Thanks all of you! More snow texturing is a bit of a problem, but a few barrels not. I will pay more attention to the overall pic. And I just can't seem to make my camera focus on the figs. It is on the flower thingy, but it keeps being blurry.

[i]Finally. After all those hours of work, the stables are ready. Finished. Alfadas came and visited us. He was very quiet. Don't know why, must have something to do with the war in the South from a few weeks ago. Anyway, the guys from the tower also showed up, and now Alfadas is giving them and me a training. We need a strong Cavalry, he says. Order from the Guild leaders. Fine. I like horses. [/i] [i]First thing we need to do every morning, is remove the freshly fallen snow, so the training ground is nice and flat. Then we need to feed the horses, get the fake soldiers and place them at one and of the field. Then we wake up Alfadas, as he stays up all night and falls asleep an hour before sunset. That has been going on for a week now. It does get a bit boring, but that is not a problem. [/i] Now the pics, C&C are welcome. The training field, with Alfadas showing us what to do. The training puppets. The guys from the tower. Wonder what is going to happen with the tower. And the guards on the roof. Not doing anything. For a change. And there is Alfadas. I thought the new snowtrooper wasn't that bad, but now I see the pic of his back. It is awful. Sorry TLG, like the old one WAY better.

The imperial dropship, this battle pack, was my first Star Wars set together with this one, I bought them at the same time, so it does have a bit of sentimental value to me. Nowadays I am not so much into SW, but I do like the sets Lego produced.

You are right. But I love figs! Lots of them! But you are right. Better landscaping, less figs. Sounds good to me

Just as the title says, what is your favorite Lego Star Wars ship? Doesn't matter if it is Original Trilogy, Prequel Trilogy, Clone Wars, Old Republic or what ever else you can imagine. Just your all-time favorite. Mine is this one Just to be clear, only the ship, not the entire set, not the figs included.

I do not think I get you. Sorry. My point with the many orcs and few vikings was to show an outpowered, small army of vikings win a battle against a lot of orcs.

Well, you are not an *****. More foliage should not be a big problem, less figs neither. But a lot of figs fighting look cool! But I can try using less figs, and more foliage. Small plates will be in the next order, after 3rd party stuff for the orcs. So in the near future there will not be a lot of changes in that area. Sorry.

Yeah, you are right. For the coming MOCs I will pay a lot of attention to the background, and use paint if I miss something.

Well, as this is in a part of Mitgardia where there is absolutely no green, because the ground is too much stone, they decided to take a lot of dirt whit them, and plant seeds, so there is some green. That's why there is dirt on top of stone.

I would like to sign up for UoP. I hope that is still possible? If so, here is a MOC in which I ask for 1 credit, minifigure posing. That seems to be the only thing I am really good at. Here is the link: war in the south of the north. Do I also have to say in which guild I am? Mitgardia it is! O, and I also have this round tower! Hope I did this right. If not, please say what I did wrong.

Thank you for all the tips. They are very useful, although I am not sure on how to use them with the number of bricks I have. I don't have a lot of plates, green nor brown, so I can not really improve things there. In the next order I will include a few of the 1x4 at one end, 2x4 at the other end. Hope I can make something better with them. I can always try to improve myself. And you are right about those trees, they are simple. Very simple. But, how can I make an overview pic when I can't make it from high? You don't see everything, I think. But I can always try it! About the flowers on the hill, I just did that to make it look nicer. Otherwise it would have looked a bit too empty. About the UoP, I don't think I am suited for it. But I can try it out. I will edit the first post, and then post the link in UoP thread.
