I hope not... (In my recollection) TLC has never done this before. Yes, they have re-released older models with modifications, but never a "new" model. I think the work it would take to modify the Republic Cruiser to a RBR would be to much. Another reason would be the expected prize which is doubled. If they were to modify a set to fit minifigures than it would would be UCS version. Yes, that would mean rearranging the whole ship, but in my opinion that would be easier than rearranging the Republic Cruiser.

It looks almost finished now. Excellent! Amazing build this is. It makes me want the soon-to-be-expected-first-pictures-of-the-later-this-year-new-released Tantive IV even more

Both are awesome builds! The AT-AP is really accurate, even shapewise and that from two battlepacks, amazing! Buy a third BP and make it complete! Looking forward to those!

I dont know if you can call it badly smudged, but yes, mine arent printed as they should be. The regular clone helmets (front view) have white stripes where they should have been all black and the red markings on the helmet of the clone pilot seem faded. I'll make and post up pictures tonight. It seems the quality checks by Lego have slipped up...

Nice mod, but I have to agree with the other comments; I dont like the colours. But since it's a work in progress you can still change that. On the other hand; the self-made sticker of the nexus is fabulous! Now it's only waiting untill Rayman will use the idea in his Republic Gunship Nose Art

Great job so far! Yes, that's what I miss; Star Wars Lego "entourage" sets. By that I mean sets like upcoming Endor set, with typical SW type buildings.

I think there is some recon on this part, which I find acceptable. So I agree with you. Why would the weakness of a clone army be mass-rebelling? They were genetically engineered to obey. And yes contact with for instance jedi made them more human, but still. When I have to choose for one type of (lego) clones than it's the ones from ep.2/CW, but that's based on their lego representation. Because thats what were talking about, right?

I like the mods you did, makes the vehicle more versatile. In the dropship the cockpit is done better than with the gunship, but I like your version as well. You could also mod the bacta tank ends into gunturrets resembling the original gunship. Anyways great job
