Discussion in this topic-wise, it's old news, but in reality it only happened yesterday/the day before yesterday.

"Gunnar-Stalker: Ultimate smuggling transport creature." Like anybody is going to believe that hump is carrying water! In all fairness though, artistically licensed hump aside, you just made the sand stalker look good! I especially like the Arabian-esc rug you've got as a saddle, it's a very nice touch.

Good. Super Good. Pity there aren't any Morewilsons in the Auckland region.

The money you could be saving with Geico
Brickthing replied to Bfahome's topic in LEGO Action Figures
Bfahome, you're on spam alert now! The only Geico ads I've seen are the "It's so simple a caveman could do it" ones, so I don't know what image you're trying to recreate, but I can tell you that I love the use of Kohrak shields as eyes. It's very cute! -
Aren't the ones that we've already got HQ enough for you? They're tiny frames on tiny A5 pages, so the quality isn't going to get too much better.

IMO, I've made a pretty good one, so I think it's possible. A good distinct custom helmet would make a lot more sense for a legendary Glatorian than the helmet of a regular Agori.

DON'T USE TEH METUS HELMET ON CERTAVUS! My head is hurting from too many entries with Meti faces. Love. I though that project died, but now it's back and better than ever!

Yup, that's the one I meant. Thanks skull!

They'll probably have one commercial for the canister line, one for the vehicles and one for the movie. The canister and vehicle ones will probably be set in the arena, in a similar style to the current commercial, only slightly more epic. Selling the sets is still a main priority, and the movie comes out at a different time to the sets, so I doubt it will be combined. I doubt they'll do option D, because the Skrall, Vorox and Tuma are winter sets, not summers ones. On another note, has anybody on BZP actually asked where the Legends Glatorian actually are right now? We know where Mata Nui is, and we can probably assume that Stronius is chilling in Roxtus, but where are the other Glatorian, now that their tribes need them? Especially Ackar, because Vulcanus has been looking for another Glatorian to fight with for a while.

Wow, so many nods to Classic Space, and not just in Space Police, but in Agents 2.0 as well. hewkii9 - Naturally, the orc alien comes with the biggest (and most expensive) set.

Maybe you're on to something too...But why wouldn't he have done that for the entire narration if he said it then?
-
...Well it's not the cheesy narrator so....Maybe you're on to something?

As I said in the talkback, thanks heaps! However, who's going to be the moderator of the TECHNIC forum now that it's been separated?

Technic has a new home!

Hooray for Sinner! But I believe you made a fatal mistake - we now know you have some BIONICLE sets of your own! -
Please link or resize. My modem is getting sad.

Yes, and I agree with hewkii - A big epic MNOG YES. Templar also made the Backlot Studio game. I wanna one of them that features more BIONICLE than just a Takua cameo.

Woah, that's some lighting! It really makes all those trans-blue parts work their worth! I especially like the chestplate and wings, however the overall MOC looks like a Strakk with as many trans-blue parts as possible. Then again, that is the best way to make it look like an Iconix Glatorian, I suppose... Good luck in the contest though! Off-MOC-topic: In the first few pictures, I think it's extremely bizarre that trans-orange looks trans-yellow under lots of lighting. I find that very interesting.

Argh! Please link them pictures so we don't need to load them if we don't have broadband! Thanks for HD though.

As Bunda said, he does have a head, but it's so unnaturally obscured that we can assume it's not there.

I personally like the variety of clones, because it makes them more individual than the run-of-the-mill Battle Droids. Also, in LEGO army building it makes armies look more interesting, and more entertaining to build up than just ordering 100 of the same minifig over BL. My main complaint with the clones is that the new CW clones have light-coloured flesh coloured heads. I know it's not something I should get worked up over, but LEGO has released the darker skin colour in Indiana Jones minifigs, so it's disappointing to see that the clones aren't as accurately portrayed as they could've been.

Now that's what I call dynamite! I love the way the Power Miners are running away from the dynamite pile. On the topic of Power Miners and #2 Axles, my Mining Mech came with black #2 Axles, yet it's aimed at the same age group as BIONICLE is, and it's a more complicated build, so it should be the one needing easy-to-find parts!

I like the MOC alot, but it uses Metus's helmet, which half of the other entries do as well. As for the mind over strength idea, I agree, but not to the extreme that you beat all the other Glatorian in fights with a pickaxe.
-
I agree, but how will this work with the road basplates though? Unless we build footpaths over the third section of a T-Junction, there will be no way to make a self contained town.
