  1. Yes, your pictures are poor, but they could still give someone a better idea of what comes with the set. Thanks for taking the time to make the reviews. I was excited to hear about this run of battlepacks, but figures' lack of quality has put me off. Do you know if the first run (Crown Knights and Skeletons) were poorer quality as well?
  2. It is good to see we were finally able to catch one of the Dragons. I pray it is not the last. I did not vote for the Lady Harcourt, and I realize that puts a bad light on me. I wasn't sure enough to vote early, and missed the day's end. I hope you can forgive my oversight. I feel strongly that Ambassador Ralf Simnel is not a Dragon, but don't have much to say besides that. Simon seems like as good a choice as any, but I don't see anything that points to him in one particular way or another.
  3. If you compare the Crusaders and the Black Falcons, it makes sense that TLG made the Falcons the "bad guys" of the theme. However since no storyline was forced upon us and neither side is shown as overtly good or evil in the sets, we were allowed to decide for ourselves. It's very odd that Black Knights were not mentioned at all. Were the Dragon Masters included? It's possible the author thought they were the same theme and only added the one. Were the Wolfpack in the book?
  4. Right now this topic and the Ideas For New Sets (Wild West) topic serve the same purpose. I don't mind using either one for the discussion, but if people continuing posting in both I may lock one.
  5. Sorry! For some reason I was thinking my name was Geoffrey for this last day.
  6. As a retired Admiral, I don't have any official say in the military, and am not your superior officer anymore. But he has voted. In way, that he has been quiet draws suspicion towards him, because a Dragon would want to vote off innocents without bringing unwanted attention to their selves.
  7. Sorry Hugh, I did not hear you until after I spoke. Are you in contact with an investigator?
  8. This is upsetting. I was sure he was guilty. The loss of our vigilante just makes everything more bitter. If I recall correctly, the forerunners in Vipont's death campaign were Simon the Librarian, Lady Rohesia Papelion, Francis the Friar, and myself. I believe that Papelion is loyal, and I obviously won't accuse myself. Simon seems a fine candidate, but considering the way Vipont attacked the Friar yesterday, maybe Francis should be the prime suspect?
  9. Nice part choices on the Rohirrim! The use of Avatar armour is inspired, and the soldier on the right makes a great Gamling.
  10. A good looking build, though the courtyard feels too empty. I think a fountain, and pathway or two and perhaps some benches would look good there.
  11. Thanks Etzel! Perhaps not quite as exciting as a new Ninja-type theme, but I'm glad to see the piece will be coming into widespread production.
  12. You are quite clearly contradicting yourself here. I agree that predetermining an opinion on someone simply because of past experiences can be bad in situations like this, but I don't think that is the case here. We have suspicions and clues, and are acting on them. From what you have said recently, it seems like you want the group to believe everyone who finds fault with you is an evil scumbag with a grudge. We would all like more evidence, but at this point I don't think we'll be getting any. If an investigator wanted to speak up they would have done it by now, and even if they did we wouldn't know if they were telling the truth. I would think the King's word is about the best evidence we will get in this life.
  13. If we can vote off Vipont, once his identity is revealed we should be able to learn a lot about going by who voted and who didn't.
  14. You killed the sorcerer last night, but say you were blocked from leaving your quarters? I don't believe you could have done that without coming out of your room. Thanks for reminding us of the King's words, Lady Papelion. To say his majesty would mislead us is foolishness, and it reaffirms Ambassador Vipont's guilt.
  15. Yeah, that's more a result of the whole fire and lightning thing. I'm surprised you're taking the whole "avenge my death" angle so soon, but it's fine with me. I have no problem with loyal citizens remembering the names of every person who votes for you; perhaps we'll even set up a plaque.
  16. You're right sir. I should have started the ball rolling considering my thoughts on the ambassador, but I wanted to see if anyone had something to add before voting, such as an investigator giving a clue or the like. What I should have done from the start: Vote: Sirion Vipont/ImperialShadows I implore the rest of you to do the same. Don't let his smooth tongue confuse you.
  17. If the sorcerer was working against the alliance, he is just as bad a dragon, and therefore shall not be mourned by me. However, though the sorcerer was working against us, I feel strongly that Ambassador Sirion Vipont could still be a dragon, and ask you all to consider voting him off.
  18. Alright, I think we get the point everyone.
  19. This is quite the eventful day! I don't want to fall into stereotyping, but I cannot see a sorcerer being anything but evil, and will therefore trust Lady Harcourt's word and vote for her husband. Vote: Lord Harcourt/Hinckley
  20. Here is his gallery: http://www.flickr.com/photos/noobmaister/ The only other prototype picture of his that I'm aware of is this:
  21. It's a possibility, but I wouldn't get look too far into the play accessories. Many are different from the things actually released, such as the bow or the crown.
  22. Even though you haven't necessarily customized anything on these figures, they can still fit in the Minifig Customazation Workshop.
  23. A good looking company! My favourites are Legolas and the hobbit left of Frodo (Merry?), but agree with the comments on Aragorn's face and torso. This belongs in the Minifigure Customization Workshop.
  24. Very interesting piece! If it is designed for Ninja, we would also need a new cowl though because the current one won't fit with this new holder.
  25. I've found Classic-Castle's Articile on the "Big Grey Wall Syndrome" very useful when building walls, and you might appreciate it. Good luck in your projects!
