    I can't be sure, but this may be a direct result to some of the more dissatisfied forum users who seem to have come into the simpsons thread to say how much they dislike the new line of figures, mostly because they aren't interested in the heads, and a lack of re-usable parts for their other MOCs etc.

    the guy who is "shredder" isn't called Oroku Saki. I'm reckoning it's a bit hush huh and there will be a "resurrection" of the original Saki who'll take back his mantel as the Shredder and the Foot by the end of the film, sequel will have more classic looking foot clan or whatever. I don't mind the turtles using the fact that they have giant shells on their backs to crush stuff, more so when sliding down a mountain and flung by another member of the team. Kids are gonna love this movie, and thats really all that matters.

    Surprised I don't hate the trailer. doesn't look amazing, but it doesn't look terrible.

    Very nice! But yeahs that regular angel, archangel is blue/purple and has metal wings. Same guy! Just different stage in his life.

    I think the heads are fine, I\m sure TLG tried out a few different sizes and this was the best rep for the show. I don't get the hate for the Simpsons theme on here really, feels like it's the only theme thread people actively go into just to complain. Lego has something for everyone, just move along.

    They'll be making a wave to be released alongside the movie, but after that we should be back to the nick stuff.

    Casey has only been around since series 2, and this wave is still mostly series 1. The T-rawket with Kirby bat is the only set based of the current series, so I assume we'll get more sets based around the new stuff in the next wave.

    perhaps they're testing the water with the simpsons first? If that goes well they'll hopefully consider it.

    Lets be honest here, I think we'd like to see every character who's been on the show to show up, haha. But yeah, I'm just made up we're getting Milhouse.

    I'd like a bleeding gums, is also like a Maude Flanders. The difference here is Troy Meclure and Lional Hutz we're both silently retired when the voice actor for them passed away, whereas Edna has had 3 separate characters reference her departure. It's sad, and I don't mean or what to see like I was having a go at anyone or anything.

    speaking of Quicksilver, i heard a rumour that he'll have a very subtle motion blur throughout his entire time on the movie, which sounds awesome.

    Edna is gone, her voice actor has unfortunatly passed away. Nelson and Ned both commented on missing her. The cast are clearly paying tribute to her legacy and she won't be in the show in the future of the its production. Let it go and be happy with the superb job she did while portraying an excelent character.

    The SDCC stuff should just do the mega obscure character costumes. Saying that... I'd still want them as much as I do now. I fear the day a Spider-man 2099, mile morales spidey, or Superior Spider-man are available. My love for them costumes knows no bounds. Actually, they should just do battle damage versions. I don't care about Battle Damage.

    Yeah, but perhaps they felt it a fitting tribute to leave her character be than to replace her? She only played one character rather than vocing multiples, so as friends of her it was easier to let her rest.
