  1. *Jack pulls the lever and it sticks about a quarter of the way after making a screeching, stone-crunching sound. Jack looks at the wall in front of the lever. The stone has cracked right down the center. It looks like pulling the lever the whole way will cause the wall to crash down on top of him. The lever could not be pulled all the way with just one person anyway. Jack can feel air rushing through the crack that pulling the lever caused.* There must be a hidden chamber on the other side. *The paper says: "To solve the wall puzzle: 1. seaMen kite oxen. _ _ _ _ | _ _ _ _ _ _ _ | _ _ _ . 2. ghoSted some. _ _ _ _ _ _ | _ _ _ _ _ . 3. s.Un. t.o.es _ _ _ | _ _ _ _ ." Ah, megabluck-nuts!
  2. *Sheldon sticks the blade of the sword in the hole in the bottom of the broken column. A crumpled up piece of paper falls out of the missing chunk of stone and rolls past the edge of the scaffolding into the room.* *Jack looks inside the 2x2 chamber and discovers a very old lever mechanism.*
  3. Oh I see. Never mind. Sorry!!
  4. I can tell you haven't been reading because using matches at this point is a big no-no...
  5. *The torches won't fit and the matches aren't long enough...* *The hilt will not fit...* *Jack goes to lift the other stone tile marked with a "?" only to discover it has already been removed, uncovering a small 2 x 2 chamber...* *That is certainly worth a shot...*
  6. With so many exciting discoveries in this room, it'd be great to solve all these little puzzles before the eclipse starts! We don't have much time, so let's review what we have left to solve and what we haven't tried: 1. The hole in the bottom of the column that's under construction. We stuck the little key in there, but it didn't do anything. Do we have anything else that we might be able to insert into that hole? 2. The stone that Chris Owen brought with him - where did it come from anyway, Chris? - it fit into that "missing piece" square on the map, and we heard something happen, but what? 3. The question mark stones: we've spent a lot of time on the stone by the altar, but has anyone checked the other one recently? 4. The stone puzzle on the back wall. Perhaps if more than one person could help Jack figure out how to get the bricks into that pattern and fit into the alcove. Maybe there are more clues hanging around to solve that one, that we haven't found yet. Perhaps Siegourney could ask the ghost of her father about it... 5. The statue puzzle. Well, we can't solve this until we find another statue, I suppose... 6. The tiles marked 1 and 2 on the map: We've tried two different solutions to this puzzle. Surely, there must be more.
  7. Focus, clarity and thorough searching will usually solve even the hardest puzzle...
  8. Perhaps some guidance and clues then...
  9. Are you guys a little stumped in there?
  10. *You asked if it was something you should try. You never went ahead and did it. So there.* *Zack tries to move the statue but it appears to be anchored into the altar very well.*
  11. *Chris Owen's tile fit and a click did resound. The action resulted in a stone toppling sound which nobody has discovered the source of yet...*
  12. *It does appear that that tile could open but it doesn't come loose by pulling on it.*
  13. *crap.* "mobs shifT nice vote... _ _ _ | _ _ _ _ _ | _ _ | _ _ _ _ _ _ _ ..."
  14. *Well it's not 5x5, I lied. Sorry. Its 5 studs wide x 4 bricks high.* *The dark grey thing does not move.*
  15. *Incorrect.* *You do not have a camera.*
  16. "mobs shifT nice vote... _ _ _ | _ _ _ _ _ | _ _ | _ _ _ _ _ _ _ ..."
  17. *That is the one you tried. The pattern is 4 x 4 the way you built it and the alcove seems to be 5 x 5.* *They will not hook together.*
  18. *OK fine... There isn't enough room in the alcove height-wise and too much space width-wise...* "I'm not much of a puzzle guy, but I think there has to be a reason there are some stones that are smooth and others that have that "stud" exposed. DJ, honey, stay close. That apparition might be up to no good. And your Dad is right, that statue is something awful. It gives me a real bad feeling too..." *That solution is correct.* *Perhaps that matchbook has other uses currently...*
  19. *Ingrid steps on the stone marked "1." A second later Diana and Jack step on the stones marked "2."* *The stone tiles still make the clicking noise, but nothing else happens.* *No really. You said never mind. You don't have to try it if you don't want to.*
  20. A huge meteor.
  21. *Only one more person is needed to try out this new idea.* *Nothing happens.* *Good idea. Jack stacks the... what? ... never mind? ... OK. Never mind.* *Three.* *Jack notices a fourth torch on the ground and picks it up.*
