    Thanks for the feedback, I didn't even think about that... I am definitely going to add the 1x1 plate thing, and once I use this roof, I will break it up in some way. I also found out that I can place a figure on the roof, without the studs. There is a slight edgethingy, where the legs can stand behind. Also, Just came in my mind, with this design, it is pretty easy to add a windowthing ( google translate says it's a dormer?), vertically out of it. I don't know the English word for it... In Dutch it's dakkapel.

    I always have problems with making ships, that's why I don't post any here. But starting with the engines might work out for me. Thanks for the tip. I'm quite sure the website doesn't matter, as long as the pictures look good, which they do. So, I don't think you have to worry about anything. But I don't know anything about this contest/challenge/thing, so I might also be wrong...

    Well, I can't wait for the battlepacks. I usually don't get more then 2, but if they are good, and if I like the movie, I might just get "a bit" more then 2 . Maybe we will see new Rebels sets that aren't microfighters (the show is going to continue this fall, so I have hopes). I just love the series SPOILER, shame they brought Ahsoka back... SPOILER END. But yeah, can't wait for the next waves of SW sets I sure hope that microfighter will include the Inquisitor. I wonder what other fig it could be, maybe a normal pilot, but that would suck.

    So, I was messing around with bricks for the first time in a few months (I know, way to long), trying to get a decent roof, that I can build with the limited and weird selection of bricks/plates I have. Here is what I came up with, any tips on how to improve it? Or does it look just fine? Just imagine there is an actual building under it, instead of just a desk.

    try using flickr.com for pictures, works perfectly. About the ship, it looks very good! Nicely done!

    Well, if the Avalonians can use it for their ongoing challenge, I don't see why we can't. So, I'd say it's allowed. Would make the most sense.

    Nice. But a shame, IMO, that the only Rebels sets we get are microfighters. Those battlefront battlepacks do seem promising. And guys, please stop the arguing, lets just discus the sets, please. Who cares if we have to wait a bit longer for pictures, as long as the sets are good, right?

    Wow. Just wow. I really like this! One question, where did you git the bright red hair piece? The one that is on the fig that leads the incoming army?

    I agree with Hawkman, just hide the sets you care most about, the rare and expansive ones, and just let him play with the "normal" ones. He probably don't care what he is messing with, as long as it's Lego.

    Nice one! Some Nobles are just a bit... odd. I guess he had much more important things to be busy with, like what wine to drink with tonight's supper.

    I have searched on google, and couldn't find anything worth mentioning. Does anyone know if the next wave of SW will have more Rebels sets? As I said, I couldn't really find anything.

    Great you are back in Lego. With that Black Seas Barracuda, do whatever seems right to you. It's not up to us to decide. It's your set now, do whatever you want to do with it.

    Hi all, I'm Stormtrooper Alfadas, reporting for duty! Alfadas joined the Empire after rebels, being misinformed, killed a whole village. They thought that the village was a hideout from the Empire. Alfadas is now filled with disgust and hatred against the rebels. (I might do a freebuild of the rebels killing all villagers). I have a build "ready" for SoNE episode 9. I know, very fast, but in 2 weeks another internship starts, so I don't have a lot of time for Lego then. I'll post a link to the pics of it here later today or tomorrow, so you can give me some feedback, if that's alright.

    Time to start building for my first SoNE episode. Don't expect too much, as I don't have any experience building SW stuff. I'll see what I can do.

    Yeah, I forgot about that. When I first started using Bricklink, it was indeed a bit menacing. Physical stores are indeed better when starting... But the people in the store do look very odd at you, being a 2 meter tall metalhead, browsing through the Lego aisle... But that's just me

    I certainly hope you mean 5000 dollars... 5 mil is waaaaaaaayyyyyyyy to much, for anything. But also 5000 is a lot for a set. I think the only sets that expansive are unopened classics, but still. 5000 is, imo, too much to pay for 1 Lego set. You do need to be a bit careful with bricklink.com, some people are not very trustworthy. Most of them are. Just read the description carefully, some sets miss parts or minifigs. I ordered a dozen time from bricklink, so far it's gone good, but just be careful.
