  1. Absolutely fantastic! Love the style, I'll try some of the ideas in some of my future modulars
  2. I really like the style of your building, but personally I don't like the lack of roof and backside, so I'll answer to your question: yes, you should add a removable roof (and a removabile backside, if you want/can).
  3. Second preview. Genelal layout finished, needs railroad and some modifications, then the details
  4. Hello everybody! :) Finally, after three years, I've moved to a new apartment, with enough space to put all my modular town. It still needs some work, but it's a matter of week and it will be finished :) (obviously for a while, the fun with Lego is that anything isn't really finished... ;) ) For now, enjoy a preview of what I'm working on... Seeya soon!
  5. Excellent modular gas station that doesn't require a lot of space!
  6. This is very nice! I like the balcony on the rear.
  7. Excellent buildings, maybe the best ever done by a single person. My favourites are the post office and the police HQ.
  8. This will probably be the last version of the small city portion I currently have in the place where I live. I'm going to buy a larger apartment, and when all the renewing works will end, I'll move there all the Lego I have at my parent's place, including the larger town diorama. In the meanwhile, enjoy this small portion :)
  9. That's because I currently have only a limited number of bricks. When I'll get all the stuff I still have at my parent's place there will be a lot of variety :)
  10. B-OM-11A Hello people :) For the holidays I got the latest modular house, 5771, and I used most of the bricks for my latest modular :) Expect more buldings in the next months ;)
  11. I used 2 x 4996, 1 x 6754, 1 x 5891 and of course 1 x 7641, plus a few buckets of spare bricks. It needs a small and a large creator house to make a decent 16-stud modular. The grey tiles comes from a huge pick-a-brick order. In the next months there should be a lot more to see :)

    Stadium

I like your stadium, not too big, not too small, the right size for that diorama.
  13. Changed a few things and added more details: Close-ups: http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/legomaneitaliano/Town2010-2011/cc2011_53.jpg http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/legomaneitaliano/Town2010-2011/cc2011_57.jpg http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/legomaneitaliano/Town2010-2011/cc2011_58.jpg
  14. I've been very busy during the latest weeks, so I had almost no time to make anything new. This is a small portion of my future town, the only portion where I can actually work on. I've added more roadplates to make it larger and show more vehicles. More details will be added later :) In the next months I should finally move all my stuff from my parent's house to my new place, so I should be able to show the whole town :) In the meanwhile enjoy this small portion.
  15. I've updated the road baseplates: when I'll finish my town, I'd like to do all the streets in the same way: This is the only part of my town where I can actually work on. The rest is packed: I'm still looking for a larger house with enough space for my diorama :) More pictures here: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=440148
  16. Before I pack everything, I jus added some details to give life to the service station of my town. Enjoy :)
  17. More pictures: added a service station: There are missing the modules I did in my new home and the train station, that I will modify later. In the next days I will put all the biuldings in boxes, ready for the move.
  18. Hello everyone! This thread will show the work in progress of my new town, made of modular buildings. Actually I'm re-working to some of them, after that they will be packaged and completed after my move, which will be done probably in the next 6 months (this is the reason because this is a "2012" town instead of a "2011" one). So, here there are some pictures: More to follow soon.
  19. And here's the street with road baseplates :) More pictures here http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=440148 (when moderated)
  20. Details of the pizzeria after I added the original stickers: As usual, more pics here: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=440148
  21. Like many others, I bought the 7641 city corner, so I did a modular version of the pizzeria. Here's the result: Some more street life :) Next step: road baseplates (coming soon)
  22. Hello! After months with no Lego at all, I gathered again some bricks from my parents' place during Christmas holidays, so I was able to make some new creations. This is a modular street made with three separate buildings. I haven't decided which shops thy will be, maybe the tan building will be a travel agency. Anyway, here are the pictures: The whole street The tan building The one with dark blue roof, maybe will be a small drugstore. It has a garage on the back The modified version of the one done before the holidays. All these buildings are made using only bricks coming from the latest creator houses, plus some spare bricks, so the brick palette is very limited. And, in the meanwhile, some changes were done, so actually there are some differences from the pictures you see here :) More pictures here (when moderated): http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=440148 or here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/salvobrick/
  23. First new modular building after months of silence: almost all my bricks are 1000 km away from where I am, so I bought a few sets, and here's the result: Done using exclusively bricks of sets 4996 and 5508 More pictures here: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=440148 During the Chistmas holidays I'll be at my parent's place, where there are my bricks, so I'll put more pictures later. Happy holidays! :)
  24. Eurobricks Member: Salvobrick Name of the Town: Brickville Topic link: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=32026&st=0&p=554298&fromsearch=1entry554298 Actually the town has been dismantled and some of the buildings have been modified.
  25. I'm against violence in official town sets, but there are lots of weapons in other themes, so if you like adding guns to your police forces (like in my town :) ) nobody forbids you to do so :)
