If Mata Nui was fighting in a two on two arena match against two Skrall, I'm not sure what other Glatorian would be best to form an epic fighting duo against the Skrall. I need to know what you guys think, so that I can incorporate it into an idea I've had for some art. Vorox aren't on the list because they wouldn't make the best team-mate, and they can't exchange dialogue very well. Anyway, please vote and tell me why you chose your choice. Thanks!

He's holding a Megablok? What would he need a Megablok for? Then again, he is an evil Skrall...

There's always Brasso for that isn't there?

Ah, I think I can chat a bit about BIONICLE. In BIONICLE, there is more violence than other themes, but as with other themes, pretty much all the violence shown visually either uses fantasy elements, is implied, or is done against non-humanoid creatures. The BIONICLE sets are equipped with many different kinds of weapons, anything ranging from swords to spears to giant claws or talons, but they use their weapons to shoot blasts of elements like fire or air, and never to directly hit the enemy. Even the projectile weapons aren't that violent. The recent sets have almost all got some kind of ball shooting gimmick (which hurts if you shoot it in the face ), but in the story, the balls are quite non-real. In 2006, the balls contained gases that either enslaved or cured the local people to the bad guys, as opposed to physically hurting them. In the underwater setting of 2007, the balls hurt the bad guys by being pressurised air bubbles. In 2008 the balls hurt the bad guys ruled by shadows by being pressurised light. The main deaths in BIONICLE have either been implied, or caused by a noble action. In 2007, one of the main characters dies sacrificing is life to bring the universe back to life. Finally, one thing that's worth pointing out is that there is more violence in the books and online serials, with more characters dying, more violent battles and darker themes. However, this is probably because the stories are aimed at older kids, and nothing is visually shown. In the animations of BIONICLE, the characters just fly or run around the place and shoot each other with those fantasy balls, not anything really violent.

Trust me, the guy continued to send disgusting pictures via PM as well, which was not fun, especially for the innocent kids who got PMed.

BZP is back up again, so they fixed it. Some hacker broke into an unfortunate user called Prince Caspian, and used him to spam and disrupt in PMs and in topics. Sadly, only Admins can ban users, so it took a while before they were able to stop him, and most of what they could do was closing and deleting the topics he made.

Also, Fall of Atero sums up the entire comic, so it was probably best not to have that title floating around a month or two before the comic was released.
-
Maybe Day of the Skrall wasn't entirely appropriate, because the Skrall's conquer of Atero wasn't glorious-conquer-by-the-horde, it was goriness-'cause-they-were-bored. Day of the Skrall suggests that the Skrall were doing the right thing, whereas Fall of Atero seems more appropriate.

The diamond sticker came with an old Spiderman set, with a ramp and a skateboard thief stealing from the diamond store.

New Zealand: "Where to find Lego"
Brickthing replied to Legoman's topic in Buy, Sell, Trade and Finds
I remember we did a large order in the beginning of the year, so if we want to do it again, here would be the place to co-ordinate it wouldn't it? -
IMO, the generic Agori in this comic were good, but they could've been better. On the panel showing the Agori working in their village, there was Tarduk, Raanu, Atakus and 2 Metuses (Meti? ) working on houses in the picture.

Thanks for the scan! The first sentence of the last page seem to sum up the movie pretty well: "Your Favourite BIONICLE Toys come to Life in the Brand New Movie!" The comic itself is very good, and the dialogue is quite appropriate, only hinting of cheesiness during the arena fights, when it's ok to shout cheesy lines.

Oh great, now all the BIONICLE characters are fugitives both in the MU and on BM. Mata Nui better hurry up and finish his space cruise. Speaking of Mata Nui... http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/sprxtrerme/BANNERS/matanuiignikaav.jpg http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/sprxtrerme/BANNERS/matanuiignikabanner.jpg EDIT: Two more as well: http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/sprxtrerme/BANNERS/matanuiignikaav2.jpg http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/sprxtrerme/BANNERS/matanuiignikabanner2.jpg

It's not actually that hard. You just run straight towards the opposite post and bash space like crazy most of the time.

Arg! The game is loading on my PC and I must wait!

Isn't this the same as normal bricks, where one of the studs can have the LEGO covered by that mark, which is from where the piece connected to the rest of the injection mould?
-
I have a couple of the same older construction worker heads, and line on one of them is slightly, but noticeably thicker than the other heads. I'm not too sure if it was specific to the particular set, or if it is a slight misprint.

That makes sense, and it's good coverup for Gresh's BIO-CODE not being widely avaliable isn't it? I wonder what it does though, seeing as you start with Gresh...

What is wrong with Baranus? (Apart from the -10 swooshability and the wacked Spikit colour schemes...)

Aussie sales! Share the news of LOCAL sales!

That's really strange - All the Pirates apart from the impulses are already out in NZ. Maybe some of us will need to post some to you guys over the ditch? -
What about a BIONICLE contest? Seriously though, it could be quite a neat way to find out just how many BIONICLE dislikers actually have a couple of such sets lying around in their house couldn't it?
-
1. Ok, thanks. 2. Still doesn't say it outright. I suppose you're right though. Is the connection point made so that they just unclick, or would you need to pull out a friction pin? I can't really tell.

The Cendox pilot suffers from the a higher form of design fail than Vultraz. He's also all red, but his feet are Bohrok feet, which are way too small! It will be interesting to see if they're new joint style, because if they aren't it would be a one of design feature, but if they are, it's likely we will see new-style Bohrok feet in the future as well. I'm also liking the yellow piece on the back of the Cendox. Anybody know what piece it is? No! They still didn't make it clear if the side car is detachable! Nor did they address Baranus' potential swooshing problems. Yes! The Skopio is a giant red hulking desert mech scorpion that is piloted by a evil little genius that probably isn't an Agori, it has aimable blasters, it can transform into a high-speed tank and to top it all off, it bites as well!

What makes you say that? Speculation of a name or a tip from the OGD?

Cool. Does the new exhibit have anything to do with those new LEGO Board games we've heard of?
