Xander noticed Helm walking towards him, extending his hand and a warm greeting. He rose slightly to accept the firm handshake, then began to speak in an even tone: "You did well in the battle at the fort; although you joined our party late, you provided tremendous support. If there is anything that troubles you in the art of becoming a barbarian, do not hesitate to ask." Xander talked with the wisdom of many battles and travels, and he silently noted that Helm would be a welcome addition in any future quest.

Xander was one of the last heroes from Quest #17 to enter the hall; he had taken his time outside, admiring the changing of the season and all that came with it. Once inside the large building, he surveyed his surroundings with calm efficiency. Nothing out of the ordinary, he thought to himself, besides more heroes than he remembered when he departed many months ago. He caught a slight commotion out of the corner of his eye; the two mages that he quested with, it seemed, had not gotten all of the fighting out of their systems. He quickly strode over to the quest board, signing his name under Quest #29 and Quest #31, and settled in a dimly lit part of the hall.

Xander gave a quick nod in the direction of Helm, acknowledging his praise. He had no time to dwell on it, however; the end was near, with Elven Archer C his next target (from the front row).

Yes targeting Saboteur B was fine, I was wondering that myself but I thought it best not to question the voice in the sky. Xander quickly swung around and began his ascent up the staircase to the third floor of the tower, skipping steps in leaps and bounds to help his allies vanquish Lord Leorry.

Xander continues his movement towards the Elven Saboteurs.

Xander quickly surveys the melee developing around him, focusing his attention and club on Lord Leorry with an attack from the front row. "Arthur, do not worry yourself with thoughts of death. If worse comes to worse, I will use my Phoenix Essence to revive you; right now we need our full attention in defeating these elves."

Xander looked on from a distance, perched on the ledge of a fortress wall. He felt no need to involve himself in matters of training or siege-operation delegation; the people currently undertaking these tasks were doing a commendable job. The tribe that had adopted him had taught Xander many things, but leadership was not one of them. He was truly only comfortable alone in his thoughts, or swinging a weapon; one was currently being satisfied -- the other, he thought to himself, would soon follow. OOC: Yes I've been internet-less for a while, sorry. I've been checking in periodically with my phone and you guys are doing great!

And as usual, it excludes Star Wars and Friends.

As Xander contemplates where he should position himself for the battle, he remembers the words of Althior and downs his bottle of Mead -- this battle would test them all.

Xander knelt beside the fallen elven corpses, silently bowing his head. Although they were enemies at one point, their souls deserved a proper send off. The bodies, however, were a different matter; with a steely disposition, Xander began to fashion skeleton decoys out of the elven corpses.

Xander makes his way to a safe part of the castle. OOC: All up to you ranged guys now, I've done my part.

As far as condition goes sealed would be great, though I can do opened if it comes with the accessories. Xander swiftly scales the wall by climbing the rope, arriving at the top just in time to see the elven warlock's astonished look. With only the faintest half-grin, Xander aims an attack squarely at Warlock A from the front row.

Xander scales the west wall via the rope, aware that Alex's wild shouts would distract the warlock.

OOC: If I climb the rope this round, will Warlock A be able to attack me?

"Arasmyth, focus your spell on Warlock B to avoid any free hit; my club will blow past the soft defense of the archer," Xander exclaims as he targets Elven Archer B with an attack from the front row.

OOC: Rope is gone, isn't it? Since I killed off the archer that did the grappling hook? "Can Arthur or Isabella withstand a hit from the Warlock? If so, it may be best to take care of the archer on the ground first to avoid any future confrontation for them; and healing would be appreciated if at all possible."

Without hesitation, Xander turns his attention to Elven Archer B, attacking from the front row.

This may have been mentioned in a previous post, but I just wanted to confirm that Freeing Dobby (4736) is still 50% off at Walmart if you can find it; was visiting my sister in Murfreesboro, Tennessee and their local store had maybe 7 or 8 left (that's the only one on clearance I've seen in any store though).
