Perhaps I simply said it too often for you to catch it but I was protected last night with a mirrored cloak. One protector put a mirrored cloak on me and that is verified. Another protector claims to have protected me but didn't show up in the mirror. Either way, my theory is if there are so many protectors, perhaps this protection comes with the price of reflecting all Night Action results in to a mirror image. Makes perfect sense, right? Ugh, this hole in the desert is giving me a headache. I'm rather annoyed with Is and Ossie if my theory about this cloak is correct. Stupid God-like entities mowing their lawn in the desert with a polar bear...

Well, isn't it for the Camp to solve? Really, it does affect everyone. So, if the Tracker is telling the truth and my mirror theory is correct, Fitzdef was targeting me last night. In that case, the investigator giving information to Fitzdef should know that I was potentially targeted by him as well. If the Tracker is a liar then I could reveal who he/she is and not lose a Virgin. We could lose a tracker or Scum, but be safe in our stock of Virgins. I could offer up the protector who said they protected me but didn't show up in the mirror when the tracker looked...if that's what's happening at all. Again, that would lead us to killing a protector or a Scum but not a Virgin.

We're on the same page there. I won't vote for myself either at this point.

Then how did the tracker see me tracking you in the mirror? Wait, I'm even having trouble following this. If the tracker saw the opposite result, then you were targeting me last night. Why?

Someone may have trusted him enough to confide. He's a very smart person. Did he claim Virgin to protect Virgins? Or did he claim Virgin to avoid suspicion even though he is actually a Cultist? This is why I wouldn't have said the Tracker found me targeting him, if I had thought ahead of time that it was the mirror causing that result. Like I said, someone confirmed Fitzdef's Innocence to me, though, so for Fitzdef to be Scum, then someone else I'm inclined to trust would have to be lying to me. Again, this would be a huge risk on Fitzdef's part. A ruse this convoluted could easily blow up in his face with one investigation or tracking. I'm incline to say "Why didn't you come to me with your results in private, Fitzdef?" but it's clear you just don't like me and could care less either way if I stay or go. I didn't target anybody last night and I'm not Scum. I hope you guys don't have to kill me to find out I'm telling the truth, but if that's the case, so be it. Furthermore, anybody who says I'm putting more people at risk by explaining what could've happened with the mirror cloak and def targeting me, the Scum would've figured that out already. So I'm not telling them anything they wouldn't already know. Plus, people kept questioning my theory with the cloak, so I had to clarify. Maybe I should've just accepted being lynched and stopped that information train from going forward, but what's done is done. I'm inclined to believe Fitzdef and the person who confirmed him to me are both innocent, but you never know in these things. I was wearing a cloak that made the Nocturnal Skills focused on me go all wack-a-doo. I would call it tunnel vision. Staring blindly is kind of an oxymoron. Blind rage, blankly staring, tunnel vision... Anyway, I tend to agree with your thoughts. But, I'm not ready to lynch Good and Hard yet. I think we should try to have him investigated or tracked.

Someone used it on me last night. He can't claim his results, in thread, or it reveals another Virgin. However, he has been relatively quiet today. It would be great if anybody could vouch for him. We'll have to have someone track or follow or investigate him tonight. With evil me out of the way , all Night Actions won't have to focus on me. Oh Yippee. Your guts are on my side. That's...quite an endorsement. I'm doomed.

Here's the conclusion I've reached about the mirrored cloak I was protected with. If I would've thought of this earlier, I wouldn't have revealed what the tracker thought he saw me doing, for obvious reasons. I'm wearing a mirror at night. It keeps me protected but gives other night actions a mirror image result. The tracker tries to find out who I'm tracking. He sees me track def, which was opposite, def was tracking me. So, either def is a framer and was caught framing me by the tracker or def was targeting me. Or perhaps he is the actual investigator and saw a mirror image of my affiliation. But then wouldn't I be seen also targeting the protector who claims to have protected me as well?? Sounds pretty convoluted to me. I would vote me out.

How convenient for you to ignore logic. That way you won't have to answer for your potential slip-up. I won't be voting for anyone unless I'm absolutely sure of their guilt. We can't afford to lose any more Virgins. That wasn't clear at all the first time. Thanks for clarifying.

I'm afraid that if I spell out my suspicions and there are Campies on that list then the Scum will figure out what type of Campie they are by process of elimination. I can't take that risk so I will say that my suspects are the quieter ones who have been doing nothing more than posting summaries once or twice a day. My suspicion of Jennifer Taylor is because she seems dead set on perpetuating the idea that either Fitzdef or I are Cultists, and I believe we are probably both Campies. It'd be so easier for her to try to lead a vote against Fitzdef tomorrow when I show up Innocent and then she's rid the game of two strong, vocal, trustworthy Campies. There may be some personality conflict between Fitzdef and I, which is all his fault of course, but I don't think he's a Cultist at this point. His game would crumble way too fast if he was making all of this up.

