Ye :P Major difference here :D I just hope we get 2 more waves with atleast 11 sets :D anything more than that (or even additional UCS type of set) and I would be super happy

The point made is there were 2 waves already and such important villains are not released so why would there be surprised if Smaug is not released in this wave 2 good reasons talk against Smaug this wave. 1st - Castle line with molded dragon (why would LEGO compete with itself?) 2nd - Smaug is the grand thing to do as the last set of the LEGO line Hobbit which is next year or a year after. Its logical...

Exactly... both Witch King and Sauron (especially sauron) are way more important antagonists of LOTR and we got neither.... Besides this year Smaug is SMALL CHANCE in my opinion... Why? Because we got Castle Dragon set and that one needs to sell first!

Sub title if anything... the title of the film is HOBBIT afterall... and thats Bilbo who we got already. He might be the main villain but he is not the main title for sure :P

Guys Its almost 100% those Kshyyk clones will use regular blasters.. these are preliminaries rmemeber.... there is no good reason to have some blasters like those and others different.... no logical reason for ''new'' stuff if you do not use it in the WHOLE line....

You mean ? While the helmet and shield look great I think printed armor would be sufficient imo... or even the Samurai armor in gold to reduce costs. I keep waiting for those shields in LEGO from Roman commanders... never seem to drop in sets...

Apart from Gondor soldiers/rangers/guards and Faramir/Eowyn/Witch King the last thing I would really love is if LEGO give us a ''battle pack'' or atleast a rather cheap set (around 30$) with 2 of those with shields ofcourse... they could use Roman soldier shields (like for gondor soldiers) and I would just hoard that set lol

I dont understand... Gandalf arrives and Riddles of the ring are always 100% stocked wherever I go in my country (or in nearby countries) To me those are the worst sellers... my friend works in a TOY SHOP and he said they sold 0 of those sets but mostly sell sets for 24.99€ or 29.99€ or 39.99€ or 49.99€ ....

You are right ye... Well the thing is there are not many Figures I would want from Hobbit line.... unless they make Amazing Beorn in bear form and unless those Mirkwood elf soldiers will look great then I am only left with hopes of Radagast (high chance) and Galadriel in white gown (medium chance). Will see what they make from the baddies and if we get the same orcs/goblins all over.

It might be 1 is Exclusive and they are only hiding biggest or smallest of sets ;) who knows.... but I have highest hopes for Mirkwood Elf army, rest are not interesting for now... unless we get Radagast and Galadriel or some great figures.

Yes those extensions are becoming ''lets milk the cow'' type of extensions... LOTR was great but this is becoming a Peter Jackson make up movie not Tolkiens work adapted into movie....

In other words... its no longer A hobbit story but a made up Peter Jackson story.... I can feel I'll dislike it even more than the first movie then... too much made up stuff to be accepted by the true Tolkien fans... I wonder why people are so greedy that they want cash from franchise and not do it proper.... wait for kids to soften up or their children sell you the rights :P Still though .... Hobbit never mentioned anything about anyone taking part in battle so ye.... its all made up material or picked from other tolkien works then...

Didnt Sauron lost all transformation power after Numenor island (Anadune) was sunk with him ??? I always thought (when i read) that Sauron was a ''ghost'' called the Necromancer and fake flees from Dol Guldur to Mordor and reveals himself and take his form back. The Nazguls were sent there AHEAD of his time to prepare him his ''home'' for his glorious return. Thats how its read from the books. There is no battle with the Nazguls let alone the Witch king in Dol Guldur.... according to the story of Tolkien. There is also no good indication that Elrond took part in ANY battle AFTER the battle at the end of the 2nd age (with Isildur and the last alliance) so pushing him in that set is weird at the least. All we know is that the White COuncil granted an allowance to gather army and assault Dul Guldur where Sauron fake fled and let them win and exposed himself in Barad-Dur (Mordor) again. Gandalf is mentioned to be away on an errand (in Hobbit timeline and book) to participate in the assault, but Saruman or Elrond were never mentioned (no idea for Galadriel but i guess she took part)

There is no battle of dol guldur explanation in the Hobbit book... so hard to say I doubt Elrond ever took place in the battle.... not sure though.... 4 good guys vs 1 Sauron/Necromancer... besides I think the Necromancer has no real form because Sauron reveals himself AFTER he fakes retreat in his form...

Its obvious 9.99 or 11.99 set is missing.... and those were supposed to be EURO currency apparantely according to some guy. (which i doubt) i bet these are $$$$$ and Euro will be 5-10 higher for all except first 2...

I just hope Elf army set is not going to be packed with those unarmored mirkwood guards or ill be disappointed. If the list is true ofcourse
