  1. Saw Pacific Rim today. Lots of awesome battles and stuff. It was definitely a fun movie with cool concepts. I think it went on to be a bit too long, and I think they should of spent more time on some of the main characters, so overall I'd give it a B. I'd love to see a sequel!
  2. Am I the only one who find the use of the picture here hilarious?
  3. This is what I think, though I'll still get this one. I used to love the deal that were these sets- $55-$70. Now we got two in a row that are $100. I like how they were smaller, as they take less space on a shelf/table. Oh well. Also, am I the only one who absolutely hates the "tables" in this set?
  4. Looks cool, but in my opinion, I don't like as much as the last few. My Winter Village is overflowed with little things, so the stands for me aren't necessary. The pieces are great (love that horse) and I do love the carasel (on iPhone so no spell check). I'm gonna still pick it up, but I do need a bigger place for my village!
  5. Nope. If there were, you'd see it here ASAP.
  6. The Chima sets? Two were online a couple weeks back. Yesterday was the first sighting report, though! Well, just checked- no new sets at my main Toys"R"Us.
  7. Everything is better in the world when you have a Toys"R"Us giftcard.
  8. Hope the Speedorz come soon!
  9. Okay, so my little concern of them not showing off next year's figures is dismissed. From the article: So they'll show off some sets, not necessarily Super Heroes sets though. I'm guess Star Wars and Hobbit stuff, maybe even stuff from The LEGO Movie (which includes DC characters). EDIT: Darn, ninja'd by Piranha!
  10. This is going to be the funniest yet interesting discussion of the year, later on tonight. I can't believe LEGO pulled this move again.
  11. Yeah guys, we have more of a chance of seeing GotG sets than Fantastic Four/X-men comic-based sets next year. I don't see why they wont other than new mold expenses, but it will be 2014 and technology will be more advanced.
  12. It has happened once before. Still, um... I guess it's nice to get a look at the entire box?
  13. Since it's in the product page, I'm sure we'll get some sets based on the movie including him. Who knows, some may be at Comic Con!
  14. I always go to the most recent unread post. Gosh do I feel stupid. So weird, even Groovebricks is treating it as new news. Well, thanks GRogall for providing the picture early, I guess!
  15. Wow, see, this is why I don't post here. I don't follow LEGO Star Wars news, so I'm always late and what not. Weird how Brickset Forums are acting like it's new. I'll leave now.
  16. Eight sets? Keep dreamin'. At most we'll get five. I think we'll get three and maybe four, but they'll definitely rehash the two from the last wave. Of course, I'm speculating.
  17. Advent Calender spoiler pictures for this year's! Thanks Brickset Forums!
  18. Saw it yesterday. Aside from some fun action scenes (that end one was oh-so entertaining), this film had so much pointless filler that it was constantly boring. I liked Armie Hammer in the fact he was trying hard to act (and some ways he did succeed), but Johnny Depp was pretty annoying and got very little laughs. I'd give it a D+.
  19. Love the idea! LEGO should make Pixar Modular sets.
  20. I'm not familiar with The Hobbit at all, but we did get the Mirkwood Spiders set- that's enough, right?
  21. I'm not even a huge Technic fan, but that's so adorable! I wanna take one home, 'Zblj'! Cuusoo this!
  22. Oh wow, you're right, except it was Monday. I totally forgot about the dates. That's great, though!
  23. Oh sorry, then yeah, we'll see stuff Wednesday.
  24. Next Tuesday. It starts Wednesday, right? Last year the Hobbit info was released the night before (the five figures).
  25. Yeah, it's definitely one of those unofficial "How To" books on building MOCs. Those are quite useful!
