Nur and Tesni. "You'll have to give me a moment to put a kettle on, Miss." The cyclops moves over to the burning hearth and hangs a tea kettle. "Hmmm... gossip, aye? Well they say the mines are all drying up what with price increases and everything down here, can't be good news. Cogs and Company are boasting a new machine that can drill further and farther than anything before though, pity it was stolen a few weeks back. Fodmin and Odmin, the local smiths celebrated their respective birthdays today, quite a bit of partyin' I hear is planned for the night. Lot of stories about a scarlet worm infestation around the tunnels between here and Krumpknob, had a chap in here the other day who says he was nearly eaten alive. Golems are always a bit of an issue, but the city guard does a pretty good job of keeping them at bay. How long are you and your group in for?" The naga at the bar sipped her goblet silently, but remained present simply listening.

The ogre pulled Karie aside, "If ya can't get back quick, throw a smoke bomb and get out of there, I don't care if ya need to leave civilians, it'll be no good if a quarter of this group are missing or worse...." The ogre stowed his equipment and start trudging for shelter.

We need to make for shelter, I don't like it as much as the next guy, but we need to look at the big picture here. If any of ya got opinions, speak 'em now." Skrall adjusted his equipment, downing a mead and readying himself to make a dash for shelter.

The dwarf hefts a giant time piece from his pocket, an ether core can be seen plugged into the device. "For a group that size? 40 Gold."

    Skrall hefted his pack and sighing made for the galley. "Criticism has the unique property of being ignorable, Miss. How about we all get some food and hash out our plan for when we reach shore?"

    Ellaria and Atramor make their way through the streets to the Rusty Minecart, as they push through the doors of the tavern they note a roasting pig in the fireplace along with a diverse crowd of customers. "Sounds good, come see me again once ya've got the job done." Nur returns to Samwerk's Bakery accompanied by Figgle. "Ah, prodigal son returns. Figgle is too late, Samwerk has decided to hire new delivery boy. Figgle can go home and think of poor life choices." "But..." "Please sir, he won't do it again." "No, Samwerk's decision is final." The Dwarves looked at Nur appealingly.

    OoC: Skrall should be at full health due to his class features. Skrall poked about in the loot, before turning back to the captain, "Something to eat sounds good. What are your thoughts on the length of the remainder of the voyage?" The ogre hefted the Brine Blade and made his way over to Jinnipher, extending the blade out to her. "I see you're good with a longsword, ever used one of these?"
