Indeed, lots of very nice entries. Not an awful lot of Mitgardia though But less entries from Mitgardia, means more chance to win

Husbandry challenge - Delivering supplies gone wrong...
Alfadas replied to Alfadas's topic in Guilds of Historica
Thanks!! It's very nice to here I'm improving Yeah, I also think I should have added more grey plates/tiles and some tan/dark tan plates. But that is something I'll add to the next moc (If I get the pieces I ordered...)- 11 replies

Husbandry challenge - Delivering supplies gone wrong...
Alfadas replied to Alfadas's topic in Guilds of Historica
Thanks! I agree that the path looks a bit blocky. I have ordered a few more light and dark tan pieces for that. The wheels on the carts. I have no clue on how to put them under the cart and still make it look like a "real" cart- 11 replies

Here is my entry to the Husbandry Challenge, Hope you like it. I am very proud of the ground and path, so please give me feedback on that part "So, where are we going again? And why does there have to be a guard, well, guarding us?" Tofalru asks? Tofalru is a big guy, a good and strong warrior, but he lacks a lot in brainpower. "For the 36th time," Alfadas sighed, "we are delivering supplies to small villages in the area, because their farms and mills are burned down or abandoned. They don't have food. The guard is here, because the latest convoy didn't reach it's destination. We, my dad and I, suspect hungry orcs are the cause of that. Or the Giant Wolves. That's why I travel along with you". "O yes, you said that already... Must have forgo..." Kraack!! "What happened?!" Alfadas runs back. One of the carts lost a wheel. "Great... Just what we needed" With that, Alfadas orders the guards to keep watch to their surroundings. None of the guards notice an orc spying on them. Alfadas asks Tofalru to secure the barrels on the cart. Alfadas starts inspecting the broken wheel. There isn't a lot of damage. Alfadas calls Tofalru and Ogmund, the flagcarrier. Tofalru manages to lift the cart high enough for Alfadas and Ogmund to repair the cart. But before they can put the wheel on, an orc jumps on the cart. The orc lets out a warcry. Splatsh! One of the guards had thrown her spear and hit the orc right in the guts. He falls. Two more orcs appear, but the other guards quickly take them down. Alfadas and Ogmund quickly put the wheel on, Tofalru loads the barrels on the cart. The journey continues. and the last picture, figles:

The point when you have enough Lego?
Alfadas replied to PaddyBricksplitter's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Just look at my signature... That says enough -
As Torald is sobering up in the Hall, suddenly a Tiger Balm appears in front of him. He gladly accepts the prize. OoC: Thanks for doing this!

They look very nice! -
Torald hears the vampire talk about wine and walks closer, ale in his hand. He grabs a chair and joins them. "I'll stick to ale for now. I don't hold me wine that good". He looks around and adds "if it's alright for me to join a wineparty with ale?"
-
Torald looks at the "newcomers" and raises his pint: "I'm Torald, nice to meet you. Have a pint of ale on me". He, once again, continues drinking. OoC: Im curently on a very time consuming internship... So I won't be very active. I will definitely be online once a day.
-
That looks amazing! Great microbuild!
-
Torald answers: "True, true." He thinks for a moment and says: " I also sign up for quest #141". Then he orders another ale for everybody, to not look like a complete alcoholic, and continues drinking.
-
Torald looks up from his ale and says:"Ezeran, my dear mage, didn't you already sign up for the Fields of Glory?". That being said, he continues drinking.

Torald gulps down a pint of ale. He decides not to say anything but just to watch. Maybe the wizard shows off his magic. He orders another pint.

what would it take to cut out LEGO from your life?
Alfadas replied to legoman19892's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Well, that has to be a ginormous amount of money I guess. But even 10 million Euros, heck even 100 million, still too little. Where would you spend all that money on, if it can't be Lego? I, and probably all of us, just have that special connection with Lego, the community. It's like just cutting a limb off orsomething.
