  1. I like the elves' names. Fairan= fern+fairy, Aria= air, Naida= "Naiad" (Greek water nymph) anagram, The fire key is in the bakery. I am looking forward to these more.
  2. There's something oddly sad about public AFOL reception. Like the fact that the LEGO stores have (justified) paranoia and won't let an adult in without a kid, or an excuse that they're buying for a kid. One time, this man walks into my LEGO store and just sort of stays there, being a creep. One of the employees went all suspicious. Employee: Are you looking for anything? Creeper: Yeah, a new girlfriend. And then his current one appeared, angry, and dragged him out. So you can never know. Bring a kid for safety.
  3. We don't have Snow White. Belle, Mulan, Tiana, and Pocahontas. I'm absolutely positive we'll get the castle with Belle and prince Beast with one or two of the furniture sidekicks.
  4. It's a simple nickname, since it was most prevalent on the Lion Tribe vehicles. I feel horrible for being too lazy to write "Bright Yellow-Orange" or "Flame Yellowish-Orange", but I regrettably am. I believe one of the earliest usesof the color was on the CMF Fisherman.
  5. TT needs to stop. Even though it is the minority, DLC excludes Wii U owners such as myself. I really can't help the lack of DLC support or the unpopularity of the console, but I still wish they would stop or find a way to include everyone. Spider-head Freeze looks like a lot of fun, but I'll never be able to use it. I like Nora in the jar! And this means the main game will get 2013 Freeze, who is less than interesting compared to these versions.
  6. I want the boat. The giant shell in gold and white is great. The ears on the hair really bug me, since you couldn't use the crazy pastel colors on a minifigure. The pink crystal looks good, and the scissors do, too. I like the hidden gold book, the gold wings, and the purple and white/pink leaf parts. I'm quite intrigued!
  7. I hope there is a nice storage section. I don't want the Aerial Defense Unit to be better! I want UA to outdo Agents to show how good it is!
  8. I got the Wizard, Prospector, and Jester. They're all great, and I honestly prefer this Prospector to the movie one. The Wizard is (literally) fantastic!
  9. She's actually Chima orange! I honestly don't know. Maybe she'll be an air-based ninja?
  10. UA is a great theme, but I think it knows not to drag on. Ninjago and Chima run the risk of not being fresh if they continue for too much longer. I feel like UA has a good balance. Monster Fighters was short-lived and didn't live up to potential, but this theme has two waves, and that's just fine. Action themes are tricky, because a story theme will drag on, while a lesser theme with less connection to consumers to the concept will fall flat. I think this one is going to leave a good mark, with just the right balance of story and concept, and it could possibly receive a third wave. If this had Agents and villains with no name or character, it would be a novelty like Atlantis. But it has enough writing to keep it interesting, without taking away focus from the actual sets.
  11. I doubt we'll ever get something from Clutch Powers. I was really surprised by the bike's transformation. I didn't expect the wheels to spit. I just hope they roll better than the front wheels of the car. This theme and the DC Comics sets are my "completion themes". I just gotta have them all! How are Spyclops' robot arms attached? The spider legs seem to plug into a SNOT brick (with a 1x1 trans-neon green round attached), but then how are the bricks attached to the neck bracket? It's not the creature hand/foot piece like the prelims.
  12. Are you talking about classic Rhino? The movie version would need to be a brick-built mech. But I would like Gwen Stacy. It would be incredibly dark if LEGO made a $20 set with Spidey, Gwen, classic Green Goblin, and a portion of the bridge. It would be a good way to get them, though!
  13. I think it would work quite well to knock a big circle out of a wall. Each drill outlines the shape like a drawing compass as the bar rotates, but since they spin, they're blasting out the circle as well. And, this is Ultra Agents. I'm more concerned about the UltraCopter's lack of an actual tail rotor!