Why does exonerating me automatically condemn Fitzdef? And you are very likely Scum and not hiding it very well.

It would be fair if protection was the side effect. Give a little, take a little. There are two other protectors, so one of them being completely ducked up isn't too far of a stretch. There are a couple of reasons that the mirrored cloak could've shown me targeting Fitzdef. Take some time, you'll probably come up with it...

Anyone asking this should be held to highest scrutiny. Especially since you just lurk and pooper-scoop and don't add too much to our work here. You're tripping my Scum-dar too.

It's very possible I could've been framed. The Scum would've known someone would want to confirm me and I would be a good bet to start with. The other possibility is that someone is using Fitzdef. His ego was so wounded by me telling him his attitude is snide and insulting that he has nothing but a blind rage for me right now. That could easily be manipulated by the Scum. Of course they want to get rid of me, but assume I'm not going to be lynched since 13 of you seem to trust me, and that I'll probably be protected at night. If Fitzdef is being used by a Scum puppeteer, he won't see it until I'm dead. At that point, even he would have to admit that I was working for the Town and my list is real. The info I have would have to go to someone, but I would choose the most trustworthy person on my list and a trustworthy backup to keep that person in check. This may be the only way. Until the result is verified, by my death, Fitzdef hates me so much, he would never give up the investigator unless my dead Innocent body was laying on the ground. Or my innocent empty clothes, whatever the case may be. Nor should he. If he is Innocent, he should protect the identity of the investigator until he knows there's reason to doubt him. And if there is a framer, he or she is just silently sitting back and laughing that the framing worked. They may have had no contact with def and successfully given a false result on one of the Campies. So, what's the best course of action moving forward? Do we vote me out? If anyone is willing to listen, I have some suspects... I'll respond twice. I'm not sure a framer could mess with tracker results. Is that unprecedented? I've never heard of that in holes in the desert. Besides, making it look like I targeted def wouldn't be bad since he's alive. Did def frame me? The protector who protected me last night uses a mirrored cloak. Did the result reflect backwards? Did I show up as Scum because of the mirror? Did the tracker results go opposite because I was covered with a shiny, mirrored cloak? What the hell? That would be an extremely annoying side effect to a pro-Camp Nocturnal Skill. Yes, I'm looking at you Is and Ossie.

In that case, I can tell you that Sawyer and I got them by figuring out a complex puzzle. We were very proud of ourselves when we conquered it. All I will say is that I have a list of 13 people who trusted me enough to claim their roles to me. If you are an alias on my list and I have not represented your information accurately, then vote for me. I think that would be 13 votes I wouldn't get. And yet, I fully understand if you all do vote for me. There is a claim of an investigation result. It does need to be tested. How else would we ever know if it's valid or not? I'm not going to claim to you guys what I am because you shouldn't have reason to believe it based on Fitzdef's claim. Where did he go, anyway? But, if everyone behind the scenes is telling the truth, then Fitzdef would be an innocent pawn in the plot to take me down. Unless the person who confirmed him to me is lying... Not sure how to figure this all out, but the best way to move forward may be to kill me. Could four be the actual number of virgins the Cultists need to kill? That sounds insanely easy. If I am a virgin and you lynch me, they would possibly only need one more virgin death to win. That is why it's important, if I'm killed off that the people on my list don't tell anybody who they are unless they 100% trust them. This could be an elaborate ruse to get the people on my list to step forward, so those of you who do believe me and are on my list, don't go out of your way to defend me, it could be a trap. I could leave my info to someone I trust and then just ask everyone to vote me out. Perhaps that's best. In order to not even show who's on my side, should everyone vote for me? Otherwise, people on my list may give themselves up by not voting for me and passively defending me. But then there's no voting pattern to analyze. I still think the only way to verify this claim and get to the bottom of the false result is to lynch me. It's a big risk, but it should be done for the sake of the Innocents at the camp. Some clarification on the person who saw me targeting def. They didn't think it was a bad thing. I mixed their two sentences together. They said they saw me targeting def and said "Not a good start to the day. " referring to the death of Percy. The results that came in for this tracker said he "thought" he was following me. So either his role is faulty or someone messed with his results.

Now that my wheels are having time to turn I'm wondering: Fitzdef, is that the exact result that was given or is there some inference being made? Was I literally investigated and the result came back "Cultist?" or are you assuming something based on other circumstances. I'm just wondering if you're jumping to conclusions based on other possible circumstances. Since nobody is doing or saying anything (Except Aloysius, the camel who summarizes what's going on and lurks the rest of the time - scummy move) I'll try to get some work done, for the camp: Sorry, yesterday was such a mess, it's easier to see the tallies all in one place to try and analyze who did what...
