  1. Let's see... Batman, Gandalf, Wyldsyle Chell The Doctor Owen, ACU Shaggy, Scooby-Doo Wonder Woman Legolas Homer Simpson Wicked Witch Unikitty Cragger Marty McFly Zane While I'll need to save up a bit, I plan to get Doc Brown, the Cyberman, a short character, and Venkman. Guys, I need help.
  2. I need no convincing. If you like the movie or the monsters included (main draw for me), then I'd recommend it. Of course, desperately wanting the set myself, I'm not the right person to ask when you're trying to resist. But it has a good design, a lot of detail, and the best selection of figures in a set in a long time.
  3. Just got the starter pack today. I'm quite fond of the baddie's face, and the poster is very nice. Also, wow. Two different confirmations...Since it seems there will never be an official answer, I'm considering Flama to be a female (I think it's pronounced with the word "flame" in it) and if the show says otherwise, I'll just be glad for confirmation. While I do see it in the torso, the design is so ambiguous that it's not hard to see why LEGO seems to think they're female. Heck, all of us initially thought so, too, and there wouldn't be a debate if the material surrounding the show was so inconsistent.
  4. I find that a column would be a very dull build. A grandfather clock for Missy's TARDIS would be great, though. I got Unikitty, so I can solve any rainbow/fire/goop puzzles now.
  5. When you think LEGO sets have a spoiler when it's just a minifigure variation...
  6. I want to believe Batgirl would get her rightful appearance in a summer set, but I honestly think that this is a one-off thing. It's got everything people remember about the show except her, and I can't see them justifying a new set and probably a new mold just to make her.
  7. That's a bit disappointing to me. Maybe if it weren't for the name and the confusion. Oh, well. I can still think of Flama as female if I want to.
  8. Oh, PLEASE! A Missy Fun Pack would fantastic, especially if she goes through the Master's regenerations. I am 100% on board with this. I just wonder, though, since many important characters have been relegated to quest-givers, and I wonder how they'd introduce them. What would her vehicle be, though? Level packs, though...JW already has its lead character in a Team Pack, and an Oz level would be no different from the story level, so I can't quite see that happening. Okay, so my wish list is: Missy Dorothy Tin Woodman Scarecrow Cowardly Lion
  9. If we do get Two-Face, I'm guessing he'll have some sort of watercraft and be placed in the sewer. There is still a lot of untapped potential here, and the characters I want to see are: Ra's Al Ghul Clayface Killer Moth Mad Hatter Hush Alfred (comics)
  10. I thought I posted a comment here... Anyway, what's the big difference? The only difference between the two is hand articulation and one piece. Honestly, I don't expect either monster in this series, as Woody and Buzz are the biggest Pixar characters. Mike and Sulley might be in future series, or not at all.
  11. What's the difference, really? Just one part more with the same amount of articulation plus hands. Honestly, I wouldn't expect either of the two monsters in this series. They're more likely to reiussue Woody and Buzz, as they're Pixar's most famous characters. Mike and Sulley will either be in future series or never be made at all.
  12. The only problem is that sitting figures with articulated short legs look ridiculous, as proven by the popular custom version. But considering the aging-up of the Spooky Girl, I'd hope for her brother to be the same.
  13. I just can't see CCBS Bionicle in a minifigure-driven theme. Friends might work, but they don't seem to have anything that would match the game's puzzle-solving mechanics. I don't know the Dimensions demographics, but I feel like Friends packs wouldn't sell as well, unfortunately. Nexo Knights is incredibly likely, due to being similarly franchised out as Ninjago and Chima. LCU, however...I don't know. For a Wii U-exclusive title, it might not have the ubiquity of the other properties. LEGO City's reduction wouldn't be great, but Chase could work.
  14. Those are just the game's designs, which were likely created before LEGO had official designs. For one, Catwoman's hair is a new piece, and Batman has none, so this gives us a good idea, but it's not what we're getting.
  15. In the pilot, yes. But he's clearly a vampire in the show proper (widow's peak, fangs, sleeps in a coffin). The Munsters' lines are sort of blurred on Lily's side, though.
  16. Someone seriously needs to contact LEGO and/or the creators of the theme (could we get Nabii on here?) to confirm Flama's gender once and for all. But yeah, the creepy forest/swamp seems to be the next theme. An underwater theme could be interesting if they go weirder and wackier than Atlantis, which covered all of the bases, really.
  17. Eh, these days he's closer to a mutant reptile-man. Those teeth are not a result of a skin condition. I think that a bigfig's fine, we've already had a minifigure. This way, the two versions will capture both depictions of the character.
  18. Although this box is amazing, I never understood all the fuss. I never really keep boxes (for what purpose?) and once the bags are out, the box has served its purpose.
  19. I see the Spooky Girl as a blend between an older Wednesday Addams, and a creepy Japanese schoolgirl. So if Pugsley is an inspiration, then I imagine a teenager, with the striped shirt and a mad science flask, but that's about it. I don't want a kid with short legs. Perhaps a mischievous expression instead of a somber one. When it comes to figures I anticipate like this, LEGO usually exceeds my expectations tenfold, so I'm just wondering how they'll make him great.
  20. A sewer playset would be so much better than a vehicle set-sort of like the Lab Smash with lots of stuff to destroy. However, if we don't get much setting, the TMNT set will work perfectly. And I don't think there's anyone here who's "in the know" about which type of figure Croc is. Bigfig has only been speculation and wishful thinking. * If they do decide to make the B:TAS Two-Face, I'd hope they'd use sand blue instead of lavender for the damaged half of his face. They also have matching hands, thanks to the Lady Cyclops. * I'm still holding out for the Scarecrow to have the Wacky Witch hat/hair, because I called it almost a year ago, and I'm not going to give up hope. * I'm thinking the Harvest set will be two aerial vehicles with maybe a small corner of a dilapidated barn with some stolen goods hidden in it. Batman will probably have another retreaded vehicle. * I want Scarecrow to come with proper fear gas bombs, like he did in the Batman theme.
  21. The suffix is what's bothering me here. Unless they're Greek, a male probably wouldn't have their name end with the letter "a". Also, Moltor's hair is interesting. It's not the orc piece (compare with Whiparella), so it's either another show embellishment or a future piece.
  22. Yeah, that's why I'm hoping for something more. I'd honestly like something more like a fraternal twin for her.
  23. I'm glad there isn't. All the fun of LDD in a videogame? No thanks. Also, TTG is probably where we're getting the missing Raven figure that's had a bit of obsession. For Adventure Time, that'd be another "cartoon world", and I'm assuming that Jake would be the build/vehicle. Also, not to say it's intentional, but why most of the new franchises also Ideas projects? Sonic, honestly, could be anything. I'm assuming that both AT and Sonic would be Level Packs. Also, despite not understanding most of the references in the Doctor Who world, I find myself really wanting a minifigure of Missy. Get on it, LEGO!
  24. That's not good. That sounds like it'll lead to a frustrating plot of the ninja repeatedly losing the blade to give Nadakhan the opportunity to use it on all of them...
  25. Remember, Batman's jetpack wings would be perfect for an arms-separated Man-Bat. We're only guessing him because he makes sense in an abandoned spooky farm setting, although the set is sure to be vehicles only.
