Tesni snorted at the cowardley rouge as she watched the captains blood channel along the gleaming blade of Cysgodion. "Felton! Hans! We will hit them hard and quick! One last round before the pheonix smoke is deployed!" The battle rage soared through her humours as she once again sighted a guard captain, this time D "Remember! Well, in my first quest as a berserker I have sorely missed my frenzy special, but it suits the character to take this class. I won't be bogged down by extra stats that need healing and the high health makes for a great "meat shield". As for tactics, well I can't make all the enemies fall at once but only truly rotten luck will KO me, keeping at one target is frustrating but so far my targets have been such that a regular hit only halves their HP, so I would have carried on at them anyway. I would love a diamond for Cryfder though....

I was joking about the size of Fiat 500s, I do apolagise but it is a common office joke as a colleague of mine has an Abarth version which he takes pains to inflate as superior as much as we joke about fuel consumption and tyre costs involved in such a small vehicle. Yeah, that was what I was trying to present FT, LibFems RadFems etc and so on. The vocal minority are far from the most representative but they are the loudest, sadly. There are branches who right now are simply seeking to break the glass ceiling and sorting out global rights for women. Then there are the noisy shouty ones who spam the internet and news media with outcrys against pink. They get the most attention. It is easier to have a chuckle about the RadFems going on about pink than to address the uncomfortable issues of the glass ceiling, casual sexism and rather "important" trading partners who's female citzenry have less rights than cattle. Itaria No Shintaku, I feel quite insulted. I was merely pointing out what a certain group that sits under the femmenist name want/claim and say. The bulk of what we would call femmenists are as mentioned before, while the loud ones who accost me in the street to sign petitions merely get an eloquent explanation on why I think they should focus abroad over banning pink from the toyshop. As a driver and a woman, I am twice disgruntled. I have encountered male and female drivers on the road who are terrible, inconsiderate or just plane vexing. However, I can drive, I can park in circumstances that a lot of men would drive past (Possibly not in Italy from what I hear, I do drive a car larger than an oversized rollerskate, but I digress). Your casual sexisim is exactly the problem and common practice that we should focus on removing over decrying those who like a certain colour. I do admit that these social causes are somewhat intertwined but physical difference is a medical and biological fact that in and of itself is not sexist (though often claimed as such) it is not an admission that women are less capable, able, intelligent, or have less potential to achieve. Which unfortunately is applied in some cases.

Ah, that is within certain circles of femenism. Others are all for superiority to men... I got called a True Femmenist the other day. By my old Sociology lecturer. We bumped into each other in town and recognising me she asked how I was doing. When I explained my job (Working as a technician in an Engineers office) she was pleased for me, especially being in a rather male dominated profession. I am equal to others at my grade in both pay and qualifications. I do the same job as the boys, limited only by physical strength/hight and my qualifications (I have a Certificate, they have Degrees but they are 4 years older than me) I already beat a male colleague who dropped out before completing the course as the maths was too hard! I drink real ale and I enjoy rock music, I drive an Astra and I wear boots and jeans. I dress up in clothing styles and colours I like for more formal events and I have a nice selection of jewelry. While I myself do not at this point feel like motherhood is for me, I am perfectly happy being an older sister to my siblings and an and adopted aunty to my friends children. Certain femenists think that they should earn more than the men at the same level, that they should never associate with traditional female roles, colours, clothing styles and jewelry associated with female. They call bras a tool of domination (I have to say, mine is very useful, as those who I have met IRL would agree ) they ignore that there are physical differences between men and women, claiming the mere mention of them to be sexist. These are the ones who are even more sexist, decrying carefully researched toys to be promoting a gender aparthide when they themselves are claimg that the blue boxes mean they are for boys! Ninjago is Green, Spongebob is Yellow! Pharaoh's Quest was sand coloured, Kingdoms looks like a castle! Yet they were not selling to girls very well as those themes didn't appeal. Now their research has found what girls want from a toy and they have made their product, RadFems are pointing the finger of sexism at TLG, carefully ignoring the fact that retailers and parents are more at fault for any enforced colour to gender rules. TLG have opened up a way for girls who would normally be uninterested (due to themeatic content) in a construction toy to the enlightening world of building. Following a sequence of construction phases, spatial awareness, fine motor skills, concentration, problem solving and physics. Sorry about the wall of text, I read yet another worthy "article" online (I should stop Googling LEGO in the news section, at least for another month or so.)

I am doing the maths on a return to a basic class, which would be a shame, but these battles we have been fighting, I just had two shields in two battles. If I had been a basic Barbarian I would have decimated the field instead of just doubling my allies attack, I am sure they are greatful but I think Skrall et al would prefer I kill all the enemies I would have done a lot more useful damage on basic, the added health is useful but Nature Child and my level makes it a moot so far. However to be level 18+ at only a basic class is a serious stat hit... Urgh, where is a munchkin when you need one? If I stick to my original plan: I hit things, they fall down. Both classes have pros and cons. So confused.

Oh, I want my frenzy back. The stat boosts and the shield are nice, but I would be so much better and more useful with a multi hit attack, I don't want to step back to barbarian but I miss that attack.

It was me with my ninja powers I was going to go for the Joker style "why so Serious" but realised that I am not a fan of that version and the Serious Sam/Cam pun was too good to miss. Mostly to do with all the rather serious posts, especially when things are jokey.

We want minifigures, not tiny action figures. The articulation in media productions are a conceit to allow more action to occur in animation and illustration. I welcome the more detailed printing over fragile articulation.

The minifig is the only patented design LEGO have right now, changes would make things very hard for them.

But here's the thing. In my household there is 19 years worth of LEGO. 23 years of Duplo (there was a Duplo rattle in the baby kit the hospital gave new mothers when I was born) and she was never bothered with LEGO. She shared a room with me at one point and every weekend afternoon was always a massive LEGO playing time for me and my friends but she didn't want to join in. Two days ago she bought a LEGO set because it was in a purple box, with a more humanised figure of a girl. Gender based marketing was a success. The worst people for gender politics are the RadFems... The ones who want to push negativity onto what colour you find most attractive and bemoan the games children want to play. I just love how these women think that a childrens toy is a more important thing to protest about over countries we happily do business with that will not allow women to drive or do anything with their own lives without a man. Who will without question take the word of a man over that of a woman. But we all happily look the other way because they have lots of money and like to spend it on our products and they will sell us oil. Yeah, noble cuase there Ladies. Children having a choice of toys (that they already have quite honestly, no one is forced at gunpoint to choose one over another) that they may like is soo terrible...

Tesni looked at the coward in disgusted. "Hearth rugs and milkmaids" she muttered under her breath as she ignored the so called leaders. "We only lost by four men, we can fight for longer next time. A horse is a beast yes? You have power against beasts Skrall?"

"This is my first fight in war." Tesni said, "it seems fraught, much more so than our skermishes." She drank down a mead and a nostrum "It would do to strengthen for battle."

Tesni sighed and closed her eyes, the berserker rage was still throbbing through her. She sat in a medative pose and started the calming, nothing to deep as the war was still to be fought, but enough to stop her slicing through the first person to approach her. Her barbarian constitution made short work of the pains from recent wounds. As the fresher feeling came through she rose and approached her party mates. "Will we get the battle report soon?"