  14. That Electro looks like a S@H bonus. It's only one minifigure, no build. Definitely a reason to spend.
  15. Are these both really Curtis Bolt? It's odd for the change, but the heads are the same, and new UA characters use all-original printing. And are these both Agent Phoenix? I'm sure they are, but the colorswap between the hair and the visor is odd. And correct me if I'm wrong, but the new Agent helmet has a transparent visor like AntiMatter's!
  16. I honestly hope they don't keep expanding series for long, since it will never end if they do. But I'm fine with a few extras.
  17. I wonder who the blue-haired Agent is. EDIT: The holographic lens, dyed hair, and the style seem to confirm that it's Phoenix. The play features we know so far: Spyclops: Stud shooters Invizable: Transforming bike Drillex: As central bar rotates, so do each of the drills attached to it, stud shooters AntiMatter: Stud shooters, rotor gearing does something, winch Did anyone notice that Spyclops's face looks like Break Jaw?
  18. I'm still laughing about Invizable. They repeated Brick Daddy and made him the Invisible Man. I can't believe they made another pimp character.
  19. AWESOME! Spyclops looks very creepy. A much better spidery cyborg than the his predecessor. I like the metallic robot spiders, too. I laughed at Invizable's floating sunglasses and gold chain. Is he a pimp like Brick Daddy? Is the Drillex agent actually Curtis Bolt, since they have the same head? Or they could have just been lazy and given the three new males duplicate heads, since the Spyclops Agent and the Invizable Agent also appear to have the same head. AntiMatter is just about the most badass villain LEGO has made, and the hood/mask piece is very impressive. His staff is beyond cool. I can't wait to see the 4x4 someday. I'm also excited for the helmet and armor that appeared on the box art. The Power Bricks are now App Bricks, as we suspected. How they'll work is unknown, but I bet it's similar to LEGO Fusion. And judging by the gears, turning the UltraCopter's rotor does something. Or vice versa, doing something turns the rotor. This theme is certainly living up to its name, it's much more extreme than the first Agents theme! Thanks so much for the pictures!
  20. Tremor was confirmed to be a boxer. Spyclops is definitely an exterminator. Drillex is probably a miner, and Invizable...well, I can't think of a better explanation than yours!
  21. Mind=Blown. Thank god it wasn't the freaking moonstones. AntiMatter portals make more sense, since it makes the story self-contained. According to this, then Tremor was indeed Louis Lightweight, Infearno was a firefighter, and it's all but confirmed that Toxikita was a big environmentalist (how else would she have access to the boat, and why would she corrupt an environmental symbol if she wasn't one?) Terabyte probably worked at the Apple Store.
  22. That, and the Ultrabuilds are unpopular, despite the theme being popular. There were only 3 Ultrabuilds for each SH theme, and Chima's failed horribly, to the point that they just stopped selling them in North America due to lack of profit.
  23. Why? The names were fine. Laughably generic, but fine. Renaming them is getting rid of the trademark naming style. Pointless, especially since the older names have been established as canon before.I hope it's a mistake. I'll investigate. More changes: Calamity Drone-Calamity Droid Actor has been "confirmed" at last to be the Thespian "American" removed from Football Player's name Downhill Skier-Downhill Skiing? Okay, this can't be intentional. Some intern must have gotten the names pretty wrong. Spartan Warrior is just the Spartan. (and oddly, his pic is a full-body shot, not just his head) Demolition Dummy-Dummy By now, I'm positive these renames weren't intended by LEGO. Some worker must have made some mistakes. It's actually pretty obvious, since the names in the bio text aren't changed, only the minifigure title is.
  24. That may be what LEGO would do, but the license (the meaningless Princess franchise) doesn't allow for much else than happy scenarios with the Princesses only.
  25. I just remodeled my HH for the one Spooky Girl. Two of them would look really good in the entrance room. A child-size minifigure on a trike would be even better! Maybe I should get another. But what do you mean, put on the skirt the other way? Are your minifigures' skirts open at the sides?
