  1. Amazing work for once more Japanese Guy Polish Guy! Far East is your field as far as I can see! I really like the roof. The colour is great and the fact that it's not tiled gives extra points in that MOC. The door is also great and I like the colours you 've used. The red stripes on the walls also add on that asian feeling. The interior is also great. I like the small pond and the waterfall and also the use of flowers. Pink and white really reminds me of a typical japanese image, the cherry blossom. Great use! Btw, is that a large bonsai tree there at the corner? The shape looks like one. Great choice of Mr. Miyagi and excellent use of the Islanders hair piece. Thanks for sharing your wonderful creation with us! Modo arigato!
  2. Thanks for this great review The Cobra! Man, this is one weird box! It reminds me of one of those boxes that Playmobil used to use. I like the helicopter. It has the early 90s design and that's good (for me). The only thing that I don't really like is the colours that have been used. They are too many I think and they don't have the right balance. I really like the winch feature. The winch piece looks very interesting. The small vehicle is just average, nothing too special. The torsos are very nice too, especially the brown one. If only I can get my hands on one of these some day... ...and that eyebrows face...I still can't find the reason why I don't like that particular face. Thanks again for the review The Cobra!
  3. Great review and very helpful DarthPineapple! I'm not excited about this set though. It is very detailed with lots of playable features and many will love it. The thing is that it is too big for my taste and my collection. I can play "see no evil" when it comes to the (large) boat. The presence of a boat like that in my collection can be excused with a big effort from me. But the truck.... Well, it seems that this vehicle is dangerously approaching the MODEL TEAM scale and philosophy. Some may find that good because of a more accurate scale and details but this is not my cup of tea. On the other hand, I'm more than sure that kids will absolutely love it. Thanks again for this excellent review! EDIT: Only after I posted my thoughts, I saw Sammael's post refering to MODEL TEAM issue. I guess I'm not the only one that thinks that way.
  4. Very nice work. Rear working door, wheels retraction mechanism , you've put all the basic elements that a cargo plane should have. (Do you hear me TLG?) Thanks for sharing your creation with us Yanzl.
  5. I watched "Se7en" last night. I believe it was the 5th or 6th time. Excellent movie and easily in my all-time top five.
  6. Thanks for this very nice review Matn! I'm literally seconds away from taking the decision of buying it. It costs €79.99 here in Greece and this is the only reason that makes me have second thoughts. Almost 1000 parts is a great thing though. Don't you just love this colour?
  7. Well done on your record Intact! I hope that your EB name won't be applied on the record. Very nice MOC you've got there. It is very interesting as a concept for everyone to build some highlights from their real life. You've just got me motivated! Thanks again for posting that!
  8. Sorry if that looks almost like double posting and kind of spamming , but... Beyond 2000!
  9. I'm watching the news as we speak and they say that snow has caused some problems in England. Gatwick Airport is white to the bone.
  10. Thanks for bringing this review to us Dr.S. The truck looks nice but I think that it's a little bit big even for the current 6-wide scale. The helicopter looks better in these pictures, in comparison to the first photos that were released. The same thing also crossed my mind. Big pieces are most of the times not accepted from me, but after seeing this review I look at this set in a different way.
  11. 1867 users online today! If I remember correctly the last record was around 1400. Going up like a rocket! EDIT: It keeps rising like temperature!
  12. A great thanks for the link legomilk! The City pages look great! The layouts look crowded and busy , unlike some others from the last 2 years. The more I look at the blue plane the more I love it. It looks Classic somehow.
  13. Better late than never! The Pirates Advent Calendar is finally in my hands!
  14. How on earth did I forget that important link in the chain of events?
  15. The Who-Eminence Front One of my favorite songs of all time.
  16. Can't you see it clearly? This "Blue Screen of Death" was put there on purpose. The Flight screen is not working properly because a cat climbed on the network antennas. So you have to buy the new fire station in order for the firemen to bring the cat down. Still, the malfunction remains. You must also buy the new maintenance vehicle so that the technician can go up there and fix the problem. Come on, that was easy to guess. Like taking candy from a baby. Conspiracy theories ON!
  17. I mostly collect history books and special releases of history booklets.
  18. Nice little impulse with some very interesting pieces. I never had a camera or a shoulder bag. A cheap way of getting those. Civilians we wanted, civilians we got! It's probably a Flight Departure/Arrival screen.
  19. Very nice! I just love the second picture! It looks very cute and realistic at the same time. There is a shop in the city I live that sells postcards and posters and it's exactly like the real life popcorn shop shown here! Even the walls are the same. Well done!
  20. Wow, that actually looks good! The truck is very nice. Not only it's a truck with trailer but it also looks great. I think that the ship's hull consists of several hull pieces just like the LEGO ships from the early '80s. An excellent (modular) feature. The way the stacker grabs the container, although that is simple (at least from what I can see), it makes it look impressive. I would definitely buy that set for sure. Thanks for the image and the link lightningtiger and tophdawg.
  21. Can I rate this set with a "6"? One of the great sets that TLG offered us in the past! A cargo wagon, a truck, a trailer, four containers and a stacker vehicle! Isn't that great? The truck is great and very beautiful! I really like the combination of red and white on it. The container stacker is excellent!!! I own the last one TLG that has released and this one is better I think. The main problem of the latest one is that it cannot lift the containers high and far enough from the vehicle's body. Not to mention the hook that uses... This one has this REALISTIC mechanism (even 4-wide era sometimes is more realistic than the 6ers... ) that makes it look great. And I really like the torsos the minifigs have! I never got the chance of having a set with that torso. Thanks for this excellent and really enjoyable to read review legofan!
  22. Честит рожден ден Bobby! (I hope I copied that correctly... ) Happy birthday to all of you guys! Enjoy YOUR special day!
  23. Glad you liked it. Btw, your english is very good I think. Enjoy the LEGO world!
  24. Hello and welcome to Eurobricks Mig Wanzer! I'm sure that you'll have a great time in this great community. Since you are into miniature wargaming I recommend to take a look at THIS TOPIC. I think you'll find it interesting. Have fun!
  25. Of course Zorro wears that face gear. The real Zorro of course! When I first saw the mexican village, I also thought of a cool scene with Zorro jumping from the balcony while soldiers are after him. It would be great to include him in it! Btw, you didn't name the set "Zorro" or a have title that includes that name. License problems?
